If I could give negative stars I would.Anytime I try a new nail place I get the same thing and same color to know what the service and experience will be like. I always pick a basic manicure and pedicure the first time with IPI red or similar red polish.First, everyone was nice except my nail tech. I was clearly an annoyance to her as soon as I picked the basic mani Pedi and not an upgrade. She rushed so fast that the basic steps were like torture. She was rough, shoving me, rubbing as hard and fast as physically possible, and was highly irritated when after the 15 minutes of pedicure she provided I pointed out that two of my toenails werent even fully painted. Like they looked bad. She loudly huffed and put polish on them the rest of the way over what tip coat or finishers shed already done. I knew then it was not going to be great but I held out hope the manicure would redeem the experience.Not even close.To be clear, when I got there I had regular polish on my very healthy and regularly maintained toes and fingers. I havent had any type of gel or other nail products on my fingers in years, only regular polish. I never file the tops, rarely buff them in any way except with a shine buffer, and use special no acetone remover to preserve their health. I take serious care of my nails.As you can see in the pictures, my nails werent fully painted, theres fuzz and other junk in the polish, she bumped one with her hand after finishing and didnt offer to fix it (I was still seated at her station when this happened and she clearly saw it), she cut my fingers a couple of places and my foot got cut from rough handling with a pumice.It was so bad I had to remove it all when I go home and redo my own nails to even look within reason for public.If youre wondering why I didnt say something while I was there let me explain that after the rude huff she made when she didnt even fully polish my toenails, would you have made a big deal about it? I was there about 45 minutes in total for both a mani and a Pedi, spent $54 on the service, still left a tip of $10 (because Im not rude even if the service was terrible), and would highly highly recommend you spend your money ANYWHERE but here.

The Optimist was my nail tech today and he is awesome! I went with the Deluxe Pedicure and some very fall-ish nail color. Always good when I get wine and a massage with my pedicure🙂

I visit The Nail Studio at least once a month; it’s definitely my favorite nail salon around the area!I debated writing this review, but after my visit today, I decided to. The only reason for why I cannot call them a 5-star establishment is because they do not honor appointments. Before every visit, I make an appointment a few days in advance. However, every time I visit, I (and several others) am kept waiting beyond the appointment time. I timed it the last two visits, and it took 30-40 minutes after my appointment time to finally get seated for service.While the wait is very frustrating…their service and personalities win me over again. That’s why I keep going back!The Nail Studio, if you read these reviews, I recommend auditing your current appointment/booking “system” or be honest about the expected wait times (even with an appointment) when someone calls to schedule one.To all others, I still recommend The Nail Studio because they are really good at nails, have a clean studio, and have really wonderful technicians who work there. Just plan ahead to spend 30-40 extra minutes there ;)

I started going here in March 2021 and it was really nice. But my most recent experience is why I will not go back again. I felt like my service was lack luster. The staff was rude, inattentive and unprofessional. I spend typically $100 or more per visit here so I expect to be treated with respect. If Im paying for a service I should not be asked why I want said service. Furthermore, they used to have really good Covid precautions but no longer implement them. Visit at your own risk, Sis.

I went in to get a Polish on my nails and a pedicure 😩 had to wait 20 minutes for the manicure then was charged $100 for both services now I have to drive 30 minutes to straighten this mess out. Check your bank statements if your a customer cuz the check-in guy does NOT know how to do his job correctly or efficiently

My daughter paid for me to get a manicure nail dip. The girl who worked on my nails was very sweet but the quality of service could have been much better my nails are gritty with dip all over my fingers. My daughter was charged extra for cuticle trimming of my nails and we thought that was included with the manicure. We also thought that cuticle oil and a massage was included but it wasn’t. When my daughter asked her nail tech for some cuticle oil she stared at her, then rolled her eyes, and then proceeded to pour the oil all over her nails and fingers! It was everywhere! 😡 her attitude was despicable! Her nail tech was so rude and disrespectful and not professional at all!Very nice clean place but not quality customer service. This was my daughters second time here and it was a different experience than her first time. She had a great nail tech and nails were awesome for the first time. She was highly disappointed as was I.

I made an appointment for 1:00 and arrived 15 minutes early. I was seated by 1:00 in a pedi chair, but I wasn’t seen by a tech until 1:40. I watched 4 other women be sat and taken care of before I was. It felt like I was forgotten about, which I know happens when things are busy, but no one acknowledged it and I had to ask them if I’d be seen soon. No apologies either. In addition, my service was rushed. The lady sitting next to me got the same service, started 20 minutes before me, and we finished at the exact same time. Pretty frustrating.

I love this place! My nails last for 4 weeks with the dip. Tony is the best there! He is so friendly and knows what he is doing!

I ONLY go to this nail salon. I am temporarily away in Grad School but I come home all the time just so I can have my nails done here. Kay is my favorite but everyone is good! They did mine and my bridal party’s nails for my wedding and I loved my nails so much! Love it here. Best dip nails in the Midwest area.

To run late and be busy is one thing but when a customer is upset about their own time and asks for compensation - and it’s against their policy to make the customer happy - not good business or very professional.

I have come here a total of 6x and every SINGLE time my French pedicure is flawless. I bring my boyfriend along to get one too and now he is hooked. Thank you!

First time here. Had the dip nails done by Lee. Impressed with the cleanliness and odor-free environment. I met and conversed with the owners who were very cordial. I will be a return customer even though a 25 minute drive from home.

I love Nail Studio! The facility is gorgeous, and very spacious. Services are very reasonably priced. They will charge additional for callus removal (pedicure- $5) and additional to remove previous get polish. Outside of this, it is a relaxing experience and I hardly ever face gel chipping prior to 3 weeks! The pedicures last 4-6 weeks... you just deal with growth :) the staff is friendly! If I go in for a gel polish manicure I’m in and out within 20 minutes. Plus, they have a bar! It’s a nice touch. I love Nail Studio and have yet to find a place with a comparable experience!

I like this place. The staff is always friendly, and theyre usually staffed well...Im always a walk-in and I never have to wait long which is a plus.Their new spot in Fishers station too is fantastic, the decor is relaxing and clean.Ive had a good experience every time Ive been here, which is 4 times now.Ive never done a pedicure there yet, but Ive done nails.Just did the dip in gel nails for the first time and I LOVE them. They make my nails feel thicker too which is nice since normally theyre thin and break easily.The colors are great and there are tons of options. I just did the purple Professor Plum and I LOVE ITId recommend them.

I have been coming here for years and they are the best around. However, I got a pedicure today from someone who Ive never seen in here before. I paid $45 for an upgraded pedicure, which I always get. I was not pleased with this experience at all. On top of not spending any time on my feet, he didnt even massage my feet or legs. Like not at all. Why bother paying $45 for an upgrade and not get pampered?! I will continue to come here because this isnt the norm but very unhappy today.

Ive been here several times and I have mixed feelings. Pros: Clean, comfortable atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Usually able to walk-in and have little to no waiting time.Now the reasons I wont return here and only am giving two stars. Staff issues--there is one lady there who has twice now kept trying to upsell to me the entire time I was there (for both a manicure and pedicure). I kept saying no to the gel polish because it ruins my nails, and kept meeting resistance. I dont know if there is a language barrier there, but I also felt some of her comments were insulting. Also they do not have a good system in place for payments. They mixed up the tabs when I was in there last Saturday and they ended up charging my friend twice and charged a young girl for my services (which were twice more expensive than what she owed) and to my knowledge they did nothing to track her down and rectify the situation. I think they mean well, and I do appreciate the workers there that Ive seen who are professional and kind. However I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been to this salon 3 times. The 1st time I left with beautiful nails. The next 2 times not so much. I had to go back after the 2nd visit because nails had a grainy texture. they fixed them and i left with shiny nails and was given $5.00 coupon for next visit. I went today for a nail dip and again had a grainy finish. I spoke up and said it was grainy and that I should wash my hands before final application to remove the grit from filing. They removed final coat and I washed off grit and they did another final coat and finish was beautiful. They are a good salon but it depends on the technician you get. If you find one, schedule an appt with that individual instead of going and getting whoever is available.

The salon is very nice but I did not like the fact that even if I scheduled an appointment i had to wait 45 mins. I just got a regular manicure and I could have put the nail polish on better then what they did. I even pointed out some bubbles and they did nothing to fix it. I will not go back.

I love this salon. They offer wine or coffee while you get a mani or pedi. I always get the gel dip and it lasts for 4-5 weeks! Tony is my fav!

I have been going to The Nail Studio for about 4 years and I have always had excellent service there. Lee does an excellent job with my pedi and mani and she is very meticulous and how she does things. I highly recommend the Nail Studio.
