Terrible service. I literally got the worst manicure of my life plus they were rude.

Walked in for a full set and my boyfriend and friend wanted pedicures, extremely professional, clean and super conversational. And easily the most gorgeous set of nails Ive ever had, 10/10

Only giving them a star because I have to In order to leave a review, I got my eyebrows waxed here today and the old lady who did it first off burned me with the wax and literally Butchered my brows. I was missing spots on them and now they are so thin and transparent (because she also cut them with scissors) that it looks like I only have half of my eyebrows I would not recommend this place. It’s the worst service anyone could ask for literally left in tears. I will never go back to them!

The atmosphere is so relaxing. The staff is great and personable. Anna is my tech and she knows exactly how I like my Mani and Pedi, which is Awesome. Ive been to many Nail salons, Nail Bar is the Best.

Terrible experience that led to a bad manicure and damaged my nails. The owner was rude and unhelpful and there was a cockroach running around. I would recommend everyone avoid this salon.I set up an appointment weeks in advance for a bridal party and paid a deposit to hold our spots. When we arrived they had held chairs for us but did not have technicians ready to start our pedicures. We slowly got technicians one at a time with the final member of the group not getting started until 45 minutes after wed arrived.After the pedicures we were each taken to separate areas - nowhere near each other - to get our manicures. I got SNS or dip nails and it was clear the technician was not familiar with the process. I was moved to four different tables before they finally got me set up and then the tech ignored me the entire time my nails were soaking. This is also when I saw a roach running around so I had to pick my feet up. They had limited color options of SNS and after picking on the tech did my nails without speaking to me and gave me rude looks whenever I spoke to him.He did the manicure in a way Ive never had them done before and I get dip nails every three weeks like clockwork. He skipped steps and at the end he used gel topcoat to set them. It wasnt a good-looking manicure but we didnt have time to get it redone so I thought it would suffice.Ten minutes later as we were driving to our next appointment, I looked down and realized the topcoat and polish were cracking in places. Apparently the gel polish didnt react well with SNS. And I looked down and my toenails were smudged as well. My nails were so bad that I asked for a refund - something Ive never done before. The owner refused to give me a refund and even accused me of messing up my own nails because Id been cheap and gotten regular polish. When I showed her I had SNS polish she realized it was her peoples fault but still told me that it was my own problem that I didnt have time to get them fixed and would not give me even part of my money back.Where the polish was cracked my nails are now cracking as well. Im having to keep band-aids on to hold them together until I can get to another nail salon. This was the most terrible experience Ive ever had and I wish it on no one. Do not go.

Great experience each time my daughter and I go. All technicians are different but consistent service for the cost, very timely and friendly. Customer service is important to them and to shows.

Got my eyebrows done here and its not even good work she waxed them and they were still super thick. I asked for thinner so she waxed them again but it was the same outcome. She didnt pluck them or cut my extra long eyebrow hairs with the tiny scissors like most nail salons do. For 10 I will never be going here again

I use to Love this nail salon. The owner is sweet. However, the quality of work has gone down to me. I paid $40 for my nails (Powder dip) on last week 4/11/17. The powder usually lasts for at least 3-4 weeks. However 4/17/2017 and I already had to come back because my nail started to crack, less than a week. I feel like the amount being paid, the work shouldnt be rushed. Again very nice shop but the quality of work being done isnt as good as it use to be.

Tried this place out for the first time today & I’m sure glad I did!! Nice & clean with a relaxing atmosphere as well as a wonderful staff that is both friendly & hospitable! I already have acrylic nails but needed a fill-in & gel polish change-this is probably the BEST that my nails have ever looked!! Love this place! I definitely won’t be going anywhere else but here 😁💅🏻💕

Been going to The Nail Bar for a few months now. Highly recommend! The owner always asks how did my nail person do. Fridays and weekends are super busy. I have gone the past two times after 3:00 and walk right in.

I loved it! Was my first time and everyone was VERY nice. Extremely gentle and friendly. I never felt uncomfortable once. My legs are STILL soft as butter. Im going to make this a regular place of mine. Dewy/Doughy (I know thats probably not how you spell his name, but its how you sound it out.) was amazing! I told him exactly what I didnt like about my feet and he fixed it for me. No other nail shop has paid more attention to what I say than this one. Engaging. Very fun. 5 stars across the board! Not to mention EXTREMELY CLEAN!!!

I went 10 days ago and my nails were lifting after one week, I paid almost $50 including the tip. Michelle was great but the lady who I spoke with on the phone was so rude. My sister just purchased for a gift certificate also for me to get my nails done again for my birthday. If I would have known they were going to lift, I would have never said how great they were. I highly don’t recommend this nail bar.

I loved this place, its very clean & their work is superior. I got a pedicure almost two months ago and it still looks great, its a gel polish pedicure and it doesnt look at all aged. I was into get my nails done today, I work in Cape Fear and need my nails a very specific length and style. They werent at all disgrubtaled about it! I will definitely go back, & the prices are the same at every other salon but the staff and environment is beautifully put together and everyone is highly professional.

I came in this past weekend for my first time after hearing great things from my coworkers, me and my husband are new to fayetville and I haven’t found a place I was pleased with. I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure, it was fantastic! Ask for Katie, she made my whole experience more enjoyable. She was well educated on the different services they provide at the nail bar, but at the same time didn’t push me to do anything I didn’t want, unlike many other salons I’ve been too. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way! Super gentle, gave a great massage, and my nails looked phenomenal. The manager, Julie, was also very sweet. She made sure the shop was in tip top shape with the high expectations she has for her employees. I plan to return and this will be my new spot. Thank you nail bar ladies!

This “place of business” is absolutely THE WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to. The first time I came in for a full set, pedicure, and eyebrows my experience was pretty mediocre. After only a week of my brand new full set my nails were lifting.. I decided to see if they would fix my nails.. wrong choice! The heavy set woman moved me to THREE different chairs before she put me in the so called managers chair, not only that she chipped my nails down to hardly anything.. didn’t even offer to give me a brand new set and charged me knowing I was unhappy.. she spoke her language talking about my nails the entire time then had the audacity to say it was because of my deep cuticles. The woman who did my nails accused me of lying, saying I did not come to them.. I was more than patient with their horrible service. I tried calling to say how unhappy I was after seeing sparkles and dents on my nails.. of course no answer. Don’t waste your time here..

They see me close to every 2-3 weeks. There service is bomb and ambience even better. I love the way the do my pedicure always turns out great. One issue is recently got some bumps under my chin after a wax, never happened before not sire what changed this time. But in the very least that wont stop me from returning. Ill just let them know to be careful.

I’ve been going here for a few months with no issues. But today the older lady...I think it’s Julie....did my fill in and one repair for the first time. She was ridiculously slow....I sat in the chair for an hour and a half!! Then the nails were uneven and bumpy. I had to ask several times for her to correct them. I may be back but won’t be allowing her to do my nails ever again!

The experience here is always great. VERY clean. They use liners in the pedicure tubs and the employees are very friendly and professional. Ive never had a single experience there that I would not rate 5 stars. Keep up the good work!

Great selection of manicures and pedicures. Very friendly staff and new chairs throughout the spa. Very comfortable chairs with liners in the foot spas! Elegant shield drapes separate the statons. Get pampered while sipping on a cold complimentary beverage (including wine).

Like like like... like way nail tech did my nails. Acrylic not thick. Length was perfect. Price was awesome.

I have used the services of this business for over two years. Wearing boots all day for work damages my feet and toenails. The basic mens pedicure is a perfect fix. The owner also performs services and keeps customers flowing through. I receive pedicures twice per month if travel allows.

ONLY leaving 5 stars for my girls Katie and Michelle Jones. If Katie isn’t available, I ask for Michelle. Their customer service is GREAT! And their work is AMAZING! They always know what I want, and make sure I’m happy and okay with what they are doing every step of the way. I never have any problems with these two.Management, however...terrible! When I call to schedule an appointment, they are so difficult. When I come in, they always try to get the most money out of me by upgrading my service. My biggest issue is how they treat their employees. These two ladies operated the salon, by THEMSELF during hurricane Florence, (and did an amazing job under circumstances). I’ve come in multiple times and neither of them have yet to have lunch by 3 and 4 o’clock. Not to mention the comments I’ve heard come from her mouth, to her employees. Julie, and her daughter, are often arguing. Making the environment a very uncomfortable setting. Not to mention unprofessional.The ONLY reason I come to this salon is for Katie and Michelle. Otherwise, I would never return. Keep up the good work you two!

This place is a hidden gem. My nail tech was the sweetest and courteous of the short time I had during lunch. She was quick and did a perfect job. I will definitely be returning to see her again. I loved my nails and am ready for a new mani and pedi!

Do not go here!!!!!! Keeping it short and real simple. The old man was extremely rude when he had to re-polish my thumb nails today after they started peeling too soon after the service.He was rude about finding the correct color match insisting I find it, and of course I wouldn’t because I didn’t choose the color in the first place.He polished my thumbs without even allowing me to wash my hands and remove the dust. Then when he was done he walked away and said “it’s done, you can go now!” Twice!Thanks to Lyn who works with them only on Fridays and Saturdays or else I would never have gone back there after my first bad job encounter.They are ridiculously expensive for very mediocre service; I was charged $40 for a fill-in so of course I needed to go back and get a better polish after the gel started to peel on day 3!Stay away, not worth it on any level.

Loved this place! This nail salon was a excellent new addition to the world of mani-pedis in the city. Clean tools. Prices are very reasonable! Staffs were so Great. I highly recommend this salon.

This salon was totally my favourite place. Their services were good ever! I was welcomed as if I was their family. He took great care of me at whole of process. Their chairs are comfortable. This is the only place to me. And íts very nice placeeee!

I just love the fact that they spent a ton of money on a business name that is grammatically incorrect. The proper grammar is The Nail Bar or CoCos Nail Bar. Also their Google cover photo is of some vampire looking hand. Lol

Went in for my birthday and was told to come back in a few hours before I even said what I wanted. They didn’t even want me to wait...rude

I made an appointment for a pedicure and a full set. I was told time would not be an issue. They get two stars because the pedicure was a fantastic experience. The manicure was horrible. I left bleeding and my nails look terrible. They were getting close to closing and she clearly rushed. She didnt ask me about shape. There are gaps between my real nails and the tips which I hope doesnt lead to fungus. Bottom line the manicure turned what started off as a very enjoyable and relaxing experience into regret that I tried somewhere new.

My last visit was just before Thanksgiving 2018 and I will not return, because in less than a week my gel polish started peeling from the front tip (not the base at cuticle) of my nails. Ive NEVER had this to happen! So because I was out of town I had to live with jacked up nails. When I got home I went back and they fixed it, but not to my satisfaction. 🙄💅👎

Not happy with the service. Employee who did my nails did not give good customer service. I had to tell him 3 times what I wanted and did not get a massage my hand when I asked for a manicure like he is supposed too. He was more worried in other customers and one other other employees did not let my nails dry because they moved the dryer to another customer and I thought it was done. My nails chipped on the way home and the employee was very sloppy In his work.

I went a few weeks ago & me & my daughter got full sets, gel color & I got chrome finish... total $75. We go back for a fill in & was charged $70.. FOR A FILL IN & gel for me & my daughter. It has only been 2 weeks.. not grown out much. When I said something about charging me for a full set all he could do is repeat the price. Horrible customer service

Best nail salon in Cumberland County! SUPER CLEAN. Service is always very friendly. Owner is eager to keep you satisfied. I had an issue with a nail once about a week after it was done. I went in and showed her and she was more than accommodating. Lots of places in fayetteville have been popping up calling themselves similar names....dont be fooled! There is only ONE nail bar! :)

I saw on The Nail Bars FB page that they did dipped polish and I decided to give it a try. Gel manicures do not last long on my nails and I heard dipped polish was durable and long lasting. Within the first few hours of getting the dipped polish done, two of my nails had cracked down to my natural nail. And within two days of the manicure, the top coat started chipping.Not knowing any better, I went back and one of the technicians told me my nails we messing up because I am a nurse and I use hand sanitizer and wash my hands too frequently and should have told them that when they were doing the manicure. She took the old top coat off and put two new top coats on. She said that from now on I needed two top coats and everything would be fine.I can back and got a second dipped manicure done hopeful that two top coat would do the trick. However, it did not! And the cracked and chipped again.I decided to try a different nail salon for my third dipped manicure and realized The Nail Bar preformed them completely wrong. They use the wrong base coat and top coats.I am a week and a half out from my correctly done dipped manicure and I have had absolutely no problems.

I’ve been coming here for a while with my kids but today is the day they told me I couldn’t have my kids in there!! I am a single mother and the fact you turn me away because I have my kids is WRONG!!! I will never go here ever again!!!

Went for the pina colada pedicure, was amazing! Will definitely go back, the customer service was great, friendly and the atmosphere relaxing and enjoyable. No better than wine paraffin hot rocks and a pedicure!

I just went to get my nails done today. I only been in town for 2 weeks and was looking for a new place, I thought this place would be nice due to other reviews. Aside from the scenery- the costumer service is trash!!! The guy who did my nails was so rude, I wanted a dark wine color, but he was to lazy to apply the coats needed to get the matching shade, he even smacked my hand while during my nails(***I saw red!), and he talked the who time, and was constantly on his phone texting and walking around... I will never return. Its not worth the price nor the experience.

My experience use to be good with this salon until new management took over. The guy tech is very rude they only care about money not quality of service. Im very disappointed because the salon is so close to my home.

Went in for a manicure and pedicure. The girl had finished my pedicure and had started to take off my gel polish on my hands when another client came in inquiring about a mani/pedi with gel on both. A guy asked the girl doing my nails if I was getting gel. She replied no. Just a regular manicure this time. He then had the girl that was going my pedicure leave me and start doing a pedicure on that client. All because I wasnt getting gel on my hands. I waited 15 minutes before inquiring when someone was going to take my polish off. I will never go back there.

Where does one begin about my terrible experience here. Was in town and decided to get my nails done i seen This was called the nail bar so i assumed It was an actual nail bar to find out it was not. There business card presents a martini glass as if you can get a glass of wine or so while getting service done. Nothing was offered to me at all. I came In to get a dip powder set done. I first Sat down in one seat to have my nails soaked off. Then was asked to move to another seat which i did. The nail tech started doing my nails and then jumped up and walked away i then found Out she got a piece of nail in her eye. So i had To move to another seat to have the lady finish taking off my nails. So then i had To move to another seat to have another nail tech do my nails. Which i over heard her original appointment called and moved her time to a earlier time. So i felt As if she was rushing to do my nails and they looked terrible. I THEN HAD TO MOVE TO ANOTHER SEAT. Mind you this was the 4th time i had To get up and move to another seat i told The next lady i was Not happy with my nails at all. So she buffed them out to make them look some what better. She added rhinestones and they were not done well at all. I paid 10 dollars for 4 nails and 2 days later the rhinestones came off and also the top coat was chipping. I went Back 3 days later to have the rhinestones taken off no money was offered back to me nor a replacement of something else for my 10 bucks i paid. I paid 50 dollars and they did not do a manicure on my nails or another. After 1 week my thumb nail has already chipped in half. This place is terrible and i will Never return here. If you are not a known member to there nail salon they don’t care about you. That’s clear. The nail tech Stephanie is the one who did my nails and they were done poorly. She put 4 coats of dip powder on one hand and 3 on the other because she was rushing. Also he attempt at ombré was terrible as well made her remove them after doing two fingers. When asked she told me it would take 30 mins to do one nail of ombré but she did both fingers in 6 mins smh. I just threw 50 bucks in the garbage. I will Do my own dip powder because I’m not a license nail tech and can do my own nails with the kiara sky dip powder kit better then they can. TRASH

Have been going here since Aug 2016 and the owners are very nice and the staff is friendly. Big selection of pedicures. Missed my eyelash lady here, Mrs. Lisa, while she was on vacation and had to go somewhere else to get them done and it was horrible. Will never go anywhere else again while Im in Fayetteville!

Never again Im from up north and our nail salons have alot more hospitality than this salon, the lady messed up my nails BIG TIME and then gets mad at me cause I made her do what I asked for from the beginning & IM THE ONE WHOS PAYING FOR IT ANYWAYS! Very rude and nasty! Im going to a black owned nail salon where I get treated better and get the service I ask for!! TOTAL THUMBS DOWN 👎👎👎

Horrible customer service! They do not care about the quality of your nails or your health. Their equipment is used and dirty. Avoid this nail salon at all costs. The management should be ashamed of themselves for running an establishment at these low standards. Don’t waste your time and money!

Run fast. I usually get my nails done in Garner and I get SNS. I wanted to find someone close and when I called they provided this service. Let me tell you my nails looked a hot mess and they hurt to the touch where they filed too much off my nail bed. This person apparently dont have much experience on SNS. I was so dissatisfied and I will never come back to this place again as a matter of fact I dont know if I would ever want to get my nails done again as this was a horrible experience, and to top it off the lady tried to push me to give the lady a tip!!!! Really!!!!! Never again save your nails please!!! GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!

My gel polish never came off until I went back to the salon and got it off which is great that’s how gel polish should be and even the rhinestones I had on one finger never came off until I went back for a color change my nails laster long

Julie not only welcomed me to the area but to the salon in the most gracious of ways, but she also always provided and continues to provide me with thee best services offered at her salon. Ive done waxes, mania& pedis with gel and always walk away confident in the performance and work of all those who work at The Nail Bar. I had a terrible experience. I was nicked multiple times with the drill file. The nails tech put the top coat on top of my dipped nails and my nails started burning and smoking. I complained and she put gel polish and my hand in the LED that again started to burn my nails. The bottles for the polish were dirty and previous customers nails were on the floor! I complained and the manager tried to fix my nails TWICE where he was aggressive with my wrists and fingers. He was going to take it off and let me leave with nothing on my nails when I said I wasn’t happy with my service and shouldn’t have to pay for being treated like that and then he called the cops on ME! My nails look terrible and I will be reporting them!

First time visiting this salon which I found online and chose simply for the 4.7 rating, photos that displayed a clean facility and - as well as most important for me - liners for basins used for pedicures. I wasnt quite satisfied with pedicurist as I felt she rushed through the job. Really did not want her to rush through doing my nails. Manager did a great job in ensuring I was satisfied and assigned another Tech to complete services. David did an awesome job asking me what I wanted, listening, and ensuring I was satisfied with the end results for my nail services. David also took care of my daughters pedicure and manicure; she was pleased as well with end result.Although there was a slight hiccup in the beginning, overalI I gave this salon a 5-rating and would definitely recommend. Hiccup was corrected.Thanks The Nails Bar!

The best mani pedis in town by far! Professional artistry and welcoming family service, I wont go anywhere else in Fayetteville after going here, plus that complimentary cup of wine if thats your liking! Hands down, thats the sh** ^_^

I been here three times and after the 3rd I will not be returning I was going to the manager in the middle and she did good but I called in advance and she said she cld take me, but when I get there she sits me with the first girl on the right, she applied a thin layer of acrylic and when I told her I didnt like it she became annoyed, I didnt like the shape so she said I shld have req the manager which I did. I was suppose to be getting them fixed but the shape was all screwed up they damaged my thumb trying to remove my real nail and I cont to complain that I didnt like it instead of her fixing she claimed she wld fix it on my next visit I had acrylic around my cuticle, and she said shed fix it but became annoyed and refunded me my money! I felt as if I was treated different bcuz I lookEd different.. STAY AWAY

They did alright. I got regular acrylic instead of gel polish for a fill in & color change. Was charged $50 & There’s air bubbles in most of my nails & when he did my toes i got sent out the door without them being dried. I won’t be returning to this place.

Decided to try them for the 1st time and wish I would have read reviews 1st!The older man is very rude!$50 for full set gel coffin shaped and they look horrible.3 out of 10 are crooked.1 pinky does not even look coffin!He rushed doing my nails and has a bad attitude.Never again!!

Ugly nail set... asked to have it fixed & said i had to pay double... man who did it said he didnt know it would turn out ugly, but hes a NAIL TECH. this was my second time giving them a chance... never again.
