Jessica is absolutely AMAZING!!! It honestly was the best waxing I’ve ever had! She makes you feel comfortable and minimal pain during the wax. I definitely will be going back! She’s gained a forever customer out of me! Also the lady at the front desk was super friendly and engaging! Overall it was just great, I’m happy and now my hubby is happy😂!

Amareese is great with eyebrows. She showed me her eyebrow plan before she even did it, and it turned out better than expected. If you need your eyebrows done, go to her! Ill be going to her indefinitely now. My previous girl here was Liz who I loved, so I was scared. Amareese is excellent and thats coming from someone detailed and paranoid about eyebrows. Who isnt? When she did my armpits, it didnt even really hurt. She was so quick. She didnt even make me take my shirt off, just pulled my sleeves down. Dont try this if youre a fan of long sleeves though 😁 She did all this stuff while she was carrying on a conversation with me. Shes really fun to talk to too. So if you need a good distraction shes your girl

I have been going to European Wax Center for about 3 years. I recently started going to the Flower Mound location and the service there is okay nothing special. I had a bad experience with my appointment being cancelled. I reached out to to speak with the Franchisee of that location her name is Suzanne Strattic. She did not return my call until one week later. She called me back sounding annoyed. I asked her if she could tell me her policy on the store canceling appointments and a Manager call back turnaround time, she aggressively with horrible tone responded “I don’t have to explain any of my policies”. She was super rude. She clearly lacks customer service experience. She is a horrible leader, very lazy and very unprofessional. She is the bad apple of European Wax center. As a result, I cancelled my Wax membership due to her behavior and lack of care for my business. Furthermore, She needs to go back to franchise customer service training 101 and most importantly take an empathy course. She seems like a broken woman that sadly needs some sort of mental help and I hope she finds it.

Been going to this location for about 6 months. I’m new to waxing and I love this place. It’s very clean including the bathrooms. The front desk staff is always friendly and professional. My wax professional is Jessie and she is amazing! She is very diligent when waxing. Never misses a hair. I defiantly recommend her. You will not regret it she will make sure you are right.

I had a full Brazilian done, and she was so attentive (even using tweezers to get strays or ingrown hairs). She was personable and friendly and definitely made me feel comfortable. I went in for my first Brazilian and (minus the pain) is was amazing. Yess it’s expensive, but SO worth it. The front desk worker Courtney was super sweet and took the time to explain the whole process. My amazing waxer Ashley was also super amazing. I didn’t feel judged or felt the need to be shy. She was very thorough in her explanations. She would talk me through the wax and tell me what she was doing. I was even able to ask her how to take care problems such as ingrown hairs.I highly recommend going to this location. Super clean. In a good area. Good people.

At first i gave 5 stars. The place was clean and easy to find. After i get home i quickly changed my rating. My session was short. This was my first time getting a wax i thought maybe i didnt know how long it should last but there was a good amount of hair left. Areas that were completely missed.

Over priced for services. Turnover is high. Waxing is what you could get at many other places. Techs seem to lack any heart in what they are doing. Used to spend the money here when there was a tech I liked. When she left, I started going elsewhere. Meh.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Ive never had a Brazillian without a robe or towel or cleanup supplies being offered. And she didnt leave the room so I could disrobe or get dressed. She left wax all over me and told me to just peel it off when I asked her for something to clean myself up with. Seriously gross and disrespectful. Ive been getting Brazillians regularly for about 10 years and this place was the worst by far.

I have been looking for a place all day to get my eye brows done. This was my fourth and it was for a reason. If you go here come see Lori she is amazing. Sweet and kind. She asked you what u want done she doesnt do what you think u want that way you can get the results you want. Truly and amazing experience and will be back.

Today was my first visit here. My appointment with Jerica was more than I expected. Not money wise, but in customer service. She really knew how to carry a conversation in order to make you not feel awkward about getting waxed. She offered advice for the next service, if I was still interested, and also recommended a few things for me to use for my skin. I really appreciate her as well as the front desk staff. It was my first time getting waxed...EVER. So naturally I went straight for the Brazilian lol. I was so lucky to get Liz after reading so many great reviews of her and she did not disappoint. Lovely, lovely, lovely did i mention lovely experience . From the time I walked in the facility Lauren ( spell check) & Abbey were nothing short of amazing! I got the Brazilian ( full) I was concerned that it was going to hurt worse than getting the strips because I was previously going to a place that uses strips, but abbey assured me that I was going to be okay & that she would book me with Liz who was great. Liz made me feel very comfortable and walked me through each step on what she was doing and told me when the worst part was, which didn’t even hurt by the way, so that I could prepare for it! Long story short everyone that I encountered that day was friendly! I’ll definitely be back again!! Thank you to everyone !!

This location is very convenient for me. The staff is always so sweet and helpful with my bookings. Valerie who works the front is always cheerful when I walk in. I request Lauren all the time, she understands my sensitive skin and educates me on how to take care of my skin. I first thought waxing was painful but as shes been doing it I actually look forward to being hair free.

This was my second time to get waxed and it was so great. It didnt hurt at all and Cecilia was great. She made me feel comfortable and talked to me the whole time. I will definitely be returning to her again! I recommend everyone come here! Worth every bit of it!

Had an amazing experience at this location! The young lady who attended me, Veronica; was super sweet and I loved how outgoing she was. Not just that but she did an amazing job with my eyebrows (Its hard for me to trust ANYBODY with my eyebrows cause almost nobody does them how I want) also my underarms! Im surprised to say she did a better job than the past 3 people who tried at other locations. Im very pleased with the services and the young ladies at the front as well were a pleasure to talk to. Had a great time doing Brazilian with Nicole! She is very very through and very easy to talk to. Their wax doesn’t hurt much but I do have high pain tolerance and in and out in maybe 20 min.

My girlfriend went in for a wax once and forgot to tell them she used retinol a few days ago so her lip wax was... bad. But the manager swooped in with some free products to minimize the damage, refunded her wax and told her if she decides to try them again, her wax will be free of charge. The waxers here are above average compared to other EWCs, and their manager is the absolute bees knees. They’re friendly, communicative, and super sweet.

Awesome experience. They use a hard wax; no strips to pull off. It was very gentle and looked very smooth. My go to place for waxing now!

She was wonderful! Easy to talk to and she was wonderful with doing whatever I wanted with my eyebrows! She didnt rush or anything. She took her time and worked through the mess of my eyebrows!

As someone who worked here for a month. It was a terrible experience. I only trained for two days and was put on the floor by myself more than once. I was gipped over 200 dollars off my paycheck because they failed to tell me about some of their policies when I went ahead and asked for my money back they gave me the wrong refund. One of the managers failed to answer their phone consistently and leave the work place unattened. Customers come in upset because rules are not enforced and money is not refunded or returned properly. The owner leaves for weeks at a time and you may see her once. When they let me go their was no written warnings of any sort. Girls at the front were being talked about behind their backs as well as made fun of. It was never a comfortable experience for me at all. DO NOT WORK HERE! I would not be surprised of my check is wrong tomorrow morning. Some of the workers also believed that their checks were wrong or the company is stealing from them. Please save yourself the headache. And stay away from this place!

I asked for a back neck wax ..... and she took like two inches off of my neck ..... and its a completely straight line ..... it doesnt look natural at all. . ... I didnt even realize what it looked like till I got home and now I cant even get my money back

It was my first Brazilian Wax .She made it very comfortable to be with and suggested thier Serum to prevent bumps and ingrown hairs. The Serum works!! They also had a half price special for first timers! It has been a month now and Im going to my next appointment soon!
