Tia gave me an amazing stress relief pedicure (which includes a hot stone massage) and a standard manicure. Another staff member waxed my eyebrows thinner than I expected but they look great! Prices are reasonable. I love the atmosphere here...plus they serve mixed drinks and wine. We didnt find out about that part until the end of our visit. Next time 👌

I love when nail salons have the complimentary glass of wine. People are sweet and friendly. They offer a variety of services. Also I love that they time the massage because some nail salons say 12 min massage and I always feel like it’s only been 5 mins. This place times it so you know it’s the actual full time. Al around the place was clean and my toes look great!

I have never had such an amazing experience getting my nails done. The technicians are nice, the interior is very classy and relaxing. I really felt like I was being pampered while being here.

I have been going here since they opened 15 months ago. They are professional and they guarantee the work that they do. They do great work and I have always been pleased with the work I get. Best in town.

A few of my nails were crooked and have already starts popping off. It has been a week but I don’t do any hard labor for them to be coming off like this.I was tired and nodding off while getting my nails done but nothing to make the nail tech mess up.The person who did my feet did a superb job and I’d only go back for a pedicure.

I absolutely love this place! Highly recommend, just come when you know you have time to sit and wait because it gets busy and they don’t honor or work well with appointments times. Lynn was so nice and welcoming when I first walked walked into the salon and I was immediately able to sit down for my services with Andrew. Everyone was very nice, courteous and accommodating. Angel did an amazing job on my nails!! She went above and beyond to fix my nails after I got them done at a salon the previous day and they were horrible. She started from scratch and they came out beautifully!!

I got seated immediately… BUT waited for over an hour. There’s another man next to me who’s waited for an hour also. You could at least let us know what the wait time is instead of making it seem like it will be quick. Front desk receptionist was really nice, but management needs to do better. This is the worst service for a nail place and it’s managements fault not the workers.

I’ve been here a couple times. They do a decent job but every time I come it’s always a different price for service. I always get a basic manicure and pedicure and every time I come it’s always something new. I paid $105 with tip for the most basic thing you could ask for. At other salons I’ve paid maximum $65 for both things and the service was on the same level. Idk where they come up with their prices

Ive had manicures all over the country. And I can tell you that this is the best place Ive ever had my nails done. Angel is the best and I dont plan on ever going anywhere else! You can also enjoy a glass of wine a refreshment of your choice and no extra charge

The service is great. I love the spa chairs where you get pedicures. Those are awesome. People are friendly.BUT when I got my nails done via gel, they were not good. Not even two weeks and the nails were coming off. So I had them redone. Now, same thing. This isnt right. And theyre expensive!

I got a gel pedicure which was pretty great. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that I had my feet soaking for almost an hour before anyone came to start the pedi.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this was the second time I’ve had an appointment and had to wait over an hour for my pedicure. Both times I’ve had appointments for 1pm and both times it was close to 2:15 before they got started. They do a great job but what’s the point of having an appointment if a tech won’t be ready to take you at that time?

Service has always been wonderful but I am not a fan of the fact that my appointment was at 2 and it’s 2:30 and I’m still sitting right here waiting for my pedicure to get started. Nobody has even checked in with me. What’s the point of making an appointment if it doesn’t start until 30 minutes later?

The best nail salon I have ever been to! They also offer wine while you are getting your nails and toes done. Any picture I ever bring in they are able to do it. Also very clean and beautiful! Angel is my go to every time I go. 😍❤️

I just went here for the first time and had a great experience. Everything here is brand new and feels super clean. Their procedures for Covid are very thorough and I felt completely comfortable there.The place itself is adorable. They have a little bar there where you can grab a free cocktail while having a pedicure (temporarily shut down due to Covid).The owner is very kind and welcoming and gave us a rundown of all of our options when we got there. When I had called to make our appointment, she was also incredibly friendly.They have nail polish guides to pick your colors so you dont have to spend a lot of time standing in front of a wall of nail polish.I really feel like this is a very modern take on the nail salon without the prices reflecting the higher end experience. Its very affordable. I would go here over any other nail salon in the area.

Went in for a gel manicure afterwards my nails were bumpy and they left polish all over my cuticles which leads to lifting. Came back to have the polish removed and refund. She told me I could not get a refund after she had already removed the polish. Won’t be going there again

First time I came here I had a nice experience. The last two times I have gotten pedicures it was 20 minutes last time and almost 45 minutes this time. I have no problem waiting but they could have said something in the beginning of my visit instead of me asking what is taking so long. If you can’t help people when they walk in the door you should explain to them what the issue is. I will not be returning.

This was horrible... lied about prices when it was clearly written on the menu. I got my nails painted and the lady tried to charge me almost TEN DOLLARS extraI showed the price of the menu and she refused to honor it. Stating due to Covid...I understand that many local businesses were affected by Covid but that is no excuse to try and cheat your customers.We have all been affected and I do not appreciate being cheat as a loyal customer, especially not for subpar service. This salon doesn’t even have a nail dryer and my polish smudge because of it... it is a HARD pass for me

I went to this spa because I was already on skibo and got there at 11 am. I asked for Hanna and she was not there so the owner Lynn said she will have Cindy to do it. It being only my second time there, I gave her a shot. I was seen immediately. I told Cindy I wanted a fill in and she told me no, I did not need one. Told me to save my money. I said ok. Cindy continued to do my pedicure and completely messed it up. She painted on my skin and did not shape my nails at all. After I pointed it out to her, she said she was going to file and clean them up. She “cleaned” them up for a hour. Eventually, the owner Lynn came over and pointed out what she needed to fix. Cindy tells her I need a fill. My response to her was you just told me I didn’t need one, now since you are completely messing my pedicure up your response is I need a fill. She gets up and Lynn attempts to fix them. Lynn was completely unprofessional, on her phone with a furniture store. I repeatedly told her I want it taken off and redone. She ignores me, then gets an attitude. She continues to file my skin. At this point my skin was bleeding. After, telling her to stop and fix it or I’m leaving..she gets Kim to fix it. Kim fixes it, not doing a good job but better. Lynn leaves and as I go to checkout they charge me full price. I told them I wanted a discount because I’ve been there for 3 hours and my toes are still bleeding. Kim tries to downplay the situation. I wait to speak with Lynn and she never spoke to me directly but had her employees relay messages iver the phone. Lynn then makes a false statement and says that by law she can only give me 10 to 15% discount or she will have to call law enforcement. I let her know that that was a lie and will wait for law enforcement considering that I am law enforcement. She never shows up and at this point I just paid the 15 % over the 10% she tried to give me. If you are looking for a great salon..please just go to Elegant nails or Blessings spa on Raeford road.

We had to wait over an hour and we had an appointment. Then they got the order of the customers coming in wrong and I politely stated that we were there first with an appointment. My husband had to wait an additional 30 minutes for a female to do his feet. Smh. Then no scraping with grater. We wont be back.

I came here after seeing one of my coworkers nails and she informed me she came here. As soon as I walked in, I was walked back to a chair (I did made an appointment and this was a Monday before 5pm). I needed short nails for work and I always get a pedi to match if I can and this place did amazing! Tim gave me the BEST leg/foot massage I have ever had and he didn’t cut any of my fingers while doing my nails. I got dipped nails by the way and a Thai pedicure. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I didn’t leave surprised at the price. 85 for manicure and pedicure was fair. Needless to say I will be returning.

I got my nails done by who I’m assuming is the boss here, she was the one telling people what to do. TWO days ago!!! I have natural length and pretty thick nails. My nails were drilled down to tissue paper thin!! I asked for dip powder, she did one coat of the color and one coat of the clear🙄 I asked her if she was gonna do more coats and she walked away. She kept getting up in the middle of doing my nails and she would just walk to the back and come back 20-30mins later. She did NOT do more coats. I had a gift certificate, I couldn’t use it, she didn’t give me a reason. TWO days later I have three broke nails and two cracked. I haven’t been hard on them, all I’ve done is fold laundry, drive, sleep, eat, shower and let my dog out...I will never go back to this place. Customer service and quality of the nails is awful!

This place is phenomenal! I just moved to Fayetteville and have tried a few nail salons around but they have not met my expectations. But this place is a godsend. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful (and very spacious!). They have a menu to choose your pedicure from so I chose the green tea pedi which comes with a 10 minute leg massage with HOT STONES. Need I say it... fantastic! Tam did my nails and made sure to ask me time and time again if I was sure I was happy with the length, shape and color while he was working. He was so attentive and detailed; I was very impressed. I havent done the almond shape before and was skeptical but he did it so well I may never go back to square shaped nails again. Will be coming here for my nails from now on!

My experience was amazing for my first there. For welcoming and hospitable. The lady who did my nails did an amazing job. She fixed what another salon did. This will be my regular for both nails, feet, and eyebrows. Love it!!!

I came for a pedicure and fill in with a friend. I get my nails and toes done every 2-3 weeks. I keep feet done bc of dry skin. The vibe is great but my feet basically looked the same when I got done. I asked Ton to fix before he painted toes. Gave me an excuse why he couldnt. Complained to manager she did nothing to make it better either. I never leave reviews but this $50 pedicure was not good and managements lack of response is reason for me warning you. Then after I spoke to manager technician, Ton came back in attemp to argue with me. Millenia nails on Raeford does a much better job and I will stick with them for Pedicures. Then sat beside my friend while she got her pedicure and watched the technician Anson do a great job and get dry/dead skin off. If you come get the cheaper pedicure Aloe Vera dont pay any extra its just hoopla to get your $$

Went twice because first visit I didn’t like the way they did my nails. Second visit was no better. Spoke to a customer and she said only two people there do nails well there…. May give them a third try. Not impressed so far😒

It is a nice salon and I was so looking forward to going after I saw all of the amazing reviews. However, everyone’s experience is different. I liked how when I went the first time they sat me pretty quickly. However, I had to make three additional trips in a week and a half because the nails kept breaking and the gel polish peeled off pretty quickly. The salon is nice but the quality of the products being used could definitely be better.

Absolutely LOVE this place. My nails and toes are perfection everytime I go! Here is a what I got, what I asked for pic and these are 3 days old. Perfect!! The prices are higher than some, but well worth it!

Favorite nail salon in the area by far! Very luxurious atmosphere with professional & friendly staff. Very clean. Nobody is too pushy which is great! Tam does my nails and he made sure everything was just the way I wanted (I’m picky, so this was important to me). The pedicures costed more than I expected, but Ginger is amazing & is the only my husband will go to. It’s well worth it. Relaxing environment & they also serve you sodas, water, or wines if you like.

I had been coming here very frequently twice a month and the service was great, however over the last few months I have been very disappointed in the rushed service I have been receiving. I usually get gel polish which is a $25 up charge which is fine but the last 3 times I’ve came in my polish chips in 3/ 4 days ! Also they do not honor your appointment time

I spent $135 to to be completely unsatisfied. The male tech I had seemed as if he going with the motion while doing my pedicure. My 15 minute foot massage felt like he was just rubbing various lotion on on my legs not much of a massage. He said he didn’t know how to scrub callus off despite the fact the pedicure said it treated callus and he kindly suggested I go to Walmart to do it myself. My overlay was crooked and bulky the same guy suggested I look at it from another angle which was even worse bc I noticed the shape were all different. I was very displeased with my overall service. His work was sloppy and he seem inexperienced. I was very dissatisfied and unhappy bc today was suppose to a relaxing day and their service really put me in bad mood.

Ms. Lynn greeted us warmly and walked us to where we would receive our services. Every technician was kind, informed us of our services before receiving them and informed us of the process as we were receiving them. The technicians didn’t rush and they were very detailed in their work. The nail salon was very neat and clean! I would recommend this place to anyone!

This is now my second time receiving a pedicure from the same gentleman, and walking out in tears because my toe nails were messed up so bad. From getting the complete wrong color, to having polish all over off my nail, to having way too much of my cuticle cut off to the point it hurts when touched, to having my big toenail filed inward almost like a stiletto style nail. I also did not receive any portion of the massage, hot rocks or anything included in the pedicure other than simply cutting, ruining and painting my toes and was still charged the full price of $55.00. I’m so upset this is the second time i’ve waited an hour just to have my toes ruined.

Today was my first time going. It was really nice inside and service was good but I got a basic full set and eyebrows and it came up to $66. I didn’t see a menu before hand but I was just telling a friends about them and we scanned the barcode for pricing and it said that full set acrylic was $40 and eyebrow was $10 so I’m not sure why they told me $66. I’m bout ready to call or go back up there frfr but either way they are too pricey just to be doing basic nails!

When I arrived at the shop today, I was greeted and quickly assisted. Everyone who I interacted with was just delightful. I love love love their work. I got the Green Tea Pedicure which was amazing with the hot rocks and massage. I also love my nails. Although I got basic white, the woman who did my nails offered me some diamonds/rhinestones to put on them and that turned out wonderful as well. BEAUTIFUL place to get your nails and toes done with beautiful people. I will be back!!!

We had the BEST experience at Venizian. To begin, we entered and the location was so beautiful and spotlessly clean. They were ready for my mom and I at the exact time of our appointment and we got green tea pedicures which were wonderful. I felt that all of the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The owner, I believe her name is Lynn, was absolutely amazing and she offered us a glass of wine or a margarita while our toes dried (she makes a great margarita by the way) which was complimentary with our service. I cant say enough good things. I will absolutely be heading back.

The quality was good. Had my nails done by Tim. He definitely get 5+ Stars and I would HIGHLY recommend him. When it was time to pay, I was told I had to pull my money from the ATM in the store and pay with cash. This did not sit well with me and I was not told why I was made to use cash instead of paying with my debit card.

I absolutely love this shop. My family and I went to get services done. The staff was amazing, nice and friendly and they also talked to us instead of talking amongst themselves while servicing us. We used the family room and the customer service was excellent. I got man pride brow wax an tint and I left very pleased. Definitely my new regular and favorite nail salon.

They had me wait at the entrance 30 minutes, sat me down its been another 45 minutes, no one has attended me... everyone has been overlooking me they seem to pay more attention to big groups I came in alone and basically pushed back they attended others than came in after me before me going on 2hrs here still havent been attended, to add I asked for French tip and the lines came out super thick and all messed up
