I booked my appointment over a month ago to do acrylics and a pedicure with 2 of my friends. When we got there, the lady looked shocked. We asked for the most simple design on our nails and she claimed she didnt have time. Not to mention there was only 1-2 other people in the Salon. While using the nail drill, the ladies cut my finger (they were stinging for hours) DONT GO!! WASTE OF MONEY

They rushed my manicure and pedicure. Barely scrubbed my feet. Horrible job with shaping nails and applying polish. Worst nail experience! They didn’t even check if I was happy with my color, I suddenly realized the color was wrong. I heard another client with the same issue. Unprofessional and they rush you. Poor quality.

They are very nice and a gel mani lasts about 3 to 4 weeks.

Loved it! Wonderful, fast, and beautiful people. Recommend to make appointments, but ask nicely, and they will squeeze you in without one! Clean white and wonderfully dusty pink decor made this space pop with elegance. Have a wonderful day~ I know I did😘

When I first moved to California I found this salon and even after another move to a different town, I still make the trip back to Pinkies. I am treated like family every time I walk in and my pedicures last for weeks. Highly recommend!

This store changed ownership but remains the same business. They no longer accept gift cards prior to the change, and while they have a sign on their front desk that says to ask for directions on refunds for gift cards, the staff does not know what to do and says to come in when the owner is there. Same with the Lafayette store.

I’ve been the this place before and I thought it was a nice nail salon but the second time it was the cliché nail salon problems. My friend and I called and made an appointment and a lady started on me and no one showed up for my friend for probably 20 to 30 minutes. I was pretty much done. Neither of the ladies we got were very nice. My friend and I asked for the same color ( white ) and they ended up looked totally different. Mine was a like clear while they needed to many coats and looked very old. She didn’t get the color anywhere near my cuticles either so it looks like I’ve had this gel on her 1 or 2 week when I had just gotten it on. The prices on line say $30 for gel nails and it was actually $38. And we had to wait for about 5 minutes for the lady to get off her phone sitting outside so we could pay. I’m not going back there again.

My favorite place to get a pedicure! All the people who work here are so nice. They have a great selection of OPI and Essie nail polishes. The chairs are super comfortable. Lots of good, current magazines to choose from. Great massage!

Absolutely terrible! Never going back! I got acrylic nails and the moment I walked in the lady told me I should not get acrylics. On the phone she told me 45$ when we got there it was 60$! My nails are all shoes very different and not filled properly. Don’t waste your time and money on this place!

I went there and they didnt do two coats of polish, so the polish was quite sheer and they cut my nails even though I told them I didnt want them trimmed. They didnt even coat the tip and it just looked messy

4 of us had gift cards. When my daughter called to make apts for all of us, no options mentioned as to whether or not we wanted regular or gel pedi and mani. Having never been there, figured receptionist should have given option, to anyone who calls for an appointment.. So, when we arrived at 5pm, my daughter said that she and her 2 daughters wanted gel. Receptionist said no couldnt do it. Asked why and no real reason given. Thats what we wanted so she went back and discussed with whom I dont know, as she was the manager?. She came back and said ok. Told my daughter she didnt like getting yelled at and my daughter told her she was not yelling.I too had gel pedicure and what a rush job it was!! Store closed at 6pm. Worst pedicure I have ever had. No hot towel, rush job on massage etc. When finished, realized that they had charged full adult prices for my two grandaughters, 5 and 10. My daughter got gift cards from Costco, but will be contacting them as well regarding service they are backing.We will not return again!!

I had a manicure here. It didnt last even one day, my regular salon produces results that last two weeks. While I was waiting, another client finished up and then came back to have the mistakes fixed. I will not be returning.
