Dr. Kesani is wonderful. I came to the office with a breakout caused by wearing mask and she was able to treat these stubborn acne. My body responded well to her treatment regimen and I love how my skin feels and looks.

I am so pleased with this visit. The receptionist greeted me promptly and with enthusiasm. I only had to wait 5 minutes to be taken to a room. Lexi explained everything and is very thorough.

Horrible experience. I have seen the doctor. Her bedside manner alone doesn’t want me to come back. I had a minor procedure done. Was NOT told the pricing of it and then given a large bill at check out. Was told I couldn’t do a payment plan, but wasn’t told the price, and the wouldn’t let me leave without payment in full. Never returning. Sad because I’ve given this place 2 years to get better and each visit gets worse.

I made an appointment for a cosmetic procedure and when I arrived I was seen on the Medical side of the office. The person that consulted with me told me the treatments I was interested were cosmetic so I would need to be seen on the cosmetic side of their office and that would be a free consultation. I was charged $160 to be told that. When I made the appointment they knew what treatment I was interested in. I could have gone to a hundred different places and not paid a penny. Im disappointed and contemplated going back for the procedures Im interested in but Im no so sure theyre all that honest. Very disappointed.

I was super nervous for my first time visit (overall skin check). Lexi was so kind, patient, and Helpful. She made me feel relaxed and at-ease and was very informative with all my questions!

This office was amazing they went over and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. From the front desk to the Dr. and even the nurse that saw me the treatment was over and beyond. Checking In with the receptionist was the worst reception I have experienced. Right off the bat she was rude and unprofessional. I did not retort whatsoever. I almost turned and walked out.The amount of texts, emails and phone messages the week before to remind of our two appts were obnoxious. I responded to the first confirmation and they just kept coming.I was grateful the PA and nurse we saw were personable and professional.There has to be a more affordable and professional dermatology practice in the area.

Ive been going to McGuiness Dermatology for a few years for melanoma screenings. Staff is kind and professional. I dont think Ive waited as much as ten minutes in the waiting or examination rooms. As for doctors, Ive only seen Dr. Kesani. She is excellent. Kind, professional and personable. Remembers details about my family after a year and asks about them. I feel confident Im getting quality care and she explains what shes doing and answers questions in sufficient detail about any areas of concern.

Dr. Kesani is one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctors I know. She always takes her time and shows genuine care for her patients. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

Dr. Kesani was kind, courteous and professional in performing my skin scan and treating some spots with liquid nitrogen. She is always meticulous when checking my skin because she had found some pre-cancerous spots on earlier scans.

All I could give this place was 5 stars, however, I would give them double that if I could. McGuiness Dermatology is simply the best. She is just amazing and is a big credit to the company.Ive also had two Mhos surgeries by Dr. Rohani, he is just AWESOME. The first surgery he did was on my nose, you literally cannot tell where he did the work. Never had any pain with it Im just totally satisfied.If your looking for a good Dermatologist to go to, this is the group for you. I highly recommend them. They are terrific, give them a try, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Dr. McGuiness is the best which is why it is so difficult to set an appt. with him. With me already his patient and I am a melanoma survivor, I am seen quickly if I have something I am concerned about.

Good visit as always. I still wish virtual appointments were possible. This was a two minute visit to get a prescription refilled. Really not worth the 40 minute round trip drive. Considering switch to a derm office closer to me that has virtual visits. Again, I like everyone at McGuiness and I have never had a bad experience.

Dr. Brown was ready to see me, no waiting. She did a routine body scan and asked if I had any concerns. There was a dark spot on my face that annoys me, nothing pre-cancerous. She froze the spot, gave me realistic information on what to expect, and it is looking much better now. Very pleased with the experience.

Dr Kesani gave me all of the helpful information about my mole and how I can lighten my scar/ prevent scarring in the future. Going to her was a lot easier than buying a bunch of products and hoping something works

Not impressed with this Dermatologist. Went to have a skin tag removed. Simple procedure just to apply nitrogen to the affected area, 10 minutes. Paid my office visit in addition to the nitrogen fee (which in my opinion is a rip off). The first treatment did not work, went for a second retreatment and this office wanted to charge me again for the office visit, which I was willing to pay, plus the nitrogen fee. I cancelled the appointment. Many medical practices is about how much we can get from patients. I understand the overhead and cost, however this is ridiculous. I need to look around for another dermatologist

I was looking for a new dermatologist since I moved too far too continue seeing my previous one and McGuiness Dermatology had great reviews. I was able to make an appointment promptly (within 2 weeks) and I saw the P.A. at their Flower Mound location. To sum up my appointment, the P.A. asked questions, but failed to actually LISTEN to any of my answers and she never fully addressed my specific concerns. She shuffled me in and out and gave me the same “guide” I’ve seen from a ton of other dermatologists. I’ve tried it all before, more than once, and I also tried to explained that to her, but she still sent me on my merry little way with a repeat of things that I mentioned (more than once) during my appointment that I have already tried. This place wasn’t for me and felt like a manufacturing doctors office where they just repeat the same things to different patients and move on to the next. #rinseandrepeat I won’t be going back, I won’t be following up and I won’t be moving forward with any of her “suggestions” that I’ve tried so many times before.

Once again the good doctor did a great job removing a couple spots on my skin. Thank you

Very quick office visit- from when I walked in to when I left was less than 1 hr, even with the removal of 2 moles. Very professional demeanor from all the staff. Barely any wait time. Was able to fill out all my new patient paperwork online before the visit. GREAT experience overall and wonderful care. Thank you!

This practice was recommended to us by neighbors who were very impressed with the thoroughness of the top-toe exam. Their exam disclosed melanoma, which was dealt with VERY quickly. We were examined by PA Amanda Wilder Lark who was friendly, professional, explained what she was doing and seeing and neither my husband nor I felt at all awkward about the visit.

My visit was very good. They addressed all my reasons for coming and set a plan to address them. Everyone I came into contact with was both nice and professional.

Appointment scheduling was easy online. They also take Care Credit which is a big plus with me, if I were to need a treatment that my insurance deductible is going to cost me more than I have at the present.

Our first appointment started off with a sudden change in dermatologists at the last hour prior to my husbands an mine back to back appointments. 10 minutes to appointment times, I discover that only my appointment was moved to an hour later, my husbands appointment was scheduled for some other day and time that I had not consented to.I gave my husband my appointment time and decided I would find a new dermatologist clinic that could competently orchestrate the show. Within 10 minutes of my husband going into the office, he talked to them about the situation. They made it happen for both of us to be seen by Shaily Kesani, MD and we were very happy as this doc was quick in thinking and on her feet.Well keep her and happily return if/when needed.Update 7/25/2021: Second and third appointments were much better than the first appointments chaos. The procedures accomplished have gone without incident and healed as expected. No surprises. Dr Kesani is easy to chat with as she does her work. She was on the ball the entire time with and without distraction. Length of time I was there flew by. Thank you!
