I shook my head Yes ...but then she walked off ..never guide me to a chair so I sat there ...then another guy came in and they got him right in ...I wont be back .. kinda like Blakes Lot of burger ... Carlsbad needs a lesson on customer service lesson..in my business customer never wait...if I walk in and see my employee on the mobile phone they are fired on the spot...Get It Together Up There High School Girls

Its decent if youre looking for a cheap haircut. But you get what you pay for. First time I went, I cut a lot off into a bob and was happy with the result. The second time around I came back for a trim. I got someone different and it ended up lopsided. I couldnt tell at first because my hair has some curl to it, but once I straightened it, it was really noticeable. Had to go else where to get it fixed.

Was in and out in no time. Worth the price. Sweet ladies. Building could use an update. Didnt have 1 issue with the stylist cutting my husbands hair. Will continue to go back for all our hair needs.

This is a respectable hair cutting shop. I was satisfied with my cut, and very satisfied with the price. Theres not much more can be said... The place is kept clean, and like everything in Carlsbad the wait time is a little lengthy... But who cares I got a haircut, and thats what I came for

Walked in. The door dinged. I know they heard me. Three were there. They were all looking down at their phones and did not acknowledge me. Finally one looks at the other and says he still texting me then looks back at her phone and completely ignores me. Dont waste your time or money here. They dont want to work.

Pulled up at 4:30pm (close at 5pm) on a Saturday to get my sons haircut real quick before a Christmas party and we could see all of them in there, we were the only ones there and they shut off the lights, so we wouldn’t come in. You run a business and you go to college to make a career cutting hair, I would expect more than teenaged behavior.

Seriously, how hard is it to follow directions like “leave 4-5” inches on top? Someone needs to go back to school and learn the difference between 1” and 4-5”.

Ive given this place 3 chances and theyve been terrible every time. I even had to go back after getting home and my wife commenting on the terrible job they did. Every time ive had long hairs left around my ears and not once has the cut been even. They cant even get the basics of haircutting right!!! Go anywhere else to get your haircut! Especially if youre a guy looking for a fade.
