Have lived here almost a year. No bug issues. Did see a few ants when first moved in, but after spraying there was no more issues. Neighbors keep to themselves. Very diverse. Bathrooms and kitchens are a little out dated but over all a nice place to live!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It is the worse apartment complex I have ever lived in. Besides it being roach infested, management is a joke. I moved out months ago and have contacted management about getting my deposit back several times and they ignore every attempt I make to reach out to them. How is this complex still open? I have no clue. I advise anyone considering living here to reconsider.

Did not have a good experience as an incoming resident here. Poor communication from management to me regarding my unit/ move in date. Took me weeks of relentless calls to get a hold of someone after i gave my deposit, just for them to email me new move in paper work, with everything changed regarding my unit and move in date when I was counting on moving on my move in date. Left me scrambling to find a new place to live. I had to contact the corporate office to have my deposit refunded back to me (after i had already asked management to refund me. Check was going to be sent to my old address despite the fact I had provided my new address. Do not recommend, better property management is out there.

Roach infestation in building 69xx that will never go away as much as you spray in the corners every couple of months. Once I looked down and saw the biggest roach I ever saw crawling up my leg. Bedbugs. Take a look how many mattresses are thrown out every week in the dumpsters. Rent increases every year but the living value never goes up. They took away our extra storage units in 69xx, threw away all of my stuff down there, and then never came back to remodel the storage units (fact). Many neighbors leave litter and dog waste around. Watch out walking through the common area you might step in a fresh one. I suggested a policy for dealing with it but I guess it fell on deaf ears. Rent for a 2 bedroom is probably going to run you $700 a month for the first year and who knows after that. I am so glad to be free of this place, it feels like I have shed and entire layer of skin and I now feel clean again.

I lived here for almost 4 years. I really liked it. It was cheap, no one bothered me, the maintainence orders were dealt with immediately and the manager was always helpful.

Ive lived here for 2 years. Its a very safe apartment complex, very diverse. I like that about it. Theyre always late opening the pool though, same excuse both years, screen door was lousy fell off two years ago and I requested it to be fixed multiple times online and in person and nobody ever came or responded so I said forget it. So when its nice out tons and youre cooking in the kitchen and want to feel a breeze tons of pesky flies get in so thanks for that. Luckyily our cats favorite pastime is catching them. Love the extra storage closet that has a concrete floor. With a cat makes litter box clean up easy to sweep and mop. The second year we were here roaches started showing up in our kitchen. They were quick to fix it. They had a bug guy in a lot to make sure. A neighbor got evicted or lease was up and soon after they left there wasnt a problem, guessing it was them. They werent here for long. The laundry room is moldy in building 6912 so I never bring my daughter down with me to do laundry. Door doesnt lock either so dont leave anything in storage down there. Besides neighbor I mentioned that is now gone used to do drugs down there. The lady who cleans the laundry room is not too bright or attentive either. I had a basket of CLEAN laundry sitting next to the dryer and was unloading a washer to transfer to dryer. This lady was not paying any attention and was on the phone the entire time she took the used dirty trash bag out of the bin and set it on inside on top of my clean laundry basket while she put a new bag in. With me standing right there, like what the??? I looked at her and interrupted her phone call like excuse me is that the TRASH sitting on my clean laundry, please remove it now. She apologized but had to rewash a few items of clothes. So if you want a mediocre safe apartment complex where the rent goes up every year for nothing new but convenient online rent pay and safety move here.
