It’s my first time at this nail salon. The entire staff is so kind! The nail technicians are so gentle. They asked how I was and if I needed anything a few times during my visit. I will definitely be coming back for a manicure. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my best friend!

Seriously OBSESSED with my gorgeous nails!!! Thank you so much unique nails!!! Not only did they take me right away but they have amazing customer service. I chipped my nail the day after getting them done and they fixed it for me as a walk in right away and free of charge! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

I dont know anyone else name, Ive only gone to them, but my mom and I have been going for years. They even have a discount card if you pay cash so plan ahead, I think its $10 off after so many visits.

I just wanted to say that the lady who did my nail was very nice and did a wonderful job! I’m just not stupid to paid overpriced for a basic Pedi. It says on their Menu of service the price was $25 for a Spa Pedi, I just paid $33 for what?that’s not including tip. I was in and out in 20 mins. So please ladies, ask the price before they charge you otherwise they may overcharge

Andy did a wonderful job on my dip manicure. I am particular about my cuticles and like a smooth and natural look and he did a fantastic job. It’s been about a week and they look like they were done yesterday, just beautiful. I will definitely be back to request him. There was also a nice lady who answered the phone and managed my mom and I to be able to get a manicure and pedicure within our allotted time. Very positive experience that will bring us back.

Quality of nail art work is so poor. I came in last week and got a fill on my acrylic nails. The gel on nails looked bumpy, my nails were not filed evenly. The lady doing my nails filed the side of my nail so close to the skin. I can go on. So I call to get them fixed and they just take my gel color off, but don’t add the fill to it just add color on top. Once again the gel is bumpy and you can see parts where gel color was missing.So upset I had to walk around with my nails looking so horrible. Called and spoke to Julie and she said she had never heard of anyone complain of this and that no one could fix my nails until the next day! Is it ok to leave a customer unhappy and with nails that look this terrible ? I wish I could post pictures on here to show ppl the horrible quality!

First time going, I showed a reference of what nails I wanted and she nailed it! Very friendly and when people came in they give them an estimate of how long they should wait and welcomed each person and remember faces. Must schedule an appointment tho!

I personally had a bad experience with the male who worked here. He seemed flustered and was aggressive and my nails hurt afterwards. Would not be returning.

Lilly, the owner is very nice. I had a very nice talk with her explaining me she makes sure her salon is clean and with friendly environment which it is.

Elaine is a 10 outta 10. I use to go to her all the time but havent been for a while. I dont know why I ever stopped. Going back she remembers me, the pedicure is perfect, and Unique Nails did not raise their prices like every other salon did.

I went here to get my nails done for only FOUR nails to come off while I was doing everyday activities. I went back and they respectfully fixed my nails, but then two days TWO more nails fell off. I am very disappointed and very unsatisfied.

This place is great. The prices are very reasonable. Love how they have a stamp card when you pay cash over $20 service, that is unique to nail salons.

My nails were... ok... the nail ladies were so horrible. Every nail place Ive been to the talk to eachother in a different language.. thats fine.. but at this place they were screaming and would stop what they were doing, answer there personal cell phones, they were eating on the job and at one point 3 nail ladies were just sitting at the table nect to me screaming at eachother and standing over me talking extremely loud.. i left with a massive headache.. i will never go back..

The staff is so nice. They accommodated my special nail request. The nails are turned out beautiful and clean. The gel nails were filed and painted perfectly. Great experience! Would go there again.

I promised my 6 year old if she did good i would take her to get a manicure. she wanted to do rainbow nails, we came in to this place around 5:30 pm on Saturday. customer service was horrible since we go there. all the employees were sitting down talking to each other, they finally called us up she gave me a price for the kids manicure and i said sounds good. She was not very nice and finished the manicure in less than 6 minutes I offered to take the nail polish back and when she was done she turned off her light and said bye be careful with nails. She charge me $5 extra because the wanted each nail a different color. When i saw my little girls nails they were horribly painted i could of done a better job a home. She had nail polish on the sides of her nail. The started to chip off in huge pieces technically the whole nail polish came off from her nails the second day. she was so disappointed. we had a horrible experience.

This shop is amazing. They crank the A/C its clean and they have enough people working that you dont have to wait. The woman who did my pedicure Elaine did such a good job!

Been going here for years now...best nail salon in Temecula 79 North side. Always busy but it’s because they do an amazing job here. Lee always does amazing job on my nails, he makes them perfect every time and the girls all do an amazing job for pedicures.

I have gotten my nails and toes done at least 8-10 times at Unique Nails. I often have felt uncomfortable waiting or getting my nails/toes done, specifically by the main lady that sits upfront. I brought my friends there to get their pedicures done and all the workers looked at us as if we didnt belong. I just dusted it off because maybe they werent used to seeing such awesomeness together. Anyway, I went back this last time (about a month ago) to get my nails done because my husband had a certificate for me. I gave the individual who did my nails the certificate and started to walk out. As I was walking out, the lady that sits upfront asked if I had paid. I tried to look at as if maybe she was just verifying, but she watches all the workers like a hawk. Im sure she saw me exchanging the certificate and having conversation with the worker. I dislike making anything about race, but definitely feel a shift when I enter this nail salon often.. During the visits, I have often watched how these individuals mingle with other individuals and it is never the same. I thought about giving them one more try to see if I was just being paranoid. But I dont believe I am and for this I will no longer give them my business. I will say, my nails were often done the way I requested them. The utensils used were never used improperly, nor did I have pain afterwards. I do believe the prices are reasonable.

Ive been to Unique Nails 2 times and have had Lee doing my nails. He is has a gentle touch and is a perfectionist. The staff at Unique are friendly and both times I loved my results.

I have been there twice and have had great techs work on my nails. I went to another nail salon in between those two visits. The nail tech talked bad about Unique Nails. He was so into talking about them, that he screwed up my nails.😑😑 So, I will stick with Unique Nails. They do a great job, and are professional, clean, and offer current trends.😍😍😍

My daughter and I have tried other shops through the years being disappointed with our wants not being met. We both have our preferred person that services us to where we admire our nails and look forward to the next time.
