They do a GREAT JOB!! Got manicure and pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. Very pleased! Plus they are open on Mondays unlike many other salons nearby. They also are following all covid-19 protocols. They treat EVERYONE equally thats walks through that door.

I recently moved to Fayetteville and was in need of a new nail home. I had been to Liz nails a few times and was pleased with my nails. Even though they could not seem to do my nails with ombré powder, I decided to work with them because of the service. On Friday I came in for a normal fill and spent over 2 hours getting nails, feet and eyebrows done. A new nail tech did my fill. The next day my nails started lifting and I returned to speak to the Manager. The Manager explained that they were busy and I needed to come back. They were closed on Sunday, so I made an appointment for Monday. When I returned on Monday, she explained that I needed a new set and she wanted to charge me half price. I explained that I should be compensated for my time because I spent Friday night in the salon and had to return Monday night. We did not agree. While I did pay to get my nails redone, I will not be back. In my opinion, they should have compensated me for my time in some way but they were unconcerned and unbothered. On top of that I did not like my nails the second go around 😩😩😩

My time, visiting so l was a lil nervous cause l told the gentleman what l wanted but he couldn’t do so once l showed it the lady’s she said she could do it an as she was doing my nails l was shock an l liked my results at the END... So yes l will be continued doing business with this even tho l stay in Cobb County

I literally walked in to no one greeting me for one, two I had to walk up to the lady and ask her for a full set she continues to say, we are booked for today with nothing but 3 people in the building and 4/5 workers, with a clear sign on the door “Walk Ins Welcome”, yes if you’re a more seasoned woman or YT woman your service here would be impeccable! Please don’t go here if you’re looking for satisfaction.

I came to this particular establishment to receive a pedicure. They had exactly 4 customers inside. Two were getting their nails done and two others were sitting at the pedicure chair. The employee ask me what services am I getting I started a pedicure, then another employee comes and ask the same question and says were busy. I said ok whats the wait time. She said an hour. Smh lol. This place is really pitiful.

Great customer service! This was my first time getting acrylic nails i showed them a picture of what I’d like and they executed it well. I also apologize for not tipping i completely forgot, i will be sure to leave a nice tip on my next visit :)

Liz Nails is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to! They have so many colors and styles to choose from and also amazing customer service.

If you are a White customer, you will be given respect. Poor service. Rude and did not greet me properly when I entered. One of the women (who is younger) had a nasty attitude as if she didnt want to be bothered. The woman doing my nails, asked me to pay before she put color on my nails. I noticed that she did not even put the final, clear coloring on my nails for the shine. And did not even put the final spray. Asked me rude questions about my mother, and questions that were none of their business. The older, Vietnamese man in the store was condescending and very mocking. This is a nail center of racism and bigotry. If you are Black American, I wouldnt give business to them.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed. I specifically told the lady to not take off to much hair and she said okay and then proceeded to wax most of my eyebrow off. Horrible will never be returning and never will recommend anyone to go here if i could give zero stars i would.

I used to get my nails done here about once a month. Service was quick and they always did exactly what I wanted no matter how complicated. They make you feel at home. Wouldnt get my nails done anywhere else in Fayetteville.

I had an overall terrible experience here. The craftsmanship was absolutely awful. My toes were bubble gum pink color and my nails were a clear with a pink tint when I wanted matching gel and toe polish.

Tammy is the only reason why I would come but the owner and the other employees are so rude and nasty I cant go back anymore.

They were extremely busy but they were getting people in and out of there. They were also very very clean. I watch them clean and sanitize every space that was used once the customer was done.

This nail salon has very inexperienced people working there. I have been twice and both times I received less than average service. One technician took off half of one of my eybrows during a standard waxing and tried to convince me that all was fine! Then the manicurist painted my nails without covering the whole nail! I thought that it was just me but other people I have spoken with that have went here have some of the same horror stories that I have. I will not be returning there in the future!

I literally just left this place and the service was HORRIBLE! I as for a full set of SNS nails and what I received was just down right disrespectful. First of the Lady who did my nails took 2 and a half hours, why I don’t know. My nails was hella crooked & the power from the SNS looks as If it didn’t settle. So it’s bubbles throughout ALL my nails. I ended up telling and showing the owner which is LIZ I guess. Her response was “you had to mess them up after she was done” mind you SNS dry almost immediately. I wish I could post a pic of this mess. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

I quit going there years ago because the manager, whose name began with M, was so.pushy. Hopefully they have a new manager now.
