Only place in Flower Mound I will go to thread my eyebrows!! Have been coming here for years. Always clean, even before COVID. Never had a bad experience. My daughter wanted to do her eyebrows, lips and chose to do waxing and as well had a good experience! Never had to wait long and have mostly always done walk ins.

I love going here! You dont have to make an appointment so it is super convenient. They also have great prices and package deals, and they do a great job.

I come here religiously every 3 weeks for threading. Today I had a new lady and she completely messed my right eyebrow up...she removed half my hair so now that one eyebrow is shorter. It looks like she may have slipped cause the middle of my hair has a line of hair missing as well. Im so upset because its taken me years to get my eyebrows even and now one is shorter and there is no way to fix this.

I like this place but wished they did trimming in the ears and nose (with scissors) and also threaded the hairs on the surface of the nose. It is going above and beyond by doing those few little things that will make you stand out from the rest.

Nadia is a pro at lash extensions. They look so natural, they last, she is affordable, and she listens to what you want & tweaks the look based on your needs. I never thought I’d do lash extensions, but I saw a friend’s and had to have them. Now, I’m hooked. Give Nadia a try, you will be so pleased!!

Even though I moved and dont live in the area anymore, I make it an effort to come see her to get my eyebrows done. I will not go to anyone else. I highly recommend!

God awful. They employees need two people to do eye lash extensions and it was the worst experience of my life. Cheap glue. The lady was even struggling and asked for helped. The other lady came and took 10 mins to do the whole thing. Ladies my lashes would have looked better if I would have just put on regular fake eyelashes. Highly, would NOT recommend. At all.

Sanitation is horrific. We took our family on Saturday and noticed an older woman going from client to client threading, etc...without washing her hands.She also had red marks all over her face that looked like the chicken pox or measles. We left and will not return. The waiting chairs are dirty and smell like food. Looked like chairs previously at someone’s kitchen. Floors had not been swept. Very dusty.If you’re going to be working with clients, please wash your hands between clients and don’t use the same piece of thread hanging in your mouth to thread.These women were coming out and their eyebrows looked horrible. No shape.I bet this woman has no experience or training.They have their grandmas threading. I am sure without any training on skincare.And saliva everywhere. This place is an infection waiting to happen.Unacceptable and should be turned in to proper authority for inspection.Please was your hands and clean up the place. Filthy. We will not be returning.Bathrooms was filthy. No one is cleaning the place.

Not my first choice when it comes to threading. Firstly, they always push you to buy their package deals. I ended up buying into it and bought a package. I came in weeks later, and they offered the package again. I told them I just bought one and they said I could buy another one. I get that they’re trying to run a business, but I feel harrassed every time I go and they push me to buy their package deals. Second, the last few times I’ve gone, they have done a poor job. My eyebrows are getting thinner and thinner. I like my brows thick and emphasize that but they haven’t been listening. And I keep getting abrasions all over my face because they’re applying too much pressure. Once I finish with the packages I bought, I probably won’t be returning.

The staff is patient and gentle. They allow for her speech deficits, and treat her with respect. Its fast and prices are reasonable. I didnt like how they tried selling a lot of their services/memberships and drown you in emails ones you give them your info. They did a good job on my eyebrows/lip however, the lady pressed the thread against my skin a lot more than usual so that hurt more then the actual threading itself.

I have been to Arch Brows Threading & Spa three times. It is by far the best threading salon I have been to in the Dallas area!!I just moved to Dallas from California. I have tried a few locations and did not like many of them. This salon is very professional. They take their time and are extremely friendly. The biggest asset about this salon is their various deals. Upon entering the salon I was given the opportunity to sign up with my email address, where I receive various deals each day. The salon is fairly new and the various services it offers are suitable for everyones needs.

Dont ever buy packages from them. They sold the Coppell location in one day and now I am stucked with new management unless they agree to refund my money. What kind of bad business practice is this. Its my money but I dont even have a choice left anymore if I want to use them or not. The option given to me was to come all the way to Flowermound from..coppell. The owner was so rude, and didnt even seemed apologetic. According to her..this is how business are run and sold and customers get screwed.

Loved the service here, havent had to wait to get my eyebrows done and the women are very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Most importantly, my eyebrows were shaped beautifully and my skin wasnt irritated after. Will definitely be going back!

The first time i got my eyebrows done at a mall, the lady butchered them so one eyebrow is uneven. Asma is my FAVORITE and ONLY lady i will let touch my brows! she is AMAZING. she takes her time and is very detailed. she knows my bad eyebrow situation, so she avoids that area and makes them look as even as she can. all the ladies are nice, but some of them do rush. I highly recommend to call to see is Asma is working the day you go in. She is fabulous! im so glad i found my lifelong eyebrow lady!

Today I returned to the Flower Mound location of Arch and Brown for a eyebrow threading and tent. I always see my favorite person for that, ... who does other services now I hear such as lasering and waxing. My experience with her is always superior. My eyebrows are done perfectly to shape my face, tinted appropriately to match my coloring, and this is over many times now. She took the time to ask and get to know what I wanted and listened when I returned and said I thought I needed longer time or more application in on the inside and outside of my brow, and tiny details I liked were always remembered as well. She has always appreciated any tip I provided or if I did not have any cash available the smile and goodbye is always the same. Service is professional and she takes her time. Today was no exception. She did wonderful and suggests services sometimes which of are great help and very well priced. I have purchased them many times in the past years. Other women there have done extra great jobs and I rate Nadia as a 5 plus in all categories I have had with her. I’ve had many services over years in Flower Mound. She is owner of all locations. Her demeanor is so kind like Asma and both knowledgeable about services. Many times I’ve asked Asma if I need lip threading and she has said no all but once over the years. So today when she suggested it (and I thought I’d seen some darkening) I trusted her. I leave feeling taken care of and we both have gotten to know each other, which is very nice, she smiles and makes it a great experience. I’m grateful for her services.All of the services including facials, (I love the glo one) and I used to get mink eyelashes, which I loved!!! They have really good deals on them around various occasions, holidays and in general. I earned points that allowed me to get a facial. I kept Services I still need to use that I bought in a very nice package and was able to gift out one to a friend. My daughter uses some of the basic threading. She sees anyone and always has had a great experience with each lady. Everyone is easy to talk to. Communication is the key. Know what to say you want and do not want.Thanks to you all there. Worst service. I bought a groupon coupon for full face waxing. One Muslim lady did the service. She applied very very hot wax under my lips and around the face. After the waxing my full face was burning. Next day I have black patches all over my face. No patience in doing the work . Everything they are doing ina hurry. Never go this parlour

If I could give zero stars I could. I went in for a upper lip threading which I have had done many times before at other threading salons. I decided to stop in here on my way around town thinking a professional threading salon cant mess this up. Boy was I wrong. I noticed that the lady was putting a lot more pressure than i usually feel. Afterwards my lip was on fire for hours. She had removed not only the hair but a few layers of skin from my lip. My lip is now red, dry and flakey as the skin is starting to regrow. It looks like an alligator and hurts to move. Thank god I didnt let her touch my eyebrows. Run away unless you want your skin removed and to look like a freak for a week with a scabby, dry red upper lip.

Prices and packages are wonderful!! Its very hard to find places as good as arch brows. I live in fort worth and drive to flowermound just to see haleema. I highly recommend this place!

This place is fast and does nice work, but theres another place close by that is fast and does nice work- but doesnt try to sell me monthly memberships every single time during the entire appointment as well as eyebrow shadow, thats the only reason I wont be back.

Perform great services but are slightly abrupt with customers and dont know how to operate their pay system.

I was a nervous first timer. Nothing to fear. Got my brows done and I was in and out in ten minutes. I need all the help i can get and Raheem was awesome.
