I never like to leave a bad review it is such a shame that the salon is so beautiful on the inside but the service is horrible the pedicure was OK I went to get a refill on my acrylics they were medium length and the young man that was doing my nails seemed like he was in a complete rush and looked kind of upset that I had asked him to do a certain shape on my nails so I changed my mind and left it how it was he did not file my nails and left bumps all over my nails and completely rush the whole thing I am so upset I want to cry I was watching another lady do a manicure for another customer and they seem to be good at that but I recommend for acrylics not to go here it is probably the most horrible place I’ve been to and I regret it I paid $83 for a bad refill in a regular polish no scrub for my pedicure I didn’t say anything because I’m very shy and do not like confrontation I feel very bad that I am $83 short for $40 worth of work in total including tip

Went with a girlfriend and we were both impressed by their prices and happy with what we got. Actually headed back this week! Would recommend.

Its not worth the money. I went in for a Pedi and decided to get a gel mani on my natural nails. In total I came out of pocket close to $70. It wasnt until the 3rd day I noticed the gel polish on my fingers were lifting and in some places peeling off. Ive paid less for both services at other locations and the polish last at minimum almost 2 weeks. Its a beautiful place inside but still not worth the money.

I read a review that mentioned Ben and made a same day appointment. He was on time, did a great job, and I was out the door. His leg/foot massages was on point too!

Ben did a terrific job with my pedicure. His leg and foot massage was awesome. He also did my dip manicure, which I must say is a little too thick and I had to go home and separate nail from skin as some areas were stuck. I would definitely use him for pedicure again.

I was charged $75 for a full set of acrylic nails with gel nail art. It wasnt quite what I asked for, but she did her best so I didnt press the issue. What makes me mad is that within 5 days of getting my manicure, my nail polish was already starting to lift at the tips and the bottom of them have been lifting as well and getting caught in my hair. I will not be returning.

Jeannie the nail tech is always in a hurry and does not care about client.She does every nail in different direction and angle.When I point out to her she responds, do not touch. I will fix.You cannot complain, you will be hurried more so.I will never go back after about 6 months of this.New owners are horrible in customer service and doing nails professionally.Looks good, but no good at all.Do not waste your money to pay for the nasty attitude salon.Bad business!

Moved from Dallas last summer and have been nail salon hopping since to find my home salon. Luxe is perfect. They take their time and are very meticulous. I can not find one imperfection with my dip nails. CC is awesome. All the staff is very polite and very laid back. I will not be going anywhere else.

Kim is my manicurist, whom is always considerate of my needs and provides excellent results! The operation is run like a well oiled machine, no gossiping and all the manicurists are very kind and step in immediately to insure great and prompt service!!

My nails were already not quite what I asked for, but she tried her best so I went with it. Im furious that I was charged so much for such poor quality nails. Im also extremely upset that I have to find yet another nail salon to fix them. This was my first and last time coming here. The only reason im giving two stars is because they fit me and my niece in without a reservation.

Amazing pedicure. Jenny was polite and professional but it was her attention to detail and expertise that will keep me coming back every month for a pedicure. She understood immediately when I said the cuticles and calluses are my priority. She didn’t just skim over my cuticles with the cuticle pusher like a lot of shops do...she gave me the most comprehensive pedicure I’ve had in ages.I’m thrilled. Definitely worth the money!

I went to wash my hands before going through the drive thru. The employee was so awesome, she ran to get my wallet and handed it to me through the window. This would be normal ANYWHERE else. But, since moving to Florida last month Ive found that people are NOT very friendly. But this was totally unexpected. Im thankful and lucky it was still there.

I have always been one to take it upon myself to do my own pedicures; but every now and again it’s always good to have a professional do a bit of upkeep that you can’t accomplish yourself. I have to say that I am beyond pleased with my experience today at Luxe. I booked a Mud Pedicure with Jackie and it was amazing! Not to mention, the manager Van was very welcoming and nice. Jackie was very professional, accommodating and courteous. I will definitely be back!!! (Only downfall was I had a pedicure chair that the screen of the massage controller was broken, so I didn’t utilize it. Definitely didn’t take away from the service and experience though!)

All I can say is WOWWWW i went into get my eyebrows waxed the salon was sooo clean and the staff was VERYYYY professional as far as my eyebrows they looked crazy when i walked in but she cleaned them up and did the most throughro job I have ever had and I have had my eyebrows done every two week for the last 20 years except this time I went 2 pand a half months the last 20 years so that says a lot

I booked an appointment with these people 2 days ago explaining to them I had a plane to catch right after, I couldnt be late. I got there on time for these people to tell me nonchalantly I had to wait because they had no-one available. The lady at the desk was adamant at telling me my appointment was at 11:15 am when I had booked for 1030 am. was so angry I told them I couldnt wait and walked out.I found a place that serviced me quickly with no issues. I am a regular there and referred everyone I know there, Needless to say no more and I would never return there. They had no consideration whatsoever. You dont treat loyal customer that way.

Great Nail Spa. I was a walk in client and I was on my lunch break. Pleased with everything except I wish they had a sign posted cash only tip. They do have a cash machine but there is a fee.

Jackie gave me the best pedicure Ive had, hands down the best. The owner Van applied a powder gel full set, simply flawless. The atmosphere is calm, quiet, and good energy.

We stopped here for a girls day while on vacation. The service was clean, professional, polite and accommodating to our party of 4. We made a reservation so we could all sit together while getting pedicures. They were able to mostly accommodate. They were very busy but yet still had good service and were quick to get us seated. Staff could speak English well (sorry but it really helps when your needing to communicate for certain styles and such). Prices were fairly normal for a salon. They have free champagne with was yummy and fun. My only complaint is that it was a bit hot in there, enough to break a sweat. They need to expand because they have such good business! Good for them they were great! Just turn the air down😜

This place just opened. There use to be a different nail owner and these ladies have revamped the place. They are professional, happy, and most importantly they are amazing in what they do. I’ve been looking for a new place for years and I finally found it! Their dip is fabulous. Also have to try an orange infused pedicure/massage they offer- amazing.

I went to a different nail salon the day before (L.S. nails) it was the worse experience I have ever had. So with my engagement pictures the next morning I was very upset. Luckily Can at LUXE nail salon was able to fix there mess they nail out of my nails and since I was out my hard earned money from the horrible other place he did it for almost nothing.THEY ARE AWESOME.

This salon has always been accommodating and welcoming. The nail techs are very knowledgeable and take their time to make you happy. They have a really wide variety of colors and services, so you have a lot of options. The pedicure foot bowls all have sanitary linings so each person has their own. Highly recommend!

I came to get a gel nail repaired (i have long natural nails) and instead of doing what I asked which was to put glue and a gel coat over. I would pay for the service, the lady adds powder (arcylic) and does a horrible job at applying the gel coat. Clearly it was an emergency bc my nail broke by the base and this is now more than what i bargained for. I wish i was close to my nail shop. 😥😥😥😥 i should have waited till tuesday.

Everything was good except the massage. It was short with NO effort whatsoever (and it was a man)! I was told that they were nail technicians NOT massage people. The massage is one of the reasons I get a pedicure. UGH. I will not be coming back here again!

My experience at Luxe...I’d been looking for a new nail spa after deciding to stop doing my own nails. I went to two different salons around the Pompano/Deerfield area and I had a bad experience at both. I went on Yelp and found Luxe. I made a convenient appointment online and picked a random tech and I’m so grateful to have found Jenny!I knew from the first time she did my nails and toes that I’d never go to anyone else again. Everyone kept complimenting my nails and asking where I got them done. My normal routine is every other week pedicure and Acrylics with gel polish. Jenny is the master. She’s so incredibly precise and pays very close attention to detail. She has a great sense of humor and never rushes through my appointment.The salon is so adorable and clean. They use new, sterile tools and the staff is always friendly and happy. The salon is small, so be realistic just walking in. Make an appointment, plan accordingly. Obviously appointments can run over their allotted time, just like a doctors office. So far I’ve never had any issues here. I love this salon and will continue to tell everyone about this place!

Well, there was no much to say say about this place because it was so perfect. The salon was well decorated. They had great chairs and new equipments.I almost felt asleep on those chairs. And the best thing was their price were super cheap. TO be honest, this place had the best price than any other salons in the area. Besides, the salon was super clean. They cleaned up everything after every customer. So love it. Definitely, I will be back.

Although the interior isnt anything fancy, I have always gotten such great manicures and pedicures here. You can tell each technician has their regulars, and thats where their priorities lie, but the affordable prices and talent are worth biding your time until you become a familiar face.

Im so lucky I found Luxe Nail Spa, my dip nails look so great, and they stay on for 2.5 weeks, and never break. They are always so nice and eager to please each customer!
