I got my nails done three weeks ago and I haven’t had a chip, crack or anything. I know I need a fill in(don’t dog me, lol.) But they are amazing! At this point, I feel like these nails are a part of me. 😂 But I’m still getting compliments! Great job, Luxury!

I went with my Mom today and had Emily give me a pedicure and it was amazing! Upon entering everyone was extremely nice and remembered my Mom and even asked about my Dad who has been there a few times. We were seen quickly and both Emily and Autumn were very pleasant and did a wonderful job on our pedicures. If you want a place that makes you feel welcomed, is clean and does a great job Luxury Nails is the place to go!

I like the space, clean and open. The techs are amazing, especially Autumn. I recommend her to everyone! She is incredibly thorough and precise. Im always happy with my nails.

They over price everything be aware!!!!! charged me a extra $25 for a simple design and my nail length and shape are short and they still went ahead and charged me a extra $10 for the length you would e thought i got them extra long. It is unappealing how much they over charge. Makes me not want to go back. My set was almost $80-85!!!! i could’ve gotten way better nails else where. But they swear they are the best. stop overcharging and taking advantage of your customers.

Best nail place I’ve been to in Fishers by FAR. True attention to quality and detail, plus comfort and very kind staff. Yen did my daughters nail art and it looked amazing. Jon did mine based on a picture and it was absolutely spot on perfect! Can’t wait to go back and see what else they can do!

They went above and beyond. They did such a great job on my nails. And I have not been able to find nail artist like theirs. There is so much talent at this location, and they always do a great job.

Both Yen and Kim did a fantastic job on my manicure/pedicure.

I went in with a picture of what I wanted; they couldn’t follow it exactly due to not having the specific bling/designing tools, but my technician Anna went above and beyond to create a whole custom design in a similar theme. She took extra care in making sure everything was even and talked me through each step and made sure I liked it the whole time. This is definitely going to be my go to place from now on!

Vera was ABSOLUTELY the best nail technician I have had in over a year! She is the sweetest & took the time to actually do what I wanted done with my nails! They didnt have the specific color I requested so she made it & took her time on shaping my nails! She included my 8 year old son in the whole experience which was the cherry on top! 😊 I forgot why I even stopped going here, never once have I had a bad experience! 10 outta 10 would recommend!

Today was my first time trying this place and I am very happy with my nails! They were super friendly and nice and this is the first nail place I felt comfortable in. I love my nails and my friend loved hers too! They make sure we get what we want and I appreciate the time and effort they put in. I will definitely be back!

I made an appointment before arriving. I was promptly seated in a massage hair. Then I was ignored for 20 minutes. When I started putting my shoes on, they finally acknowledged I was there and told me they would be with me in a few minutes. Why would I wait 20 plus minutes for a pedicure when I made an appointment? Whats the point of making an appointment? If I made dinner reservations, was taken to a table, but the waitress didnt come visit our table for 20 minutes, I would leave them too.Clarification to owners response: I said I was left in the chair for 20 minutes. The water was not warm and the magnetic jet had popped off. I would definitely call that being ignored.

My nails are lifted off my nail bed. My thumb nail is crooked. I just wanted a refund and they acted like they didn’t see what a horrible job Anna did. She’s the sweetest lady but her work was not good. My nails are the WORST I’ve ever seen. I wish I could attach a picture.

Luxury nails does not have enough well versed nail techs, it’s always a debate about who is going to do what because no one knows how to do everything. They are unwilling to learn new techniques and the male in the salon is mean and rude. The lady who sits at the 1st desk is stuck up and only helps who she wants. If you’re okay with mediocre nails, this is the place to go.

Looked up a place to get my nails done and this popped up! The lady who did my nails was so sweet and easy to talk to. I was in and out in under an hour! I got my dip changed out on my nails and really appreciated the variety of colors. I’ll definitely be back!

I drive all the way from Greenfield to come here. Ive tried several places in castleton, fishers, and Greenfield but this place is my favorite. They always greet me with a smile and they are great with details (Im picky). Thanks Luxry nails, you are forever my go to!

I used to absolutely love this place. Wouldnt have switched for anything, but for some reason, this is not the same place anymore. There is this new lady there that acts like she knows it all and she has no clue what she is doing. I am having my nails done there for years and they ALWAYS looked wonderful. she was rude, constantly on the phone, Didnt use the color I wanted and when I told her (after putting it on 1 nail!!) she just told me that it was too late since she had another customer coming. My nails looked like I glued them on myself. I asked her to file them, she told me that this is how she always does them. I had considered the managers my friends, but they said absolutely nothing and knew how upset I was. They just didnt care. So I paid and left.

I will not return to this establishment. As soon as I sat down I told the nail tech I wanted dip powder and my toes polished. He failed to keep the shape of my nails consistent on all fingers and seemed bothered when I asked him to fix it! Then once he was finished, he told me I had to wait to get my toes polished but serviced a couple that walked after he said I had to wait. I got my nails done the EXACT same way I did on my last visit and I was charged $10 more. $65 for dip powder...I don’t think so.

I got acrylic nails here, it was lasting for a good 3 weeks, sometimes i even went for 4 weeks without any problems. Then I switched to dip powder which much healthier. Definitely love this place!

Service was quick but the dip nails arent even remotely uniform. Each finger looks a different color. Plus, they cut the nails down but didnt hold them up to see if the hands were somewhat even. After 1 week, they already look like they need done again.Update: the thumbnail dip popped off after 2 weeks and for the first time in over 20 years, I had green nail. Removed the dip and I have deep ridges on all nails.

If you want good nails, come and check out this place. My acrylic nails lasted over 3 weeks every time. Their pedicures are amazing

This is my favorite nail place in fishers! my only thing i don’t like is almost every time at least one of my pinky’s ends up with a cut from filing. They do a great job with the shape and go crazy filing and because of this they sometimes fail to recognize skin. Also one of my pinky nails is shorter than the other but I am probably the only one who can notice so that’s not a big deal. my pinky’s hurt tho it happened to both of them this time. :( other than that i love this place they gave a great pedicure! and acrylics look great this time i got the dip powder

After moving to town about a year ago, Ive tried several salons and this is by far the best! John does a great job on my dip nails - the shape and color is always perfect. When Ive been in a pinch and gone to other places, I ALWAYS regret it.

Absolutely love this nail salon! The staff is super personable and take their time to get to know their customers. Great quality of work! I get acrylic nails with gel color and it always looks great and I have never had the acrylic chip (like i have at other salons).
