I have been getting my nails done here for 3 years. Tina seems to be the only one that can do your nails right. On My last visit I left with uneven nails and thick patches of gel polish Sporadically placed on my nails. I’ll be going somewhere else for now on. The nail tech that did my nails was an older lady who kept forgetting which hand she just painted. At that point I already knew I wasn’t going to be happy. I use to love this place because Tina always did my nails the other techs really are subpar.

I wish I could rate this place based on each person, but I will NOT return to this place again.I went with my daughter and we had the two men that I saw working. My daughter had a good experience (she had the younger man), but I did not!I had the older man and he was nice, but he hurt me. I will admit I have dry skin, but when I got my pedicure he cut me multiple times, the worst of which was in my heels. Ive had people maybe get one or two little spots, but this is the first time Ive had a pedicure hurt me for more than a couple of hours. I left the next day to go on an anniversary trip with my husband and it hurt to walk around all week and made the trip more challenging to explore the way I normally would. Also, I had gel polish on both my nails and toys, but by four days later it was already chipping and starting to peel off.Nine days later, my feet still hurt!😢

I am learning how to do acrylic nails. And I’ve learned all the steps but when I got my done I notice she didn’t touch my cuticles. She didn’t push them back nor cut them. Everything was fine. I got my nails done for prom. I got acrylics they looked really nice but it’s been 3 days and they look liked they’ve been on for a week already. Very disappointed she could have done my cuticles and brought the acrylic down more but I’ve realized they probably do that so I can “come back sooner to get them filled” but I will not.

TL;DR: 11/10 times would not recommend and would not use again.My wife and I normally patronize Tin Tin on Waldos Beach by JBHS but they were packed and we didnt feel like waiting but we definitely should have. First Forum said they had immediate availability and seated us in the chairs for pedicures where we waited for an hour until someone finally came over to start our pedicures. The pedicures were rushed and lackluster as the ladies doing our pedicures were rude and more focused on watching one of the other workers. The professionalism and actual pedicures left alot to be desired. They wont get that chance again.

Started going every few weeks a while back. Everyone is always polite, prices are normal, and Sam always does fantastic with my nails!

Stumbled onto this place and glad I went. They took good care of me and my pedicure and dip powdet came out much better than my usual place.

On Friday May 22,2020 I went into the establishment and signed in at 5:09PM. I forgot to write my number down as the receptionist said we could wait outside or in our cars and they would call us when it’s our turn. I went outside and sat in my car and realized at 5:37 I may not have written down my number so I called back to make sure. The receptionist said yes you forgot and asked me for my number and repeated it back to me and said okay we got it. I wanted a pedicure, full set, and eyebrows. By 6:38 PM I called just to check and see if I could get an estimated time on how much longer before my turn. The receptionist said well we have 4 employees and a few in front of you. I said no I have to go out of town tomorrow and I’ll wait. I said as long as I’m on the list I’m good right. She said yes. By 8:31 PM I still hadn’t received a call. I walked in and the receptionist says we are closed we not taking anymore people. I sat down and said I’m already on the list. She looks over to one of the nail techs and says something about me being there you want me to tell her etc etc. She then literally looks in my face and lies to me. She stated I left the parking lot, customers said nobody was out there waiting, that’s why one employee went home because it wasn’t busy. I said my car has not left the parking lot not once. I sat there for three and a half hours and you have the nerve to lie to my face like my time and patience wasn’t valuable but I’m sure my money would have been. I watched this same receptionist come outside after the storm passed and wiped down the chairs, I watched a couple come in and go back out to their car to get their mask, I watched them turn around quite a few people, but I left? Not only that I called you more than once asking about my turn and you continuously said we still busy. You never called me back for my turn nor did you say come on inside. You had us waiting when I first got their and then you allowed people to come in so they wouldnt get wet but not one time when I called did you say come on in or call and tell me it was your turn. Then you life in my face after you sat here and waited patiently for my turn. Then the nail tech says are you on the list and I said yes there’s my name right there signed in at 5:09PM and as I look at this list I notice myself and a few others had been skipped over. I also noticed two women who came in after me had been serviced. The thing about a business is without paying clients you have no business. I sat and waited patiently like everyone else. I wanted to pamper myself like everyone else whose been waiting this quarantine o it and that’s how you treat me. I could have had kids waiting at home, elderly family waiting for me to come care for them and you lie in my face, skip over me, and then have the audacity to ask me to come back tomorrow. That’s very unprofessional and inconsiderate of your employees. When I lived in N.C. I came to this place faithfully every 2-3 weeks I remember when they first got there in Hope Mills. Never have I ever experienced such a terrible and unprofessional experience. We have all waited patiently for these type of businesses to open. How dare you treat customers like that. You could have at least did my eyebrows or something for waiting 3.5 hours then asked me to come back tomorrow. But you lied to me and I will never trust a business who has employees lying especially with proof. The situation could have been handled differently. And by the way the receptionist said she came outside multiple times and asked were people waiting. Because I was sitting in my car I saw her walk out once. I can tell you what every single customer looked like, how many were turned away, the woman who sent her kids home without service, the two women who came after me when they ordered food from the restaurant beside the nail shop, and even the same two women who got services when they came in after me. This was distasteful, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and untrustworthy.

Wouldve gave it the least star, but giving credit where its due on the pedicure. Makes sense of the poor reviews on here, but bc its close and convenient to my home, Ive tried twice in a row for manicure hoping this last time will change my mind after trying a new tech, but nope it was worse off with the feeling she left me of talking under her breathe when I couldnt understand due to language barrier. Being of diverse race myself with parent of bare English, I understand but no need to be frustrated to start speaking under breath to allow the customer feeling no other way but negative of the experience. Now that I could care less, but it was the result of my nail that persuaded me to give a review - her hand was not cleaned off from debris that as she started painting my nails, the debris started getting stuck onto it & the shaping of my nails were all different on each finger & within 24hr, some of them are starting to lift already! I was told different price from 30 to 45,.Time restraint restricted me to have my issues corrected, so sticking back to my original salon thats worth the drive.

Great way to relax and unwind. I have been going here for 8 years and its always kept clean with working equipment and wonderful chairs. I never wait more than 5 minutes before in a chair.

Went in was just looked at not talked to so asked for wax. Just points to the back while she is telling one of the employees to do the service just stays there and looks like not wanting to do so. Doesn’t speak to me at all the whole time. Not even when it was time to charge me, for the prices that they have and no customer service. If both were to change and they would have there prices to visible, Maybe I would come back because she did a decent job.

My 17 year old daughter went here yesterday after going to COCO Nails on Legion Road where she was treated so bad they made her cry and her nails looked like monsters. Just pure gross. These people re did them and treated her very good. Thank you for the great service and for correcting the horrible job COCO Nails did.

I’ve never really had a problem with them, they always do a good job on nails. However it’s way over priced.... $63 for a set and then $32 for a fill. No thanks.

Very busy nail salon with lots of nail stations and pedicure chairs. I made an appointment for 4 people, took about 40 minutes past our appointment time to be worked in. The staff was friendly. Did a good technical job, but they didn’t ask if I wanted my nails cut and just left them long instead. My gelManicure was nicely done, has lasted over a week.My recommendation is just to try no to come during busy times and make sure to specify exactly what you want. I would come back!

Taco Bell on cliff Dale road is fast and efficient the food is good but dont ask for sour cream extra You will get less than what you would get originally I wish there was more choice and drinks to not everyone drinks soda

My third experience here and I have never been disappointed. Best place for a excellent pedicure. The options are endless and a huge variety of gel and regular polish colors. This time I had the aloe vera pedicure for $38, it was fabulous. The staff were accommodating and nice. Clean environment. I will definitely return in the future.

The service was OK, but the price was insane. I got my nails, no design which she filed my nails way too short and eyebrows done and the price was almost $70. Ive had the same done elsewhere and it included a design for $15 cheaper and I always got compliments. Nope, never again. Its a shame.. Beautiful place but overpriced.

I love Forum Nails. The staff and service are great. What is so bad is that they keep telling you to bring cash when they have a machine to take your debit or credit card. Get with the new technology! ! When you offer upgrade service, be prepared to take the card. Hardly anyone carry cash.

Everyone is rude! They did not ask what nail shape I wanted, nor did they try and warn me if something was extra. I asked explicitly if the French nail tip was extra and was told it was not. They don’t know their own prices and will take personal calls in the middle of doing your nails. DON’T COME HERE!

Great work but waaaayyyyy over priced... i paid $105 TOTAL for a nail repair, fill in, and pedi !!!!... i will definitely be heading elsewhere next time. The staff is wonderful and nice but at the end of the day I’ve had the same quality done for about 30$ cheaper. The price advertised is different from what is rang up at the end, and my polish is lumpy to some degree and it wasn’t worth the price.

Worst place to get your eyelashes done. The lady there did not know what she was doing at all. I went to NC to visit family and I decided to get my eyelashes done. She didn’t put the white strip under my eyes and told me to keep my eyes opened, so you can only imagine the burning pain, so I kept closing my eyes and my eyes lashes at the bottom got a little stuck and afterwards hard.. I came back home and tried taking them off with olive oil and couldn’t. Went to an esthetician and she took about 40 mins to take them off, and told me the glue looked like some type of super glue. Never again !

My white tip gel nails keep turning Brown so not sure what the problem is. Had them done a week ago, went back in yesterday to have them fixed and their already starting to turn Brown again. Will try another place.

Came here for the first time and they did a wonderful job on my mani pedi and wax. They got the acrylics looking and feeling like real nails, and happily stayed past their closing time to make sure my nails were lookin right. Everyone was very friendly, my new favorite.

I went in to get toes polished i asked the guy to put my sandals back on so I didnt mess up my polish he told me no that there shoes were better so now I have to slide my sandals back on and pray I dont mess up my polish . Not to mention how unprofessional he was and they went up on the polish now its $12 dollars no thank u .Not very happy with this shop anymore.

This was a surprise gift from my adopted daughter for Mothers day. The greeting was very welcoming and friendly and the pedicure was amazing.They did things that I have never experienced the soaks and rubs now I would never go anywhere else. Thanks to FORUM NAILS that will be my place.

I really love Forum Nails they always get me in fast.... and always have great customer service.... maybe these other people are treated bad because they treat them badly... you get bad service when you give bad service.... but for this place is great.... not all their prices are expensive they have an arrangement of prices from reasonable to expensive.... It is a very relaxing environment with serine music playing and with them catering to your every need... I would not recommend any other place if your on that side of town....

Overpriced for an eyebrow wax. $12. A year ago it was $7 and then there was a sign saying all waxes have been increased by $5. Steep increase.

My first time going and I will never go again. I will not recommend any of my family and friends to go here. I left that place in tears, my nails looked terrible, I have pics.

After one week of a pedicure, polish is coming off. When I contacted the salon I was told they do not guarantee polish unless it is a gel. I was told that the regular polish does not hold up and they would not do anything about it. That evening I had a manicure and pedicure done plus purchased a gift certificate, spending $125. I will never go back to this salon. If their polish does not hold up, they should not be using it as they are ripping people off!

I will NEVER go there again...not pleased at all. Got my nails done for a wedding and within a day of driving and then showering the polish was chipping off and my nails were breaking. I had to get them redone correctly when I got to my destination.

I went in for a pedicure, fill in and eyebrow waxing. I went in on a beautiful day out expecting it to be busy but only one other person went in to get their nails done in the whole 2 hours I was there. I went a little while back twice and was charged an amount different than the price in the catalogue they gave me. This time I was glad to see they lowered their prices for pedicures down some. How ever my experience there was not relaxing at all. They had over 10 people working with nothing to do. The man doing my nails was nice but so aggressive I wanted to ask if he knew a person was attached to those toes. They had CNN news on the whole time. He was so hard on my toes I forgot to put the massage chair on because I was watching him so closely that he didn’t hurt me. My total came out to $82 dollars. That is a $40 dollar pedicure, $10 eyebrow wax and $32 for JUST a fillin. With those prices I can see why the place was empty. And if I walked away feeling relaxed with a beautiful mani/pedi I would not complain. But the mani/pedi wasn’t really anything special besides the massage they do. That part is nice. I won’t be going back there. I will stick with my $12 fill ins at U R Nails.

I just left from there and I had my nails done with the sns. They look horrific. They are lumpy, uneven, hideous, and to thick. The only option they gave me to fix the issue is having the same lady redo them which makes no sense seeing I obviously do not like her work.

Worst customer service ever! They wanted to do a new set and I only needed a fill (just had them done prior to the fill). I asked again and was told to leave if I didnt want the new set! I went down the street, no questions asked and got a beautiful fill in.

Went here today for a pedicure it did take a while to receive service but the pedicure I received was absolutely amazing!!!!! I did the 38$ Japanese Pedicure and it was worth the money amazing!!!!

This is LITERALLY the WORST place I have ever been they only have ONE good nail tech and everyone else is no good it was COMPLETELY unprofessional I made an appointment a WEEK in advance for a full-in and the owner told me she doesnt know how to check her messages even though there is an appointment line instead of honoring her own mistake she chose to let the FIVE women who JUST made an appointment get their services first THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVEN BEEN AND I WILL NEVER BE BACK please dont waste your time or money on this place.

This has been my nail salon for years and I cannot believe that anyone has had any bad experiences in this salon. everyone there is very friendly from monica at the door to the pedicure and nail technicians. My mother and I have gone here 2 x a month for years and have never had one bad experience. Great job to the staff here and dont take these bad reviews personally some people just cannot be pleased. Forum nails is rude as hell! I went in to get my gel nail done and i got acrylic and still had to pay the price for gel. One of my nails were crooked, and my nail bed was ruined. Then when i was done, the owner had the audacity to say to me, you can go call your daddy now knowing good and dang well i am grown!

The man who did my moms nails was great and the same goes for the lady who did mine. My only problem is that my moms asked for a 30 minute foot massage. The lady kept saying thats fine thats fine but never told us the price. the deal we had picked included a 15 min massage so my mom meant to add an additional 15 minutes to make 30. I didnt realize it buut they added 30 minutes making it 45 min long. On top of that, you should let my mom or whoever the customer is, know the price to be paid before services are rendered. It was 35 dollars for 30 extra minutes!! Of course my mom paid it but 90 per person os ridiculous of youre hitting the person with that price at the end. Thats not good customer service. Just please let us know before it happens so that you can have our permission. And because of this, we wont be going again.

Thought I would give this place a try... I knew as soon as I walked through the door I felt unwelcome. I said Hi, how are you twice to MiMi and all she did was stare. Rude!I still gave her a chance... Trying, not to judge a book by its cover.I could not believe how crooked my nails looked and soooo uneven! Mimi told me my nail were crooked LOL what???? I have been getting my nails done for years. I never had that issue lol. My nail was crooked because she filed it crooked from the sides. I think she needs, glasses? Im not sure. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Garbage, nails! As for the eyebrows, she did not even shape them up was soo, inexperienced she even burnt me with the wax!!!!

I went there to get a full set and my toes polish first off I have gel polish so being that I have gel everybody knows the clear polish goes on the bottom before yhu put the regular polish on top so being that He didn’t put any on here my nails have like this brown stuff on them where the laser burnt my nail Nd yhu can see the difference 😔

I went to get a full set and my eye brows done. The girl was very rude and did an awful job on my nails. When she did my eyebrows it literally took her 30 seconds, she didnt shape them or take any timeon them - she was definitely more concerned with helping the next customer. If you are close to here and thinking about getting your nails/eyebrows done go to CT Nails @Camden and Rockfish by the wing company.

This is the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. They cut my finger and and painted my bloody cuticle with nail polish that probably 100 people have used, messed up a nail, and when i got home upon closer inspection the Thai pedicure I got with nail polish was smudged and outside of the lines. I have never gone to a nail salon and spent so much money ($106.00 to be exact) and got such low quality and unsanitary work. That is how people get MRSA. I will be reporting to the BBB also.

If you have a service dog dont bother going to this place. They wouldnt even take the Federal Law card to read the rights of an individual with a service dog. Just stated that they dont allow dogs even when I stated that my dog was a service dog. Very rude and not accepting of individuals with disabilities it seems like.

They use MMA it’s a illegal form of acrylic please do not go to them !!
