Great family owned company. They really do care about the people and their needs when it comes to automotive . Best place to get your oil changed at, no problems, no forgetting to put something back pon after done or something going wrong. Once you take your vehicle to Clarks Automotive, you will never go anywhere else. They are an honest and capable repair shop. We have been taking our familys 4 vehicles there for 5 years, and have only great things to say about them. We were originally referred to them by a mechanic at another repair shop who couldnt do the repairs on our SUV.

Great car repair company. Fair, honest, and skilled. He is usually the lowest price and always does excellent work. Twice I have went to him thinking something might be wrong with one of my vehichles and he has stated that it was a simple fix like tightening a bolt or spill over from a recent repair I had done elsewhere where they didnt properly clean up. He could have charged me for the diagnosis but opted not to and often did the minor repair. He is a great guy to work with. I would definitely recommend and continue to support him.

Every vehicle Ive had, they knew exactly what the problem was and fix it and if something went wrong after they fix it, they would repair it promptly. I recommend them to everyone I know. Their very reasonable with their prices. They dont try to get over on you, they only fix what you tell them to fix.

I debated on this score as they had messed up by forgetting to put my appointment on the schedule. However they made good on the appointment and got my car fixed and didnt try selling me on crap I didnt need. Definitely recommend.

The only place I choose to have my vehicles repaired. Im very familiar with vehicle repair, but there are times when you just dont want to work on your car or dont have the necessary equipment. After trying just about every repair shop in North County & either getting ripped off or poor service I stumbled upon Clarks. They are very honest. Ive had times where I asked them to check stuff that I suspected was broken only for them to tell me that it was something much simpler/cheaper. I can even send my wife there for quotes & trust that they will be honest with her. If my vehicle fails inspection, its usually for something that is definitely & obviously wrong, not something that they were trying to make a quick buck on.

Took my car here for a diagnostic was quoted one price and ended up being another price at the same time did not diagnose what my car needed or why the engine light was coming on and the repair man had an attitude and poor customer service. Be very careful going here and make sure you know what you are expected to pay in writing before you leave. My first experience with them was rudeness. I was very disappointed!
