Just visited this salon today for the first time and it was HANDS down the best salon I have visited! The prices are incredibly reasonable, the salon is very clean, and the nail work is the best I have ever seen. I am now a customer for life, so excited to have found a forever salon! 🙂

The experience was great but my nails look absolutely horrible. I got the dip on my natural nails for the first time and it did not last at all. I got my nails done on July 11th for when I get induced on July 23rd but there is no way I can have my nails looking like this. I expected them to grow out some, but this is beyond chipped. And for the past 2 weeks I have been off work so I did not do anything to cause this. I have to find somewhere else ASAP so my nails don’t look so disgusting. I am very disappointed! Def a waste of money and time!!

I love this place. Everything from the staff to the experience. Not only is it clean, the staff take precautions before and after each customer to ensure their safety. I’ve been getting my nails and toes done by Xunnie for over 6 months and each time I’m blown away. She is quick, professional and beyond talented. Very nice shop. Clean and more upscale than the ones on Pendleton pike. I camr in for a take off gel polish on hands and feet (acrylic on hands). The technician was extremely gentle. Will definitely return after I give my natural nails a little rest

First time here recently and the best acrylic set I’ve ever gotten! Xunnie did exactly what I wanted

So I tried really hard to give this place a shot. I went last Monday for a full set. But I paid way too much for it to only be a week later and 4 nails have either broken, popped off, or are lifting up. My first issue was I asked the man for one thing and got something else. They were still cute though, so I just took it for what it was. 48 hours later one nail snapped in half. I already had an appt for Saturday to get my feet done, so I called and let them know that I would need my nail fixed. By the time Saturday arrived 2 more nails were starting to pop up, it has only been 5 days at this point. The boss fixed 2 of my nails and only charged me for one which I appreciated. But last night low and behold a COMPLETELY different nail just popped off line it was a press-on. I am not aggressive or anything with my nails, I have never had this problem before. The quality is very poor for a $60 set with a $10 tip.

I love this salon. Happen to stumble on it a while ago and was in need of some one great that I trusted to do my nails. Well they certainly do a great job and it’s such a nice place and relaxing but professional atmosphere. That alone is a win. BUT to have a specific person that cares about me and what I want and what makes me happy and isn’t the owner I think that alone should tell you what kind of place this is. If your in doubt. Try it. You won’t go anywhere else again.

Nice contemporary and relaxing atmosphere. Service was quick but professional. I am so tickled the pedicurist was honest enough to tell me the color I picked out was not cute. I asked her to pick out a color for me, and I love it.

I have no idea why this place is rated 4.8. They did a horrible job on my nails. Possibly the worst I have ever had and I have been to several nail salons in my life. My nails are lumpy, they are thick at the top and then very thin at the bottom. The gel polish is thick in some places and thin and others. All of my nails are different lengths. If I could give them no stars I would. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing service all around. First nail place I’ve been to that actually honors appointments. If they’re running behind they tell you immediately - LOVE THAT. If you don’t have an appointment they are always are honest about wait times... this is rare in the nail industry.Everyone is so personable, and AMAZING INCREDIBLE work. They listen, don’t rush, and truly give quality time to every client. I have tried 15+ nail salons and now I’ll never go anywhere else besides K Nails.Thank you for all you guys do!!!

This place is fantastic! Kelly has made this place gorgeous. The signature pedicures are no joke with paraffin wax at the end! Clean and comfortable as well. But my suggestion is to call and make an appointment because since the renovation, they are always busy! Walk in is not a good suggestion by my encounters.

I just had the most wonderful experience!! Kelly gave me what they call a deluxe pedicure that includes a foot/leg scrub, mask, and lotion!!! It was amazing and their pedi chairs are so comfy! Tony gave me a beautiful, gel manicure. I cannot wait to come back and try a hot stone pedicure and try the paraffin dips!!

I went to K Nails Spa to get a full set of acrylics before i went on vacation. When I went in there they all welcomed me and told me to take a seat. Then when i went to get my nails actually done the girl doing mine was to busy talking to her coworker and messed up while cutting the nails into a coffin shape then while putting on the gel she bumped my hand in the counter and it messed up the polish but instead of redoing the nail she just left it how it was. It is now 5 days later and my polish is chipping and my nails are starting to pop off already.

They squeezed me in for a polish change before closing which I really appreciate. Whenever I need a nail salon, this is always my first choice.

Only place I will go to get my nails done ! Tony is awesome !
