These people are super shady! The 1 Bedroom 1 Bath pictures appeared nice but I was unable to view the apartment. Id been apartment shopping for two months (got a new job in the area) so I was really done with the whole process, so I took a leap of faith and applied.I paid a REFUNDABLE $99 HOLDING fee (due to me working for preferred employer) and a NON- refundable $75 application fee.I received a call from Terry (about two weeks later), letting me know that I was approved and the deposit was $1000.00. I let her know Id just got approved for a bigger place for cheaper that day and how could I get my money back.She got nasty with me and told me that the money was non refundable because You made us call all those places you lived and do all that work. Okay that was the application fee (cool, I get it) what about the $99 HOLDING fee? She went on to say she didnt know she would have to check.I highly doubt shed be calling me back. SOOOOO I called back and spoke to Terry again and she stated its all non-refundable, and made up some story about how she reached out to management.This was not how they presented it to me. I would have NEVER applied if I knew they were not going to keep their word. Basically theyre some #CHEATS that make up policies as they go.Needless to say the CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE SUCKS!!! I didnt need to know about all the things you had to do to check my background & references, THATS YOUR JOB!!!!Ill be sure to let ALL my new co- workers know what poor service they delivered!!!

WORST MANAGEMENT!...They just know to suck the money from the tenants pockets...Good luck to anyone getting their security deposit back...I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Extremely rude customer service and very expensive for very little amenities.

I was in the process of returning home after 12 years in the military. My girlfriend and I went and applied to live here. After paying the fees and everything we were denied because when I was active duty my ex wife cheated on me causing me to have to file bankruptcy. When we told them that I was a full time law school student, my girlfriend will be the primary bf she makes 5 times the rent they still said no. So we asked what is she just signs the lease and you clear my background? They still said no and if she lives there she am has to sign a waiver stating I will not stay with her at all. If the rents being paid what does it matter? Might I add we wanted to put 6 months down in advance.

Today was an amazing day. We toured the properties at both The Village on Hopeful and on Weaver and all I can say is WOW..Each unit was breathtaking and so so spacious. I didnt want to leave..As much as I enjoyed the tour and all these properties have to offer I also want to recognize the amazing young lady that made our day so wonderful. Sierra Menefee is an absolute joy to deal with..So patient and so informative. She answered every question and satisfied our every concern. Leasing agents could take some serious lessons from this young lady. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured in any way. We had such an amazing experience and Im looking forward to being apart of this community..Thank you Sierra..you made our day and I hope to deal with you in the near future..Teresa Strange-Kemen and Mark Kemen

Looks fantastic to live in, but you could just buy a bigger home for cheaper, since they do not do short term leases. Great layouts, but why would I pay 2k a month with no overhead on utilities?The lady working in the afternoon at the office was quite rude. Her attitude was very judgemental. What saddened me the most is that she could not provide me with basic answers to basic questions listed on the packet (I wanted to know if she read the items she handed me). She said the sentence I do not know at least five times. Ill have to check four times.The rentals for a 2 bedroom 2 bath start at 1495 a month to 1900 a month. Their 3 bedroom 3 bath starts at 1945 to 2000 a month. They also require that if you apply, the total rent must be 3x your gross amount. Unless your household makes 55k a year, dont even bother wasting your time here.And possibly the worst thing: if you own an aggressive dog breed such as a pit bull, a rotweiler, or a german shephard, look elsewhere. They do not permit them under their breed restrictions. But if you have a chihuahua whos terribly trained and is aggressive, theyll permit itTldr; good if you dont have a dog, but the bang for the buck is best spent elsewhere.
