This was the cleanest laundromat I have ever seen!!! Also friendly and every size washer imaginable! You even have the choice of using a card or change and even 1$ coin machine, I had to use them...very cool!

Only saw one person without a mask. The worker wasnt wearing one when I entered but I assume its because the store was empty. Leaving a one star because employees didnt saying anything to the loud girl with no mask brining her baby in and getting close to people. I normally love this laundromat for its cleanliness and excellent staff, but very disappointed to see this today.Edited to add your laundromat is not big enough to keep 6 distance. You know there is a mask mandate, you just dont care. Just come out and say you wont be asking your employees to enforce the state mandate mask order in order to make your customers feel safe. People without masks were right behind me. Squished right up against me because everything is right next to each other and your establishment gets busy. I hope no one who is sick and needs to do their laundry comes in, because anyone in the store will get sick too. But you dont care, which you have demonstrated in your response. You were better off not saying anything.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for 4 years now, and I’ve never had anything bad to say about it until recently. The woman who used to always be here working kept it extremely clean, picked up, and tidy. The past two times I’ve gone here, there are dryer sheets and all sorts of dirt and debris all over the floor, and dust on top of the machines; it’s extremely discouraging. Some of the prices have even increased, which makes me feel like I’m paying more for lesser quality and service, which isn’t right. I hope the usual woman who works here returns because she works very hard to keep this place so nice and clean, and it’s very appreciated by people like me who come here strictly for the cleanliness and order.

This place makes the chore of going to the laundromat so much better. The staff are kind and considerate. The facility is a spotless clean that will make you want to do your laundry there. Laundry is absolutely one of my least favorite chores. But, with a clean atmosphere that always smells like clean laundry, plenty of seating, vending machines; why go anywhere else?

Very rude staff. They’ll touch your clothes when you’re not there. Have walked in and caught them. Very expensive machines. I’d take your business elsewhere.As you can tell from the owners response, rather than caring that they have an upset customer who CAUGHT an employee touching my clothes, he calls it intentionally negative and false. Awful customer service.

Extremely friendly and courteous staff... Clean and efficient equipment & facility. More than enough machines and variety (small to very large washers and 2 sizes of dryers) for customers.

The woman that hemmed my bridesmaids dress was very sweet and had my dress ready in 1 week! Very impressed my dress looks beautiful
