The nails are AMAZING. They are really beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I showed a picture and they turned out exactly like it. Definitely coming back !!!!

I decided to try a different salon, I walked in & was greeted pleasantly by Evelyna. She was very friendly & took the time discuss nail colors & even showed an example on an acrylic nail. I’m glad she did because it was way to bright of a color. Did a wonderful job on my Dip manicure & French pedicure.Very nice & clean. I will definitely be back!

Went with two others for pedicures. Mine was done by a man who made awkward jokes the entire time, including about it being his 3rd week, if I minded having a man rub up on my fiance, multiple times that I was thinking I wanted him to be quiet so I could relax (I was), and shouting to his boss to ask if I was his last client so he could leave for the day. Tried to upsell me multiple times to gel polish despite me telling him that it ruins my nails, and told me that it was my fault that it ruined my nails. Polish application was very thick and gloppy and was on my skin around the nails. Photos below are after I asked him to fix it. Would not go back.

I go to T every time she is very nice, gentle, just overall a great nail tech and in general a good person! She does my nails amazing every time and not only her I love the staff they are always nice and very welcoming as far as the place it’s clean, nice, and put together I love this nail salon definitely recommend!

Great customer service and quality of work. All technicians were top notch and made our experience the ultimate! We walked in for 3 full sets and pedicures, and didnt wait at all.Our conversations with the staff, from talking about rock climbing to the Friends miniseries was enjoyable. I was seated and given nail color wheel to choose from....then was never waited on. 😕 No one said anything to me. I sat there for 15 mins waiting for some to start on my nails. Very disappointing!

While I have been a long time customer, this was my first visit since the new Covid 19 safety measures. This business is taking all recommended precautions including temperature checks, masks, plexiglass barriers at the manicure tables. You still get the same high quality service. I highly recommend you visit this business for your nails

I was very disappointed with my nails and the service at this salon. The lady who did my dip manicure actually pushed my cuticles with her own fingernails! The manicure began peeling the very next day. Staff was not professional or friendly. I will definitely not be back.

I had a full set put on by another salon and I really wasnt impressed. When I went in today to Polished Nails they fixed and filled my nails and they look great! Just like everyone else has said, they are very clean and the interior of the shop looks great!

Michael does the best gel manicures! He takes his time to prep your hands and the gels last forever. I do not usually get my nails done regularly but after seeing how long they last Ive made it a regular task. I refuse to go anywhere else for a gel manicure after being so satisfied with his work.

Technician acted hurried and annoyed. Instead of speaking, she would tap on my hands and feet. Felt like I was at a blackjack table. I was excited to return to a spa and thought that would be the energy. Not a relaxing experience and feeling like a treat☹️

Gave my 16 month old daughter one free toenail painting free. I had never been in a nail salon before. I thought it was a very nice gesture. Nice people, clean, nice decor, customers seemed nice as well.

Midweek visit, not busy. I had called ahead, and they were ready for me. Nice clear written menu of services with prices made planning and communication easy. Professional job on pedicure and gel manicure, both of which have lasted over 2 weeks. Will go back.

Ive been going to the same family nail salon since 2003. I originally went to Hamilton Nails on Brookschool Rd, then transferred over to Bella PC Nails on Olio Road. Being a long time customer, Ive started noticing a decline in customer service. Yesterday, I went to the salon for a normal fill, and the owner asked me to come back another day. Ummm, no, I just cant come back another day. I ventured out to find another salon, and I stumbled across Polished Nails just right up the street on Olio Road (by El Rodeo). Not only were the staff super friendly, the salon was clean and super adorable. Although I have been pleased with my nails (when done by Tom only) at Bella PC, Tony at Polished Nails did a phenomenal job and my nails look better than ever. Lastly, Tony advised me only to get the pink filled on my nails and it saved me some money. My old salon always filled both pink and white each time. Tonys honesty goes a long way with me. Im so glad that I finally took the plunge in finding a new salon... And Im excited to share this discovery with all of my friends. Check it out, you wont be disappointed.

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The employees were rude and stopped working on my nails to help a customer who had walked in 20 minutes after me, and continued to finish her nails while I sat and waited. When I kindly told them I was dissatisfied with their service, they told me to leave their store rather than fixing what they did wrong. Do not go here, it’s a waste of time and money.

I got a mani-pedi today and an not very impressed. I went grocery shopping immediately after so am only now able to look closely... I was left with loose pieces of skin around my nail bed so out looks like little hang nails; my manicurist’s didn’t get all the previous color off on half of my nails so a dark color is showing; I was left with polish on the sides of a couple fingers, so trying to scrape it off; lastly I have a small air bubble on one of the nails. Unfortunately I am flying out of town and will not have time to get it fixed. I’m only hoping that my pedi is better- another lady did my pedi and spent more time.

They really take care of you and the gel manicures are the best! Ive been to many salons and this one is the best. I have been going here every 3-4 weeks for a year now. Also eyebrows are a must here!

I recently decided to find a new nail salon because all of the places in my area (Greenfield) were lacking quality in their services. I am a very loyal/long-term customer, but it became so disappointing paying good money every two weeks for nails that just didn’t meet my expectations. So I started looking for salons out of my city & after reading tons of reviews, I decided to give it a shot & made the (40 min.) drive to Polished Nails & Spa in Fishers. SO WORTH IT!!! Andrew was absolutley amazing & did phenominal on my acrylic gel set! He was very welcoming & (no pun intended) nailed every single thing I asked for, including length, shape, & color! Because there was a group of 5-7 ladies being worked on & using all available techs when I arrived, it was probably close to 25 minutes after their closing time (5pm), before Andrew could start on my nails, yet he never made me feel like an inconvience, never made me feel like he was in a hurry or rushing through his work, & when I apologized for him having to stay late, he apologized to ME for having to wait! I was just grateful that he took me a half hour before close, despite being pretty busy for that time, especially after the drive I made. With a beautiful set of nails & his great personality, he won me over & earned a new regular customer!!!! Can’t wait for my next manicure! 😊😊

Cute shop, Pedicure was great customer service for all except the lady who did my mothers mani and my mani. She nipped her a few times and wasnt to friendly. Messed up while applying my gel polish twice causing another employee to come and help. Overall good outweighed the bad so Ill be back :)-------------- Update 3/24/-----------Ive gone here a total of 3 times and each time service seems to have gotten worse. The second time my card was charged twice, my mothers pedicure was terrible he rushed her to put her socks and shoes back on which ruined it, the acrylic nails are shapped poorly. Third time was yesterday and it will be the last the guy acted so tired the entire time he did my nails huffing and puffing like a child with an attitude. The polish is cracked already and the price was not the same as usual. Anybody know of a decent nail salon in Indy?????
