Superior housing with friendly and attentive staff. Ownership is professional and understanding. Been renting for a year and couldnt be happier. Highly recommended. Jonathan (owner) goes above and beyond to make sure all units are up to his high standards. Gated community as well!

This is a slum landlord! He has the nice properties listed on line but the not so nice properties are not and he doesnt care about them. My family member called him and told him that an electrician told her and the other 2 tenants in the building that the whole building needed to be rewired soon because it has a high potential of catching fire...when they complained about it, instead of him saying anything about it he asked them if they wanted to move because all they do is complain since they moved there 4 months ago. When she asked him if she needed to get a lawyer he said that he has lawyers too and she could either stay there or move but do not contact his cell phone or text him unless its an emergency! I guess AFTER the building burns to the ground I guess thats considered an emergency! I guess the fire will take care of the bad wiring, bad plumbing, and the roach infestation at the same time! If anything happens to my people....thats all Im gonna say. ***Update*** They evicted her because I made this post!
