I will only bring my car here. Everyone is incredibly pleasant and honest. I dont have to worry about being upsold into something I dont need. Never had a single issue with any work they have done.

This place has good reasonable prices and good service available at convenient times. I didnt have an appointment and the still got my vehicle in right away. The staff if friendly and welcoming. They truly show customer appreciation and care. This auto shop is far out of my way and I would rather go out of my way for this shop. This is no raggly shop either from what I am used to. Its lobby and lot are clean and in great shape and there is plenty of parking. There is also a lot of available seating in the waiting area.

Not very happy that I had my jeep saftey inspected and paid 700 dollars for my parking brake to not work the next day. I thought parking brake was on the safety inspection list so not sure how it past with a broken one

Hart Auto, best customer service, very friendly and always there when you need them, if it be emergency or regular maintenance the place to keep your vehicle in good order.

I went to hart automotive with my 2 struts and 2 shocks absorbers I only needed them to uninstall and reinstall my new ones (The ones I’ve already provided) I was fine and understanding about not having a warranty and just paying for the man hours.They called once finished with the back 2 shock absorbers and charged $260 for less than a hours worth of work. Every video on shock absorber are no longer than 7 minutes so for a combined 14 minutes worth of real work they charged $260 and wanted $700 to do the two front struts as well. Very nice people I must say, But nonetheless highway robbery.

Went there to get a lot of things fixed in the underneath of my car and they were outstanding. They gave me the lowest quote of three places and had it done before it was supposed to be. Steve and ken even stayed later in the day so that I could pick up my car and have it for work the next day. I 100% recommend. Such great workers and amazing hospitality.

1st visit for tire installation. Bought tires online @tire buyer and seamless process. It was easy to make an appointment. I was notified when tires arrived. Carole, the receptionist, was very friendly and patient with me as I had a lot of questions. Bob was the technician or at least the person who spoke with me about the alignment and cambor bolts I needed. Did not earn 5 stars bc I think Bob was a little annoyed when I requested he show me what he was talking about.Place is small and fairly busy. It’s clean. Plenty of seating. Can really tell they are a family. They also sell cars. A few customers came in inquiring about cars for sale. The trucks I saw on the lot were new or in better shape than most used lots. Will consider buying from Hart Automotive, if no problems develop with my new tires. Check them out!

Very friendly staff and quick service. Needed an emergency safety test to register my vehicle because Honda Bommarito didnt do the test when I bought the car, Hart was able to get me in right away and finish the test quickly.

I drive out of my way because:1: Timely and good repairs.2: Reasonable rates.3:They have never done unnecessary work, often saying, Just keep an eye on this and call if it gets worse.4: They have ethics.

Ive been coming here for years. Customer service above excellent. Car repair heads above many. It took years of trial and regret to find a shop like this. Dependable people are hard to find.

Talking with the very friendly owner, the mechanics are paid salary. Unlike those chain autoshops that pay their guys based on the parts they sell you. No scare tactics, just simple and clear car work. If youre looking for honesty in an autoshop, look no further.

Ii was referred to Hart Automotive by another establishment, I took my car there for an alignment around Feb, 2016, they adjusted the crate so they could align my tires, but now Ive been hearing a vibration that wasnt there prior to them adjusting my crate. I took it back tried to let them hear this vibration/ kinda rattle noise, but they claimed they didnt hear it, so I just paid for nothing. Im not very happy with the work I received, I have since took it back to Chrysler and they stated it was from the adjusting of the crate which i knew because my car was very quite running prior to visiting Harts. Not saying theyre not good but my experience was not.
