Paige is the real Deal!!! In town for a conference and randomly showed up. Paige gave me the best service and one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had! Definitely hit Paige up at the Twin Cutz in Naples!

Today was my second haircut with Gino at TwinCutz. Generally I get my hair cut once a month because it grows out awkwardly. Ginos cut was so good that it was almost 2 months between appointments. The shop is clean and comfortable - I have not experienced any wait time yet. Gino pays attention to detail and listen to his clients preferences/requests. Highly recommend :-)

My brother was visiting from Peru with his family and we went shopping to the TJ max store and an employee from twincuts came up to us and told us that they were having a special that day for free haircuts for kids so we went and my 11 year old niece and 8 year old nephew loved, loved their haircut. Everyone was friendly and professional. The place was so clean and cool. Thank you for making the experience so wonderful for all of us.

Can’t say enough great things about this shop. All around 10/10 service from the haircut to the shave. I got an amazing haircut that is exactly what I requested from the Barber and he was very professional and helpful. The new remodel also looks amazing and adds to the overall great experience. On a shot in the dark, I scheduled an appointment with Jen at the location in Coconut Point not knowing what to expect and can genuinely say it was the best haircut experience of my entire life. From the quality of Jen’s craftsmanship to the unique ambiance of the salon, I’m confident that I’ve finally found my go-to spot. The professionalism of the entire staff was extremely welcoming as well, they provided me with a complimentary bottle and soda of water while I waited.

The worst barbershop I’ve gone to. I asked who was the best barber because I needed a good haircut for a special event and put me with a guy with glasses. I told him I wanted to trim half an inch on top and trimmed all my of MY HAIR !!! I do not recommend any one to go to this barbershop he left one side long and the other short I had to go to another barbershop to get it properly fixed ! Apart from messing my hair up he charged me $25 !! After he was done he told me if he could do my eyebrows ! They will do anything just for the money !! Not professional at ALL !!! I couldn’t gone somewhere else and they would’ve charged me that with a really great haircut with my eyebrows and beard done.

Partner went in to get a haircut only. Nothing more. Basically got a bad haircut and on top. He got his eyebrows almost shaved off! I can’t even understand how WITHOUT consent. You would almost shave a mans eyebrows!!! His left eyebrow is as slim as a pencil line so might as well have shaved it off! The right one not as slim and just uneven. Never in 32 years has his eyebrows ever been touched. He didn’t ask for it and this man just deliberately took it upon himself and do a service that was not asked for. Anyway, I did go in and confront him as to, is this the type of service you receive for $30?! His response was basically get out. He escorted me out of the shop. That said, I don’t believe the service that was given was acceptable nor the poor customer service given to me when I made a legitimate complaint. So. This place is like getting spit on your food if you argue with McDonald’s and if that’s the type of service you like. Go to this place.

Best place to get a cut everyone is super friendly and they are very fair!

Will never be back. Im sure theyre decent barbers, but they have no respect for other peoples time, and appointments dont matter. Sat for 40 minutes after my appointment time (I did explain I was going to be in a rush when I called for the appointment). They couldnt care less.

I took my husband and my son to get haircuts at this shop with ROB. Great service, professional, friendly, great customer service, wore his mask and Sanitized in between cuts. I recommend him 100%. 😁👍🏼👍🏼Very good barber!!!

I must say the first Barber my Husband went to when we moved from Manhattan was referred from a colleague of mine. The Barber was most exceptional, his name is Karl this gentleman definitely knows his stuff by far. I was worried that my husband wouldn’t find such a talented barber so quickly when we made our move to Naples,Well he did 😊👍. Know a barber who moved here from an old barbershop I loved. I use to work around the corner and would walk by often. I thought about going in one day to check it out.However after seeing how the rude the guys are to people outside when sitting there and catcalling girls walking by, Ill be sure to never go to or recommend these lowlifes.Ill send the fades elsewhere to more respectful and professional barbers around town.

Poor service! The one chair was free and the barber doing a haircut pointed and said he can take you. The barber he referred to slowly stood and kept watching TV and did not respond to my greeting - I walked out.

Since I moved from NJ to southwest FL I had a hard time trying to find a good barber. I had terrible experiences... until Orlando Reynolds cut my hair for the first time, I was amazed at the time he took, dedication with quality you dont find that very often.After that he cut my kids hair, hes officially been our barber since June last year. I fully recommend him!

Visiting Naples, googled barbershop near me and this was the closest one. I took a chance on it since it had no reviews, but their website looked legit. Im glad I did! Place was clean, staff friendly and knowledgeable, and price was right. Getting a fade with a new barber is always stressful, but the one I got as a walk-in was patient and engaged when I described how I like it. His name was Gino. Very good service, will stop in again next time Im in Naples.
