I got regular polish, they have a fan so polish can dry quicker, clean. Friendly service. Good price. Got my eyebrows waxed and they look great.

Mediocre pedicure at best. The polish is fine, but the shape of my nails are uneven and otherwise doesn’t look like I just spent $50 (with tip) for a pedicure. There are too many other places to get a pedicure to settle for this salon.

Great atmosphere but I wouldn’t recommend this place for bundle lashes. I look like patches lol. I got my lashes done on the 3rd of July and they are not lasting. I came here because lash appointments were booked at other places. It’s not worth $37 for your face to be manhandled by the tech😬 she is rough

I have been here quite sometime now and Tracey does an amazing job on my pedicures. Don does my nails and is amazing. I recommend going here. Very clean, professional. I have never had any issues. Love this place.

**UPDATE** I have a staff infection from this salon. I’ve now had an infection for over three weeks. So definitely do not recommend this place.If I could get my money back for my sns i totally would... my thumb nail was cracked when I left. It literally took FOREVER or I would have said something. I’ve always had sns and it never takes this long. On top of that.... some of my nails are already starting to come off. As for my pedicure, one of my toes are infected due to the girl getting out an in grown toe nail. I definitely won’t be coming back to this nail salon.

The pedicure was not the one I requested but I was charged for the more expensive one even though I didnt get it. 138 for an acrylic full set and pedicure with no nail art or anything special to reflect that price. Seriously nothing special about this place at all.

I used to really like this place but the service has gone down as the price has gone up. I had dip nails last Saturday and this Saturday they are peeling and cracking. I cant go back because theyre closed on Sundays and I work all the other days and even tho I sent them pictures they wont offer me even a credit. The nail tech put gel topcoat on and thats not accepted practice, it will peel and crack.But hey they gotta pay for the Audi, Ferrari, and Mercedes somehow so cut corners on my nails and charge higher prices. If you dont belive that drive around the back of the salon and see whats parked back there. Last 40 of my dollars theyll ever get.

PLEASE READ: A couple of nail techs here do an amazing job, others just act like they’re doing something so they can get paid and go home. Anyway, got a full set done about a month ago and have had about 2 fill ins since. First of all, I don’t even come here for a fill in anymore because there’s absolutely no reason I should be paying the price of a full price NEW full set for a FILL IN. But yes, I came here for my 1st fill in since a fresh set a month ago and was charge $47 for it. Absolutely ridiculous. Second, I’m starting to remove my acrylic nails now since they are old and I don’t want to get them redone any time soon. This about the third time where I get a fresh set from this place, wait a couple weeks to remove and HALF OF MY ACTUAL NAILS RIP OFF. Literally have no nails anymore because they were so glued on. I have been getting my nails done the same way for over 10 YEARS and have NEVER had this happen at any other salon and I’ve been to A LOT, all over the country. The nail glue they use here is absolutely toxic. Right now I am sitting here with bleeding SKIN. Not nails because I don’t have any anymore. Thanks to these sorry people. I’m never coming back here.

Got a mani and a pedi and I swear Ive never seen anyone do my toes so bad and so fast in my life its like she didnt even care, nail done was horrible acrylic was still left all over my hands and nails so I had to file the excess acrylic off so it looked decent

I have been here several times. All the nail techs I have used have been good but I prefer 1 tech (Dung) she is professional, detail oriented, and friendly. Now I try my best to schedule with her only.

I stopped in after a long day of airline travel. The lady that helped me was so sweet and gave me a very relaxing deep tissue foot massage and pedicure. To top it off, I had a cool, delicious glass of Moscato while my services were completed. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants an above average experience.

Pros: got right in, pleasant staff, quick service, clean.Cons: The nail tech cut and shaped my nails nicely, but then throughout the rest of the process she continued to file away until I have little stubs for nails and sore fingertips. I also got the new dip manicure done and within hours two of my nails have big cracks through the polish.Overall, I was initially happy with the experience, but the quality of the finished product is sub-par. :/

The scenery and customer service is nice, but the quality of work is very poor. I have tried so many times with this place, and the results are always the same. Nothing lasts and the workers are not skilled enough for basic stuff, such as a simple white tip/french manicure. This place is only good for a foot massage, not for good quality nail work.

Staff is rude. I have tried several times with this place. The service has gotten worse. The service depends on how much money you spend. Its time for us to start boycotting these nail spots. Asians dont like when you try to correct them when they are wrong. They start talking in their language thats when it go left for me!

I live out of town and I would drive the 4 hours just to get a manicure and pedicure by Dewey. I love his work. Definitely will be back again in two weeks.

Nice place. Very clean and soothing atmosphere. Prices are a bit over the top imo. I don’t think an additional $20 for gel polish is justifiable. The guy who did my nails (he have me owner vibes but I’m not sure) was not every neat. I got a simple shape and color, no designs. But when he put the polish on it was just sloppy. It’s not even at all. He didn’t cover the sides of my nails. When he put on the clear coat you can see a line where it starts because he didn’t completely cover my nails with clear. He just didn’t pay much attention to the little details. This was my first time there and i probably won’t be back. At least not with him. Spent over $100 at the shop yesterday and a few of the nails are already chipping smh.UPDATE:My pinky nail broke the day after so i contacted the shop and they told me i could get it replaced at no cost. I decided since i was there i would go ahead and get a color change done since i didn’t like how the first set turned out but i didn’t mention that in my complaint, only said i didn’t like the color. Long story short, i got the nail replaced and color changed for free (without asking) so that has to changed my initial thoughts towards this location. I would maybe go back in the future.

It was amazing. I got my lash extensions done by an incredible woman who was unbelievably kind to me then I got my mani and pedi done by a different woman but she was still warm to me in her chair. My lashes are amazing and my nails are too :)

Had a relaxing pedicure yesterday, my husband bought it for me as a gift for our 10 year anniversary, I never get pedicures and it was a great treat for me, as I am on my feet for 10 hour shifts everyday. I had no expectations, which heightened my experience. It was quiet (free of any yelling children) and I enjoyed myself.

I love this salon. I have been to multiple places in fayetteville and I dont even know why I bother going anywhere else. They keep your name in the system so they know who has works on you so you can get them again. Everything is very clean and everyone is so nice.

Nice atmosphere but the staff wasn’t very welcoming or friendly to me as a walk-in. Overall, my nails look ok, but definitely not worth the $50+ I paid for the quality. Edges of acrylic weren’t buffed smooth and I have some pooling around my cuticles, making them look really uneven and snag until my next fill. Likely would only come back here for a pedicure in the future and not acrylics again.

Ive gone here twice and have decided to make it my regular nail place. The ladies aew super friendly and they do awesome jobs on both nauls and feet. There is a large selection of services and the prices are reasonable. There is an ATM inside so you are always able to tip. They offer free bottles of water which is lovely. I have recommended this nail place to the girls I work with.

I went in wanting to get a gel manicure, the lady told me it’d be $42 since I had a previous pink and white gel set that needed to be taken off as well. I told her I just wanted to get a fill instead(it was supposedly cheaper) The guy that did my nails did a terrible job, my nails look crooked and they already chipped and I’ve had them for 2 days. When I finished the lady told me it was $47. The sign clearly stated a fill was $22. Confused as to why it came out to be $5 more than what I originally wanted??????? Why does it say $22 for a fill when they charged me over half of that! Never going back again. She didn’t even know what she was doing and had to have the guy do my nails. And he still didn’t even do a good job. So disappointed

I only gave them one star because I couldn’t give none. Walked in to inquire about the dip powder manicure. I have been wanting to treat myself, so I decided to grab a pamphlet . Once the receptionist found out I was only looking at prices today she continued her phone call and waved me off without another word, or even eye contact for that matter. Needless to say she got her pamphlet back, and lost out on a potential client. As a cosmetologist I know the days can be long, but this service/attitude is the last thing I’d spend my money on. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend L’amour Nails if you enjoy feeling valued.

The service is okay....however the only thing I didnt like is, after the staff placed you under the dryer for your nails, they want you to leave within 2 minutes. Definitely not enough time to have your nails dried. But, my nails cracked after 2 days :/

I arrived for my scheduled appointment. I politely spoke to the male at the counter but noticed that he only said how can I help you so I spoke again to make sure he heard me while waiting for a greeting as well. Needless to say that did not happen. Matter of a fact he became a bit hostile because I question him for not speaking. I politely turned around and walked out the door. I will not patronize this establishment. No customer service no funds ...not mine anyways. I cant change others but I can change how and where I spend my money!

The positives- Very nice people. Offer wine, soda, or water. I love their massage chairs. Very clean too.The negatives- The lady cut a couple of the fingers up. Less then 3 hours of coming home my French Manicure was chipping.I had to call and tell them about my disappointment. They did redo my nails for free. Bottom line is I think I shall keep looking for a place that Im totally happy with.

Im extremely picky about my nails, and have went to multiple shops in Fayetteville this is absolutely my favorite nail shop their professional my nails always look good never rushed. The nail techs are also up to date on all the styles. I ALWAYS recommend Lamour to anyone who asks me about my nails. Plus they have wine!!!

Everyone was super nice. Great job on my nails. I couldn’t do 5 stars because of the inability to leave the tip on your card. There IS an atm in the lobby, but then you have to pay an atm fee just to be able to tip.

Absolutely terrible. Work quality does not match the extremely over priced selection. Would NOT recommend that anyone go here. They initially told my wife the price was 32$ and by the time she left, somehow, the price magically jumped up to 57$. All in all it is an absolute rip off.

Moved to the area a couple of months a go and was in the shopping center. I stumbled upon LAmour was a typical walk in. They were nice and accommodating. Had beverages and shacks as I waited. Place was very calming. Nail Tech did an amazing job (best experience coming from a nail/spa) and knew exactly what I wanted (Nail techs name was Young) she took very good care of me. She has a client for as long my stay here in Fayetteville.

Horrible service. Went in for a pedicure. The quickest pedicure I have ever had in my life. Lady never spoke. Of 6 chairs free they seat another woman right beside of me and I had to hear their chit chat the entire pedicure. Not relaxing at all. Barely buffed my feet and water was scalding hot when I complained she turned it so cold I could barely stand it. She seemed frustrated that I did not want any add ons. She polished my toes then just left me and went to another lady. She never came back so I just went to pay when they were dry. Unprofessional. She also used a buffer and a file that had obviously been used on another client.Update to owners reply: You will not find me your system they didnt even ask my name when I came in !!! This is definitely a turn around make money business. Didnt even care enough to ask my name!!! I paid in cash!!!! Trust me I have no reason to lie about what happend. It was my worst pedicure ever!!! I couldnt even get the chair to work correctly. The lady freaking left me in the chair and never came back!!! I even left her a tip even though she did not give good service!!! The buffer and the file she used on me had marks on it!!

Ive been to this nail salon twice and its still ONLY ok. I like that my polish stays on for more than a week. I also like how nice and clean the place is, but there are a few things that could improve. The nail techs could stand to spend more time attending to my hands and feet, the session always feels rushed.

I went for a gel mani/pedi with my friend and they were very accommodating. They asked through the services if I needed a drink or if I needed my chair adjusted. The woman who did my services was VERY sweet and did an amazing job. My gel polish was clean and evenly done, and my pedi wasn’t rushed through-as most salons do here. The only reason I can’t give a 5star review is that there’s not an option to tip on the bill. You have to leave a cash tip, and I’d rather not get charged a fee with the atm.

Called prior to going, and asked for a service gel with manicure, was told 27$ And 30$ for pedicure so I went. At time of check out I had in mind 57$ total since I did nothing extra. When she told me the total 72$! I was like wow why. She said because the manicure is jus 15$ and the gel is 27$ and I said not from what I was told it was 27 since I asked for a manicure WITH gel polish. She said no it is separate service. So that made me very angry. I spoke with who was suppose to be the manager and he said he can not do anything about it that it was my fault I mis understood, I told him I specifically asked the price prior to coming and if they would have mentioned the 15$ I would have not came, he insisted on telling me he can not do anything. I told him yes you can, you are the manager. No customer service skills what so ever, and rude.. That first time definitely did not leave a good impression. And will not be returning . Make sure you get accurate prices

I loved the nail tech, and I went there for 3 fill ins for my acrylic. But they keep lifting. They have lifted 2 out of the 3 times I went. I am not rough on my nails. They shouldnt lift as much as they do. I have to go to another place and get a whole new set.

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! First off the price was initially said to be $27 but ended up being $49. Second, the lady didnt even take off all of my previous nail polish. She rushed the process resulting in me having a cut, not completely filled nails, as well as misshaped/uneven. She was also rude about my color choices and didnt talk otherwise. My mother in-law and I had an excellent experience. We walked in and were quickly greeted & helped. My mother in law broke her nail and Tanya was able to fix it right away. Jenee did an amazing job on my pedi & mani. I was very impressed. Did I mention that they have mood changing gel nail polish? Well they do and its awesome. The color changes due to cold or warm temperature. Both Jenee and Tanya had excellent customer service skills. They were very fun to talk to and very helpful.

I got my nails done here 2 days ago. A man did my nails. I paid 32$ for a full set he only coated my nails once with acrylic and 2 gel overlays. My nails are already lifting and they are chipped. They are so flimsy it feels like there is no product on them at all. I am so upset. Idk what to do my husband wants me to go back to get them fixed but I’m scared of what they will they. Also how do you post pictures??

First visit to the salon, very clean, nice armosphere, chairs are comfortable, the woman who did my nails was very good, however, colors are limited, polish chipped in two day, polish seems thinned out...Opi products are good, not certain why they seemed so watered down...2 days later I have find another place to get color change...I wont make a repeat visit.

I got a great pedicure.

First, the girl I had made me bleed 3 different times while i was getting a manicure. Then as she was painting my nails, she smudged the polish twice so she had to redo them. She didnt speak a word to me the entire time and not even an hour later, my nails are chipping. Worst experience Ive ever had.

Horrible attitude and way too expensive

It was terrible service. The man Tim who done my nails made me bleed, then he kept messing up my nails. My nails are crooked he didnt file them straight, and he messed up my pinky nail and proceeded to charge me an extra $5 since he messed up. I will never go there again nor recommend anyone to go there.

I went in for a fill in and pedicure and it was $92!!!! They charged me $50 extra for a top coat of GEL POLISH not GEL but *GEL POLISH* on my nails and toes that dont even look like they just got freshly done. Will not be going back, the prices are outrageous for the service you get.

Sub par pedicure. Nails are uneven, and the polish on one foot was uneven, thickly applied and wasnt let to sry long enough before slabbing on the clear coat. You can see lines in the polish and my nails are not smooth. Probably the worst pedicure ever for me.
