I went to this salon Today needing ONLY a soak off. I was turned away before I could even step all the way into the door. The woman who approached me did not ask me if I had an appointment. Rather she said we have appointments and we have no availability at this time. There were four workers in that room and she mention there was ONE customer who had an appointment. There were no customers in the salon at this time. None whatsoever. I said I only need a soak ma’am. She said sorry appointment only. And then proceeded to tell me to buy acetone and just do it myself at home. I said but you have a sign outside saying walk-ins welcome. And all I needed is a soak off. I started to walk out and a white woman walked in behind me. They were more than kind to her and more than welcoming. She apologized. She said the workers there are amazing. And I told her I’ve had a different experience. If you are not able to service African-Americans in your salon, you need to put a sign out on your door saying all walking accepted with the exception of African-Americans. There have been many times where when dealing with some Asian owned nail salons where I’ve been treated less than human because of the color of my skin.I am a paying customer all the same. And a good tipper. But I guess I’m not good enough to receive your service. Do better next time. As for me if I could give less than one star I would

I absolutely love this place, Vicky the person that does my nails is amazing and I love her work so much. She always takes her time every time I’m there. I will always keep going to her. Not only do you get a discount, but the prices are also always reasonable unlike other nail salons I’ve been to.

I have been going to Sunny Nails since I moved to the area a few months ago. Very clean and pays good attention to detail. They always fit me in right away. The young woman who usually does my nails (powder dip) does a great job! So far no issues. I only wished they carried OPI Powder Perfection since I love the colors and like my toes and nails to match!

I have been for pedi/Mani a few time and this place is the cleanest nail salon I have ever seen. The staff is so nice. I would recommend to everyone. Prices are great. I used this salon prior to this new owner and I truly hope they are the last.

Have been a couple times now for a gel manicure and both experiences were great. Friendly nail techs who are very detailed oriented. The salon itself was clean and comfortable. My new go to nail salon!
