Jason did a wonderful job! I usually go to the Fancy Nails at HTC, but Nikki (the owner) was not working today. I have been to this one before, some of the employees are slower than Id like but they do a good job. They werent very busy when I got there, but got busy shortly after! Excellent service, and very professional. Shown is dip with chrome and nail art.

They do not do fair business. I used my “rewards card” today and paid cash. I already had 4 punches on my card and I received two different services today over $28. That means I should have received $15 off. Yen restamped the 4th space that was already stamped and wrote over the area so it would seem like I have to come back again. Will never return, that was very unfair! What makes it even worse is that you stamped the $15 and still refused to give me the discount anyways…

They are amazing! They have fair prices and they are thorough with their work. I especially appreciate that their prices are consistent and they won’t try to charge you differently each time. My regular nail polish never lasted on my toes when I went to other places but when they do them, it lasts until I return which is about every 2-3 weeks lol. That makes me happy. I was serviced by Yen today and she does an amazing job!

This nail salon is my favorite to go too, the employees are friendly and try to make you as comfortable as possible by offering drinks and anything to make you more comfortable. they have a variety of like 13 different pedicures, which I love, and you can tell they take pride in their job. It’s been several times employees have stayed past close to make sure my nails are perfect. Definitely recommend!

This place is filthiest nail salon I have EVER been to - the dust is all over the salon! As soon as you walk in it’s hard not to notice how dirty it is!

This place is really hit or miss depending on who your tech is. I’ve always had Yen and she’s ALWAYS done an amazing job and is a true perfectionist and professional! I highly recommend booking with her! She always takes her time to make sure she does what you ask and she has an amazing eye for color, making sure it is exactly what you wanted!

The salon is beautiful and the color selection is one of the best I’ve seen. HOWEVER, I got a gel manicure on Saturday from other salons last 2 weeks for me. It is only Thursday and 4/10 nails have lifted, chipped, and begin to peel off. I may go back to buy the colors I want but not for service.

With all that’s going on in the world right now Fancy Nails 2 was able to give me some pleasure and smiles! Jason did my nails so clean and crisp ( I’m quite picky about my nails ) and Cindy did my pedi which put me to sleep! ☺️ Great job team appreciate you and will be back often!

Kelsey did an amazinggg job. I’ve never loved my nails more. Everything was perfect: length, shape, and color. She took her time and was very detailed and gentle. This is definitely my new nail spot. Highly recommend.

I went here for the first time since it was right next to my new apartment. I had gotten a dip manicure by Yen and for some reason after a few days they were chipping, cracking, and lifting completely off my nails. I reached out and they were very quick to respond and had me come in the next day to make some repairs. Yen decided that for some reason they didn’t bond correctly, soaked them all off and redid them. She tried a completely different process and power and they are PERFECT. I am so so happy to live near such an amazing salon with a very dedicated staff 💕 I will never go anywhere else after this!! Thank you guys for making sure our nails are always looking the best!!

The prices are all over the place. $5 to remove gel? One manicurist told me a gel pedicure was $15 extra. The lady who was doing my nails said $10. Seems like they price how they want. When I paid, I was made to feel like my tip was subpar. The place is clean, service decent...but I won’t be back. Just didn’t enjoy the experience

I have been here three times and have loved it each time. The dipping powder is a great value for the money and lasts longer than any other types of polish I have gotten. Everyone is very friendly and appreciative of the business. Kelsey is as sweet as she can be and does great work. I live in Greenwood but the drive is worth the quality of service I get at this salon.

On the positive side, the location is very convenient and the decor is beautiful. On my first visit for a pedicure I was very well taken care of and the staff seemed very friendly. A couple of days after my visit I noticed I had gotten an infection in my big toe. Coincidence? Maybe. On my second visit the nail technician who did my first pedicure was busy but there was another person available so she took care of me. Later the first technician who did my pedicure kept coming to me while my nails were drying and whispering to me to ask for her next time and even insisted on giving me her phone number so I could call her and let her know I was coming. She even kept cooing in my ear that she loved me. This made me very uncomfortable. I dont know if there is a great deal of competition for customers amongst the technicians but this made it seem highly probable. AND I got another toe infection. Obviously they dont sterilize their tools well or often. I do not recommend this nail salon and will not be going back.

They do a great job - Kelsey especially is amazing! She always shapes my nails perfectly. I highly recommend the dip over gel. Well worth the extra $10.

Winnie always goes above and beyond. Whatever design I bring her she always figures it out and makes my nails look beautiful. Only one who has been able to do a successful 3 color ombre.

I am a little disappointed by the reviews of Fancy Nails from disgruntled employees. My entire family receives service from Fancy Nails, in particular, Lucas, and we have never experienced disappointing service. He is professional, thorough and attentive to his customers needs. Hes an excellent nail technician that will get the job done and doesnt rush as some other people do.

They do a great job however, I get charged a different price every time I go for the same services. I went today, asked for a receipt so that I can start keeping track of what they charge me each time. He told me they don’t have receipts for cash transactions. I think I’m about done coming here 😕

The color my nails were beautiful but the massage my heel was ashy.

This was the fastest manicure I have ever gotten. The manicurist seemed mad that I did not want to get gel. I asked her to just shape my nails and she cut them all. It was not a good experience. I would not recommend this salon.

Clean, great on the inside. VERY happy with nails had them dipped. Cant wait to go back!!

These people tricked my 15-year-old daughter into spending $15 more than she planned, because she didnt know the nail color she selected was a gel. I politely asked them to credit the $15, but they refused. Deception is no way to build your customer base. While this location is the closest to our house, we will drive an additional two minutes to give our future business to one of the 20 competitors in this area.Fancy Nails II, I recommend investing that $15 wisely. This mistake will cost you much more than that.

I’ve always been treated well here! I tend to do walk-ins and get different technicians but no matter who I get I’m always happy with the result of my dip manicures. One thing to note about this place is that they don’t have a tip line on their receipts so if you want to leave a tip on your card you have to tell them before checking out, but the pricing is generally very reasonable!

Got the color I wanted but my acrylic nails looked terrible. Don’t recommend going at all. The 2 times I’ve gone they messed up my nail shape and didn’t put the color on all the way...

From the reviews, I was expecting a great mani/pedi, but unfortunately the quality of my service is not worth returning, especially for the cost. The paint job on my pedicure was good, but no extras in terms of massage and ended paying an extra $5 for callous removal. Most pedicures include a rub down with a pomice stone, however, apparently you pay for it here (which I did not know it was an additional cost). She also put some gel on saran wrap, put it on my heel, left for 1 minute and that was it. No difference.I also got the powder gel nails. This place needs to be more specific on their price sheet because everything is listed as polish or gel. Again, I paid way more for something I was unaware of. My fault for not asking. So with the price I paid, I expected leaving with smooth, sparkling nails, but most of my fingers have botch marks. Left feeling really disappointed.I will say the staff were very nice. The atmosphere of the business is lacking though and not as upscale as some of the newer nail salons in Fishers. Will look elsewhere in the future.

I had a mani-pedi at Fancy Nails II. It was very clean (and Im picky!) The service was great.

Terrible experience, my wife went to fix her nails and they treated her terrible, they did not know how to do the work, after she told them she did not like her they say come tomorrow we will manage it, but they have to pay us already, my name is place to solve the problem since I felt intimidated and discover that their licenses are expired, I do not recommend this place at all
