All the barbers here are very good! They will cut any style you request. Courteous and friendly. The atmosphere is fantastic!

I had a pleasant experience here at The Barber Lounge. Will was my barber very out going and comfortable to talk to. Gave me a good hair cut. Definitely a place to check out

Great atmosphere. Best part is you get to have a beer or water while getting your hair cut. Staff are really nice and outgoing .

Went in for a beard trim. One side of my beard is much higher than the other side and there are some patches near my chin. Had to come home and try to fix it myself which is ridiculous when you are supposed to be going in for a professional beard trim

Went for a straight razor shave and haircut was overall very dissatisfied with both. Did not do the haircut I wanted and it is uneven everywhere with random very long hairs left as well. I ended up having to shave when I got home because he left patches of hair on my face and was not smooth in other areas was still scruffy after the straight razor shave! Giving two stars because they had good customer service. I would only go if youre getting a basic short hair haircut.

I highly recommend the barber lounge. I could not be happier with my haircuts. I have been a customer of Andrews for years and every haircut has been great. I picked Andrew to give my great grandson his first haircut, it went great. He kept my little guy happy all the way through. He is the first barber I have ever had that cuts my hair the way I want it consistently every time

Excellent customer service and even a better haircuts.Detailed review below:10:25am arrived. appointment with Andrew (the owner) at 10:30. was told by receptionist he will arrive soon.10:40am: He comes in smiling with 5 starbucks drinks in his hands. Walks past me to back room.10:50am: he has not came out the back. Asked the receptionist if she can check in with him. She goes in the back and comes right back out and says he will be right with me.11:05am: still nothing. I asked the receptionist whats exactly going on since I have been waiting over 30 minutes since my appointment time...He comes storming out while hes on his phone and starts yelling at me like a maniac at me for ASKING why its taking so long.He tells me My wifes credit cards arent working, I have to deal with this first. if you cant wait, then go somewhere else. I tell him calmly You couldve told me earlier so I wouldnt have waited 30 minutes, He widened his eyes and yelled for me to go somewhere else if I cant wait. He goes to the back room again.At this point, I have not raised my voice even once. I calmly tell the receptionist that they should respect their customers time too. I had plans for the entire day and this was my only day off that week. I said that im just going to leave. She responds by saying Im so sorry, I understand, but it sounds like hes almost off of the phone, so you might as well wait another minute for the haircut since youve already been here for so long. Stuck between a rock and a hard place, I agreed with her.A few seconds later, he comes out, and starts wiping down the chair. Thank god. I stood there to the side by the receptionist. He walks up really close to my face and says, You think Im going to give you a cut after that? I put my hands up and i said “okay never mind”. And walked out.Im still disgusted with the way I was treated. I didnt say one rude thing to this guy. If a customer is asking why its taking 30-45 minutes after the appointment time, and youre in the back on your phone, you should seriously consider how you are going to apologize to the customer when you walk out. You shouldnt come out yelling at me. Theres hundreds of other ways to proceed.I have seen bad reviews for the haircuts and beard trims at The Barber Lounge, and here is one for the horrible time wasting and worst customer service experience Andrew. I hope your staff acknowledges the true pinhead you are.

Best barber shop around.

I recently went in for the first time to the barber lounge in Folsom. My barber was Nikki, who did an awesome job on my hair. One of the best haircuts Ive ever had. Everyone there was friendly and easy to talk to. Also free water and beer with cut. Ill be sure to come back.

The best barber in Folsom/El Dorado Hills. Andrew is the owner who opened this place 2 months ago. Its clean, modern, plenty of TVs to watch sports and a chill vibe. Grab a beer while your getting your hair cut coming soon when he gets his beer license. Perfect hair cut too. Finally found my regular barber.

Wow! So that is what its like to get a nice haircut! I have to say, Ive been a SuperCuts, budget haircut guy my whole life. Mostly because I dont know jack about hair or what looks good.I decided it was about time that I got a decent haircut as so I made an appointment online with Andrew (which was super convenient). I had a little bit off an idea of what I wanted, but nothing specific. He listened to my feedback gave me some suggestions and then I let him do his thing. He gave me a great cut and straightened out my beard, tidied up random stragglies and just did a really clean and professional job. It was an awesome experience, and not too expensive.I would definitely recommend going here.

I wanted to like this barber shop, but after two cuts from different barbers, I was not happy with either. The last cut, they didnt offer a Razer Shave on my neck or the great smelling barber cologne. Plus, they didnt offer me a beverage. Im a good tipper, so maybe Im just an A-hole.

We decided to give them a try since my fiancé needed to get his beard trimmed and hair cut and our son needed his hair cut. We had Danni to cut both of there hair and cut my fiancé beard. She did amazing job. She was so good with our 19mo son. She so sweet and made my hunny look great and our son look adorable. We will be definitely being back to see her. She is so sweet and dose amazing job. If your looking for a good Baber that’s good with young kids go see her. Happy mama
