I love this place only nail place I have been too for the past 6yrs....they treat you with respect and are very clean...Julie is the number one person to get your eyelashes done with hands down!!!!!

They Stopped opening shop hours on time. There is a long line that forms before they arrive. If it opens at 10 am, they arrive close to 10:25. Same on weekends if they open at 9:00 am. They arrive close to 9:25. People have left the lines to go to other locations.I’ve been here multiple times this week during opening and it’s the same issue. So I’ll be the one to say it: it’s Unprofessional. I love my nail tech though. She’s the only reason I still show up. Please do better! Or change the time to better accommodate your morning schedules. People shouldn’t have to wait in a line to get in the door. Plus they don’t do appointments so sometimes your service may be hit or miss.Every morning client that waits in line should get a discount on their service. I’m just saying 🤷🏼‍♀️

Loved it, however my child loved it too. However my 5yr old got a pedicure and manicure and they charged me $53.00 and for my pedicure just $63.00.

Save your money, no one here knows how to do nails or even a decent manicure! I asked the guy at the front desk yo put me with someone that does a good job because I’m picky, he put me with someone that just started doing nails that month! After I refused to let her do my nails, I was put with Jennifer. She was very mean and hateful! Disgusting attitude! Yanks your hand roughly, she is just awful!I will continue to visit for my pedicures. There is one person there that does an excellent job!

Walked in asked for SNS & pedicure. Was told to sit in pedicure chair. When my pedicure was almost over, I asked when would they start my nails. The owner then stated he did not have time to do my nails & to come back at a later date. I was not offered a discount for the inconvenience of having freshly painted pink toes and old green nails AND having to return, even though I stated what I needed done. They called the police and had me banned from returning to the premises. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Please do not go to this nail salon. It was like going through surgery without anesthesia. The nail technician seemed like see went out of her way to hurt me. I bleed during the visit and my fingers and toes burned when in water for days during baths or while washing my hands or doing the dishes. There were micro cuts and bruising around my cuticles and during a hand massage after the manicure, the nail technician was so rough, it seems like she tried to break my hands, wrists and forearms. I dont get manicures often but this was the worst. Please dont go to this place!

This nail salon for almost a year and within that year they have changed their rules numerous times one instance it was you cannot make an appointment the same day another instance was you cannot make an appointment after 4 o’clock another one was you cannot make an appointment on the weekends and now they don’t take appointments at all I am very disappointed because I’m new to this area and this was the first nail salon that I went to that did my SNS nails really well but their professionalism in the amount of Inconvenience it has been is absolutely ridiculous if you do go to the salon go to Mari she is the best one there other than that just go to another nail salon altogether will be waiting for hours . I came in to get two meals prepared I asked the lady that did my nails cashier pair to she showed me a way to a guy at the front he said it’s gonna be 20 minutes when I saw nobody waiting and the girl that originally did my nails already finished her client when I walked in I asked if I can just make an appointment for tomorrow all of a sudden they don’t do appointments so when I start questioning him as to when there’s no appointment thing started he started stuttering a little bit I guess he didn’t realize that I been going here for a very long time I will not be back and I’m very disappointed with this but it is not fair for someone that works in the pavilion that wants to get their nails doneTo have to sit for hours rather than just make an appointment when they’re off of work what nail salon doesn’t take appointments during the busiest time of the day? The people were coming in getting pedicures or manicures or both some wait, but not too long. My first experience with gel polish a self-care moment checked off the list will follow up with how long the polish last.

This place is practicing safety. This was my first pedicure since the pandemic began and it was very well done. The first thing you do when you walk in is wash your hands. Everyone has on masks and the stations have Plexiglas. It was so calm and peaceful.

Quality is terrible. My gel polish started to chip and peel 2 days after I got my nails done. Manicure looks a mess. Will never go here again.

I was a frequent client of this location but I always have to come back to have something fixed. I pay for a gel pedicure and the polish always chips off within the first couple of days then when I come back I have to wait for someone to fix it. I tip each time and I’m just tired of the poor service and having to come back. It’s really hit or miss if your pedicure will come out fine depending on who you get.

I have been coming to this location all summer. Never had an issue. They have always done a great job. I went last Friday before they closed and got me a pedicure and a fill in. I informed the lady who did my fill in that my nails were lifting before she started. She looked at them and ensure that she heard what I said. Before I was finished I notice my one fingernail was lifting! I told her and she proceeds to put nail glue there smh. At this point it is 8 pm and I noticed that they were just ready to go home (which I totally understand) . So after paying $90 I would expect for my nails to not lift after two days! Two days later my nails are continuing to lift underneath and cracking.. I am so irritated and annoyed. I might just have to go find somewhere else to go. Wasted $90 for nothing.

I went to get my nails and feet down from this place as I was getting my feet done saw extra paint on my hands. I asked someone to please remove it the man said he would get the man who did my nails but, then the man who did my nails just walked out and everyone was acting as if they couldn’t clean my nails up! On top on that the lady tried to extra charge me 10 dollars !! Never will I go back and if you don’t don’t let the men service you they are horrible!!!!!!

Please see picturesFirst time lash client. I had my eyebrows done here before without any problems. Decided to do lashes here since the places I usually go to were all booked. The biggest problems I had were lack of quality and professionalism/customer service, explained below:⁃Too many lashes were clumped together unto one single lash (or lashes were grouped together in a messy way). WAY too much glue used to the point where I felt where the lashes were attached EVERY TIME I blinked.⁃Gave it 24 hours. When I returned, Joy, the specialist who did them basically blamed it on me using mascara (which I didn’t). When she rubbed them and saw that it wasn’t the case, she let that excuse go and blamed it on my decision to get the Mink lashes, when she told me they were thick. However, the thickness wasn’t the problem. The problem was the excessive amount of glue and very poor quality work.⁃In the end, she “fixed” the inner corners of my eyes and said that’s all she could fix for free. Then I was told I’d have to live with the discomfort until they fall out and then return for her to refill them and try a different set of lashes (for a charge).⁃$75 wasted… The lashes started falling out in clumps, along with my natural lashes which are destroyed and with gaps.- See for yourself in the pictures

I came to USA Nails on Thursday and the next day I woke up the nail acrilyc was peeling off and that shouldn’t have been happening because not enough time had even passed since I got my nails done because I was the last one there on Thursday I went in the following day and they told me I would have to wait an hour to get it fixed I told him that it wouldn’t have to be the same person who did them before because it is an easy fix but he pushed me away telling me that he was too busy and told me to come back in an hour when it was him who ruined the nail

Ive been getting my manicures and pedicures at USA Nails for over a year. Ive never had a bad service. They are skilled and efficient. Most of all they are friendly and fairly priced. Highly recommended!

This was my first time visiting this nail salon. The young man did a good job on my manicure and it is a very big and beautiful salon. However, I became concerned about their disinfecting/sanitizing of their tools and bowls used for manicures. The bowl that was used for my mani appeared to be dirty around the inside edges. At first I thought maybe it was part of the design. But once he finished my mani I watched him dump the water out of the bowl into the sink and put the bowl back under the sink without cleaning it. Also the tool that he used he took out of a protective plastic holder and put it back in the same holder when he was done and put it right back in his kit.As far as Covid-19 safety precautions I noticed that they were taking people temperatures but not as they walked in. The customers had already washed their hand and were sitting where they were going to receive their service. They never took my temperature. The spacing out of customers was done well but it is ineffective if the workers who dont have customers hang around the ones that do. I had two to three other workers in the same area I was in the entire time he did my manicure. They did all have on mask but they werent even following the signs posted about the salon to keep distance. One of the workers had her shoes of and was playing with feet/toes while sitting there.I am not sure if I will return back to this salon again after this experience. I didnt hate the salon but was disappointed by what I experienced and witnessed while there.Oh, if you are looking for prices there were none posted or printed anywhere.

So it’s taking me a minute to write this because I’m upset about the situation. I was in USA nails last week getting SNS done by Jennifer. So I got my nails done. Two days later I had to come back because my nail was lifting, they fixed. Next thing you know all my nails are lifting. And it wasn’t even a full week. I called back to explain my problem and Jennifer was very rude. She told me that she could fix it but for a discounted price. Why would I pay you again for the same stuff to happen. I won’t be back and that’s sad.

So I’m a Fayette native and have been in and back and forth relationship with USA nails since they have opened years ago lol. Whether it’s my job location or time of day, I can never stay consistent with them. So I made it a point to go and visit recently because of the precautions they were implementing with the pandemic and all. I love the fact that they were spacing customers out, requiring face mask, checking temperatures, and keeping their appointment times. Now to the good stuff, these ombré nails though!!!!!!!!!! 😍😍😍 The nail tech did an amazing job, I keep getting compliments and I can’t stop staring at them! She was very professional and didn’t rush through the process. I’ll make it a point to return again.

My mother and I have been going to this particular location for approximately 10 years and we would always get like 7-8 services. Long story short, one day they disappointed me with their customer service so much that we chose to walk out. From that day forward, I decided to take my loyalty else where. My mother would only return for Julie to do her lashes. However, today was the final straw; WE WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN! The manager snapped at my mother unprompted. The customer service is horrible and they have just lost another good customer!

I normally do not leave reviews, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. From the moment I tried to select a color, the employees there had an attitude. When my mom asked about how they sanitize their equipment, they responded very rudely. To put the cherry on top, my SNS came out very rough and not smooth at all. Language barriers are no excuse for the rude treatment my mother and I received, especially since I have experienced phenomenal service at other locations. Time and money wasted going to this lousy excuse for a nail salon.

I will NEVER be getting my nails done here again. After a week of coming here one of my nail broke. Very disappointed. The lady who did my nails was trying to do a rush job.

I did not like my pedicure. She did not get all the dead skin off the bottom. Even when I told her she proceeded to keep going. I was going to get a manicure. But quickly changed my mind. I still left a tip due to I didnt have to wait. My feet still feel rough even after the 3rd option of pedicure style. I could have just got a polish change. She didnt even walk yo put me under the foot dryer. Rude. I will not be back.

Service is just okay. They try to upsell you on everything. My tech was in such a rush with me. Got my skin cut on two different fingers. I remember when this place used to be top notch. . . Not anymore.

So my overall experience here was actually pretty good. I loved the girl who did my feet! Shes so sweet and nice, and she takes her time! She did absolutely great! Her name is Sandy by the way so yall go visit her and give her good tips, she deserves it! Anyways only thing I dont like is that its a extra $14 for gel polish, which I personally think is too much and an extra $3 to take off gel polish, which I think is Low-key crazy when u coming to get a pedi. I never heard that anywhere until here. But overall I had a excellent experience. They werent rude or anything like some of these comments say. I think just be nice and respectful and they will be too 🤷🏽‍♀️

I went into this nail salon assuming that they could do nails beautifully. My I was disappointed the man, who refers to himself as the owner did my nails and be tried numerous of times to try and get me to get one of the “premium” nail designs that he claimed to have “created”. After trying this and trying to get me to get cat eye nail polish... he finally finished my nails only to mess them up they were painted horribly and looked as if I needed a full in as they were so far from the cuticle. I will never return, the service is mediocre there are not any nail artists in this facility just money hungry terrible nail polishers, I should have asked for Instagram pics they two women I go to now have Instagram with their many beautiful nail artdesigns on it. Go if you wanna, but I like beautiful fly nails not rushed trash.

But, I advise you make an appointment first, otherwise go early or you’ll be waiting all day. Tony also does good nails! I’ve been coming here for 8-9 years now. YES they are a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for period. They do quality work, a lot of selection for gel/regular color(s) + they’re very clean. Check them out. Hope this helps.

Love This Place Very Clean and Good Work

I recently moved to Fayetteville from Dunwoody and needed to find a great nail salon. After trying a couple around the area, someone recommended SA Nails. I took a chance and got lucky. Tracy did my nails and Tony did my feet. They both did a fantastic job. I get SNS on my nails and Tracy is an expert at it - both color and American manicure. Ive been back several times now and I always wait for Tracy. Others have done my pedicure but I like Tony the most. Oh yeah... Tracy also does my eyebrows and they are looking amazing!

I started coming to this salon when they first opened about 15 years ago. My technician then and now was Tony. He is awesome and I love USA Nails.

The nail techs are great...the prices are not. They charge you for new polish. If the polish is new to the shop, they charge YOU for it. A lot of nickel and diming.

Worse experience in a nail salon, my gel polish lifted the next day after getting them done. Not a good job at all and they had a attitude when i wanted to get them fixed. I will never return.

Had Joseph was nice at first then started having a attitude I told him my nail was messed up and he said he was gonna fix my nail he didn’t the lady who was doing my moms nail told him to fix it again then some other nice guy came up to me and said he was gonna do it for me. I have been going to this nail salon for over 5 years and I have had little to no issues. However, today, my experience was the worst I have ever had at any salon. The nail tech rushed through my $38.00 pedicure titled the Royal Pedicure. There was no effort, she barely let my feet soak and literally rushed through my service as if it was a busy day. The point in me going on a weekday afternoon is to avoid the rush! She then proceeded to polish my nails very sloppily. I couldve done a better job using my left hand while driving down a highway on both feet! She lacked a stroke technique and it showed. She then asked if she should do a 3rd coat once she saw my disappointment. I replied that I was concerned that it might chip (not that it mattered at this point) to which she said no it will be fine. It chipped not even an hour later because of how thick it was. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated and I will not be using her services again.

Quality of nails is horrible. Unprofessional workers. A nail tech made fun of my friend’s toes and pointed at them and laughed with her coworkers because she knew we couldn’t understand what they were saying.

This place is very unprofessional. Some people were standing around doing nothing when it got busy. I got my nails done a couple days ago and I just had 3 nails pop off todayVery poor job on my nails. Not worth it and Im not going back.

I had to wait for 20 minutes before someone did a manicure for me. The box where they stored the manicure supplies was filthy. They use to take their time to give a great massage on your hands; they give you a rush job.

Did an awesome job on my pedicure and nails for both my daughter and I. Although one of my toes chipped in 3 days, I came back to fix it and was not charge anything. Very reasonable price. My only suggestion is not to go before a holiday. Very busy and your wait time would be longer than 30 minutes. Other than that I will be back for a fill.

I arrive there and ask for a full set, eyebrows, and pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure did a real good job after I stopped her from starting on somebody else that came in after me. But when it came time to get my nails done the guy (that sit in the first chair by the door) told me he couldn’t do me and started doing somebody that came in way after me. Then the lady( at table 7) was going to start doing my nails but she act like she had an attitude so I told her don’t do it because the price she was telling me was way more then what the guy told me. Next got my eyebrows done and it don’t even look like she did anything to them. I was very upset before the many times I went here before never had a problem. But I won’t be going back after today.

Been coming here for a little over a year now. Relocated from Mcdonough to the area. Explored different nail salons around the area but have not been satisfied until I came to USA Nails. The quality of service is great, the establishment is always clean and well maintained. There is one particular Lady that does my pedicures and she is amazing!

Rushed and nails looked not that good. They left glue and hangnails around the nail. They did not polish them good. Then they charge my sister $40 for short nails. I recommend you not waste money here. My opinion!

Amy did a GREAT job on my eyebrows. I have a tough time finding people to really spend time on my eyebrows rather than just ripping off wax. Amy took her time and really made them look great.

USA nails is an upscale salon in fayettville Ga. They are a big and extremely busy business. However, the customer service depends on their personal preference and choice. They treat you very rude and they will only work with u if you they like you. Very very rude and unprofessional service. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

0 stars they are very rude . I was watching this lady do nails because I liked how they looked and wanted to entertain myself while the guy was working on mine. She looked at me said something in her language, and the guy next to her didnt respond. Im positive she said something about me given the fact that she gave me such an ugly glare. All of the workers here are rude, the guy who was doing my nails wasnt much better. People spend your money elsewhere . Not to mention the fact that I was there before two people and they took them both in front of me. Absolute trash

Been coming here since my senior year of high school in 2010. Never had to wait longer than 5 minutes, sometimes I havent had to wait at all. Always received quality service and always satisfied.

WORST service ever. They are EXTREMELY lazy and do the bare minimum in helping choose color and design. I normally go to Majestic nails and a location in Buckhead and decided to explore. I already had on SNS, they tried to convince me to keep it on even though I insisted I to have the SNS removed and have plain gel on my natural nail. They continued to try to convince me and overcharge for plain gel and I started to leave, so then they decided to help me with what I wanted and EASILY removed the SNS, however the lady first ripped off my left pinky nail, it bled, and my pinky was in a lot of pain (I am keeping track in case of infection). The overall work was okay and they caught an attitude when I was choosing the color, but I will never go here again. 0/5 stars.

I went there with my mom and we got a pedicure and manicure. While they were giving us our mani and pedicure we were sitting in massage chairs. They felt amazing! They have great service!
