The guys were very helpful. I got a flat and my car ended up getting towed. After I got the tire on turns out I was outta gas as well. I walked to the office with my gas can and asked where the closest gas station was and the guys kinda laughed and said they could give me some gas, and then put it in for me. Great service, decent prices, definitely would go back if I needed to!

After being screwed over by another towing company out of Milwaukee. Whealon towing and service was the next one Tesla roadside could find. I’m not sure what parameters they use when searching but I’m glad they went with them. I spent 16 hours waiting on a tow with the other company and they were there almost within the hour and we were up in Appleton. They then had to drive it down to Milwaukee at the service center. He went to great lengths to make sure the Tesla wasn’t damaged getting it up on the flatbed and had a few hiccups he had to get around but he managed to do it and do it well. Would highly recommend if you need to use them as they were fast, professional, courteous, empathetic, and most importantly they have passion in what they do.

Needed a tow to the car shop after the car would not start. Quick, friendly and helpful. With no ride home I even got a ride home. The only place I will ever call.

If there were more than 5 stars I’d rate them higher! We had a blowout with 200 more mikes to drive, and it wasn’t safe to go that far on the donut spare. At 8 in the evening there were no tire shops open. We contacted Whealon, who had us meet them at their shop (even though it was closed) to see if they had a replacement/used tire in a rim. Luckily they had a fit and we were back on the road with no more issues! I highly recommend them, very courteous, responsive, really went out of their way for us.

Stopped to help a stranded driver that was in the ditch! Got stuck myself. She had already called a tow truck. After waiting for someone to assist me through my insurance, Whelons towing came to pull her out and then offered me assistance! Very kind! I was extremely low on gas and I had 3 kids in the car! It was -11 with windchill. He was kind and helped me too! Very well worth the money spent to get out!

I recommend this business to anyone that needs a tow or automobile repairs. They are quick, efficient and extremely adorable. These guys are the greatest. The brake pedal on my car wouldnt release so, my brakes werent working. I called to ask about repairs and a tow, they were at my house in Campbellsport in no time picking up my car. I was afraid the master cylinder needed to be replaced but, they discovered it was a vacuum leak in one of the hoses. The labor and parts was very affordable. I was thrilled with the service I received.

After another towing company failed to show up I called Whealon at 11PM and they showed up within 20 minutes. I worked with Brian who was able to repair my flat tire right away with no issues!

I lost my keys and was referred to them by my insurance. They said would be to me in 20min. 15 min later they arrive and after asking for the fifth time where i was if anyone found my keys i got them back. They drove out to me and waited a few minutes and charged me nothing. Hard to find understanding people with great customer sevice.

The operator of the flatbed told my girlfriend as well as the officer who arrived on scene that the rear tire was bound after she struck a guardrail during inclement weather. I arrive at Whealon Towing and BS Inc. to retrieve her vehicle, and find the tire to be FAR from being bound. This company charged $300 for tow + storage on a vehicle that wasn’t actually disabled. Talked with the service writer about the situation, and he was about as useful as a peacock. Called back today and received the same story of, “we were called— so we are required to clear roadway.” Of a drivable vehicle? One of their associates kind enough to offer me a bungee cord upon me openly cursing the ridiculousness of the situation. The same service writer said I was welcome for the “rubber” cord and hung up on me.Thanks for the $300 bungee cord. Also, learn how to spell Whelan.

I’m a college student at marian. My car broke down the one night and was not drivable. I was referred to them by the college. Within 30 minutes they arrived very friendly and knowledgeable. The problem with car they could not fix so at no additional charge they towed it to the dealership. I highly recommend them if you ever need a tow.

I was looking up the number in case I needed Whealton again and was surprised they have no reviews. Last year our RV broke down near Fond du lac as we were going from Milwaukee up north. These people were great. The tow driver was wonderful. There service personal were easy to work with. They were able to get us into their shop and back on the road in hours and saved our weekend. Whealon has picked up and towed my delicate 1948 Chris Craft 40 footer several times now,, I am confident that it is as safe as a baby in its mothers arms when it is in their care.. We had to assist the driver with loading our customers vehicle. They charge an ungodly amount of money for basic services. Never asked if we wanted it ran threw insurance. When we asked 3 differant times for a price we got 3 differant excuses why they didnt know and then just charged our credit card and sent us an email. We asked for an invoice apon delivary of the vehicle, was told we would have one but again did not. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My 12 passenger Ford Econoline was stuck in my driveway. The tires were spinning on the thick ice and ate their way in to both it and the soggy gravel drive beneath. Called Whealon and someone showed up quickly and did a great job pulling it out. The person was friendly and the fee was fair. It was a great help to me!

Missed every deadline they themselves set. When called to inquire why they were very rude. Tried to convince me a calendar week started on Tuesday and ran through Monday. Very poor service.

Where do I even get started on these guys. Worst place I have ever taken a car. First off my car broke down on a off ramp of 41 so I wanted to get my car towed right away. I was running late to work so I called these guys and told them where it was and then hurrued myself to work. I called them back at 9pm that night and the guy that I talked told me they didnt even have my car nearly giving me a heart attack. Then called me back a few hours later telling me he had it. I asked him how much the tow would be and he said since they only towed it three miles it would only cost 60$, and also told me the car probably was just in desperate need of an oil change and a new battery, so I wasnt to worried.The next day one of them called me saying that he thought the engine had went before he had even looked at it. I told him that wasnt very likely and that it had never had engine problems before. He was very rude in assuring me it was then engine. He called me back a few hours later saying he had looked at it and was again very rude about telling me he was right about the engine and that a new engine would cost 2000 dollars so it wasnt worth fixing and was again very rude about it and barely gave me the time of day. He also stated that I had two days to get rid of it or he would change me 20$ a day for parking it.I had no choice I am very busy with work in school and dont know much about cars so I decided to sell it for scrap.I went in to pay them for everything and the bill came up to 120$. 80$ for towing it literally 3 miles when we had already argreed on 60$ and 40 just for them to look at it and do absolutely nothing when I have a hunch that they didnt even look at it. They were very unfriendly upon meeting them and kept referring to my car as the Toyota with the shot engine having no empathy for my situation and all around just kindof acting like total a$$ holes.Dont do business with them. Very rude and misogynistic men. Will never be going to them again, and will be warning everyone I know.
