My 10 year old son is usually terrified of dentists but Dr. Denson & staff were amazing with him! My 15 year old & my 10 year old really enjoyed their dental visit today. Highly recommend these guys!

We had a very pleasant experience.The wait time was minimal and everyone was very nice. Despite some of the changes since COVID-19, it’s still a kid friendly atmosphere. My daughter was there for an Orthodontic consultation and it went smoothly. She had x-rays done by the treatment coordinator. The treatment coordinator or individual you see prior to the Orthodontist was friendly and conversational. The Orthodontist did a superb job explaining the X-Ray and his treatment recommendations. We were able to proceed with treatment. The procedure itself was thoroughly done and explained in great detail. I was offered 3 payments options. I selected the monthly payments which was this outstanding amount that had me promptly trying to call my insurance provider. However, later it was corrected and I guess it was an oversight. Overall, great experience and I would recommend the Southaven location to others.

PDG Southaven staff is always friendly and welcoming! My oldest daughter is 24. She began coming here when we moved to Southaven many, many years ago. PDG was her dentist until she had to move on to a “Big Girl” dentist! 😊 My youngest two are now teens, but have been coming here since day one. We now use the in house orthodontist as well, which is very convenient. We love this location and feel at home anytime we have a visit! Thank you PDG for all you do to help our kiddos smile BIG!

My son had his second ever dentist appointment today, he’s 2, and his very first cleaning. The dental assistant that cleaned his teeth was very nice and did a really good job at trying to keep him calm. He isn’t crazy about new people, especially when they are wearing the masks. They had a tv in the ceiling above the chair with the Disney Chanel. When my son started to get uncomfortable and started crying, she didn’t try to force him to stay laying down to do anything else. She was very calm and even gave him a ducky for being good. The dentist we saw was Dr. Denson, and although my son screamed the whole time he was checking his teeth, he stayed calm and was very nice as well. He did his check as quick as possible even tho my son was flailing about like a crazy person! My son really doesn’t like men so he wasn’t a fan of him at all, but I thought he was good. We’ve only been to PDGO twice now, but we will continue to go back until my son is too old to go. The rest of the staff was very polite too!

I am a first time mom and this was the best experience ever. First of all; the scheduling of the appointment was ease, the receptionist and assistances at the front desk were very professional. We arrived early, I completed the paperwork online. I literally waited 1 minute. We were accompanied by the sweetest assistance ever. The doctor came promptly, examined our son and commended us on what we’ve already done. We love it and will highly recommend.

From the TVs above to the cool glasses they get to wear, and not to mention the prize machine at the end. My son loves it!3. Check in is super easy. They didn’t make me fill out all the new information for my new insurance. Instead they filled it out for me.4. Everyone is super friendly!!!I could keep going on and on…. But you get the picture! This was our first time and it was great! I was very surprised at how well all the staff were and the doctor. They made my daughter ( 3 year old) comfortable and did not push her to do anything she did not want to do. Now she is excited to come back! Thank you for allowing her to love the dentist and hopefully give her a desire to continue visiting the dentist.

I took my daughter there today for her first dental exam. I was nervous because I have a phobia of the dentist & I didn’t know how she would act. From the second we walked in the door, everyone was so friendly, but Ashley, the dental hygienist, was excellent. She was so caring, gentle, and explained every little detail to my daughter. My daughter has even talked about her since we left. She’s great at what she does! Great job PDG, A+ rating from me!

Staff at PDG are always friendly and very helpful. The tech my daughter saw the other day was very pleasant. She made my daughter feel comfortable and I enjoyed our conversation. They always explain everything in detail. Dr. C came in and checked my daughters braces and teeth and was so delightful.

The dentist don’t know but my son is autistic and his sensory level can sometimes make dentist and hair cuts stressful. All of the dentist have always been gentle with my baby and so caring. It’s just a joy to leave and my son says he has the best dentist..

Very pleased with today’s appointment. They check temperatures of the patients before going back and parents had to fill out a questionnaire about Covid-19. Parents waited in car until their child was finish. The staff walked each child out to the car and gave you an brief detail of the visit and appointment card. I give them 5 stars for all the safety precautions they took to make sure my child and I felt safe. Thanks PPG!

Great first experience! We came in for a consult and to transfer care. Everyone was so patient and informative, even gave us a signed note thanking me for the opportunity to care for my child. Every part of the staff was so good with kids. She came in slightly anxious, and by the end she was at ease, chatting with everyone, and couldnt wait to come back. This is the kind of practice you hope for.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. Visiting the dentist can be a very scary experience, I was nervous to see how my toddler would act at our visit. The staff made it extremely easy and comfortable for her. They have an x-box room and a vending machine were the kids can get a small gift at the end which we were excited for. They also gave us a t-shirt for her to wear and took a picture of her visit. She truly enjoyed her experience and cannot wait to go back. They were also really fast with the process, less than 10 minutes wait.They were really patient in cleaning her teeth and very informative on how to keep her teeth healthy. I was really impressed by their care. I highly recommend.

My one-year old daughter a great first visit to the dentist. She was mostly comfortable and only cried during the actual exam. The entire staff was helpful and friendly and made us completely comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Denson for anyone with a young child.

What an excellent first time experience at the dentist for our sweet little boy! My toddler was extremely nervous about her first dental visit and the entire staff made sure she felt comfortable throughout her visit.

I went to 3 different dentist offices for my son (including this one), the first wasn’t pediatric and he needed quite a bit of work done so he referred me to someone whom we also went to before here and they were horrible.. basically told me that without the $4000 up front for all the work he needed done, they wouldn’t even schedule him his appointments and that if payment wasn’t made in 30 days I needed to take my business elsewhere.. PDG has been nothing but great to me and my child.. they work with you on payments and both Southaven and Olive Branch has great staff!! ( not to mention a fraction of the cost) I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!

The Hygienists have always been patient and taken their time when seeing my little girl which is 6. They make sure she is comfortable when taking X-rays,and also when shes getting her teeth cleaned. The dentist will communicate with me at the end of the appointment letting me know what to expect, and how her teeth are developing.

Today, visit my daughter was getting braces. She is the first in my entire family to have braces. Therefore, I have no knowledge of braces etc. The lady never asked did I have any questions. She was rushing. She started to walk out the door. I said well, I have some questions. Also, she knew my daughter plays Volleyball and was supposed to show me a mouth piece. Unfortunately, she never did. Sorry, I cant give you her name because she never provided me her name. SMHOverall, this pediatric has nice staff. I love their service. So, I do recommend their service.

I love this place! My son is terrified of needles. He has no idea that they are actually giving him shots when doing work on his teeth. He is not in pain and he feels safe and comfortable when he is there. The doctors are great. The staff is really courteous and fun. We never have to wait long at all. I would definitely recommend the Southaven office.
