Car was stolen and we received a call that our car was found and picked up by J & B Towing. Very odd how they do not let anyone inside not even to see their own car. They take pictures and send them to your phone.We originally went to Highway Patrol to ask the whereabouts of our car and they told us to give them a call if J & B did not want to give us our car back or if any situation happened.Despite having our car stolen they charged $110 to store per day and about $260 simply to pick the car up.Our car was a complete loss and they will do the paperwork to dispose of the car if you need it.We were literally helped through their fence. We did not in anyway feel comfortable. They took my fathers license and did not let us inside to see the paperwork they filled out. This whole place overall was sketchy.

They kind of busy,always.The guy dnt let me go in to the garage to see my car, and some pics for insurance proposal,guy told me he will sent some to me but he never did.it was a total loss and insurance company need some pic but dnt let me in like I said.

Beware! The owner is Bipolar and off his meds. You will be threatened, you will be yelled at, and he will try to fight you for no reason. They are RUDE beyond belief and very unhelpful or understanding. My vehicle was stolen and then when found I had to pick it up from this impound lot. Ive never had a vehicle stolen and never have I dealt with such behavior from a business owner. Totally unprofessional.

Straight to the point! The Staff is rude and very unprofessional. Ill keep it simple, Greasy hands dont do good deskwork. I recommend a trained secretary to answer the phones.

Our car was stolen and taken here by highway patrol. No customer service skills. When we called to get information about our car, the worker was incredibly rude and told us to call back because he was on his lunch break as if we were supposed to know that. When we went to pick up the car, we were not allowed to view the car before paying. Were confident this tow company stole two of our tires and damaged the gas tank because the car was still leaking gas when we arrived. Id give this company 0 stars if possible. Youre better off using any other place.

Recovery a stolen suv. I Did not choose this towing place. Cost was outrageous, staff here is very rude. Not professional at all .. I will never suggest anyone to come here ! They don’t even deserve a 1 star

Stole a dewalt palm sander and multi tool out of my truck. It was there 72 hours. No good

Its a shame that the customer is not allowed to view their own vehicle before claiming it. I retrieved the vehicle & couldnt see total damage.

The white manager guy was racist and over charged me for towing fees. After I paid him the fees he bought my car out of the yard and my car was beat up. The headlights were busted up and broken. He lied and said he didnt know who did it. He overcharged me and broke my head lights. Worst place to have car at.

Very snarky and rude customer service. The person on the phone said in a nasty tone of voice that the company only works with the police department and does not service the public and hung up the phone abruptly. I will Notify the Yelp community and leave a review on this despicable experience.

I see they still have lien cars for sale. Though I didnt see anything worth putting money down on at this time

All the Guys were really stern but understandable with my situation. Plus they are always reachable whenever I contacted them with questions or my concerns.

Terrible communication - incropehnsible and hung up several times while trying to get my stolen car to my insurance company - all around awful to deal with. If you have the choice take your business elsewhere.

RUDE, once he heard my voice he automatically said I cant help you because I dont know where the tow truck is going he never gave me the chance to give him the address to where I was, felt like he was being racist and just rude go elsewhere!
