We been very impressed with our experience at Hensley Thompson Properties. Our apartment is well-maintained and clearly had been before we moved in. Our application was easy to submit online and was approved within ten minutes of submission. Work orders are placed and processed very quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a rental. The staff is very professional. I want to thank Andrew and Emily for all they do. It has been a rough few years since my husband died and I feel like they are my real close family. Thank you for all you have done for me and my family.

Hensley-Thompson is the picture of professionalism. Ive personally dealt with a majority of the staff and they have always gone above and beyond to make their properties a better and safer place to live. I would highly recommend any of their properties to anyone moving to florence who wants a beautiful, safe place to live. I also would like to mention that the maintenance staff is extremely professional and I can tell they truly care about the tenants and their overall well being. Ive seen numerous occasions of maintenance dropping everything and going out to fix even the most minor issues just because they care. I highly recommend this company and I applaud them for their hard work and dedication.

Great people. Never had a landlord care about real life circumstances. Andrew was a real type of guy. Worked with me considering the horrible years 2020 has been for my daughter and myself. We are finally getting back on track and happy we are here where we are living . Thank you Hensley Thompson and thank you Andrew!!!

Had great experience with Hensley Thompson. Zero problems with renting through the 2 years my family and I lived here. The staff I meet has been very professional. The apartment was very clean and well maintained.

Very clean. Well maintained. I would recommend anyone to rent from Hensley Thompson. The best amenities are the clubhouse and the pool.

I called to ask a few questions about vacancies. The man who answered had a very rude tone. I am a responsible student who is never late paying for anything, but this place will not get my money. It is unfortunate because this is the first place I reached out to; I was very excited, and he completely deflated my happy demeanor. I will reach out to their competitors instead. You lost the most perfect tenant you could possibly imagine due to your unprofessional attitude.

This has got to be the best Apartment complex i have ever lived in, the office staff is helpful & friendly. Their maintenance personnel are timely & professional. The many amenities here are great! Quite & friendly neighbors 5 stars

6/12-I had been calling the mantience line trying to get a few issues fixed. Since the beginning of the year 2020. Me thinking my issue was being passed on Not. Then Covid hit. I backed off and was shampooing my own carpet. (Carpet 1 of the issues) Not wanting them to come in my house due the covid situation. So I finally called to the office and some finally came out. Nothing fixed . Called the office back and Andrew said its nothing they can do it a busy move in time. Im just waiting on Alice to return. Maybe if she see this she will give me a call. Oh Andrew said the mantience line is 3rd party some where out in TX some where

I really enjoyed living here. The staff was very friendly and super quick to fix any problems/repairs that were reported. I called about a problem with my oven thermostat and they were at my apartment in about 30 minutes to fix it. I lived in one of the townhouses and was actually surprised that I couldnt ever hear my neighbors. I mean I used to play my music really loud even and they never heard it. It was also great to live in a complex that took care of their amenities. The pool area was always nice and clean. I cant say enough about how great the staff is there. Allison and her team do a terrific job.

Lived here for over three years now. The management that is on site now is quick to respond to any maintenance issues. I also love the pool.Edit: 5/5/2020I still live here and still rate it at 5 stars. I think it is the best apartment in town.

Business model based in deception and centered on evicting people who are unaware of their rights. Thus is not terribly surprising once you take into consideration the owner, and his office staff. They have doesnt the last 3 months aggressively attempting to evict me due to my notifying them of my displeasure in the flooded unit I was lucky enough to move into. The word retaliatory comes to mind....Its unfortunate, as I am just as relentless as these folks are. They will use the police against you, as well as other less than legal tactics to achieve their ultimate goal- evict, evict, evict.Other than that, the apartment is equally as disgusting as the staff.

Quite living establishment. Its nicely placed and comfortable to live in. Convenient location to town and downtown areas. Well managed and maintained.

Very quiet and peaceful. Always got quick response from office if any questions, concerns or problems. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.

I give it two stars just because theres not many apartments better in this area, but theres a brown recluse problem that the office seemed to not be in a hurry to fix. The internet thats included is awful, which is their big selling point. If you live in the bottom floor apartment you will hear your upstairs neighbors as it sounds like they are stomping. Last but not least they cut a tree down almost 2 months ago in front of my unit and limbs where barely cleaned up. Still have a lot left to clean. They dont seem to care about the appearance oh I know I said I was done but I failed to mention the potholes throughout this complex.
