I wanted a certain nail design and I was told it couldnt be done. But it was done by another technician on me before. I dealt with it. Although I know it could have. I try stepping outside the box and do designs and color. And this is the very reason why I always get no color, gel or design. I just get no color and do it myself. Thats exactly what I will do. No extra treatments. Photos what I got vs what I wanted

They apparently dont know how to do up to date styles. Asked for one style & my nails look absolutely nothing how I asked for them to be. Wont be going back here

I just started getting my nails done again after several years.. The first 2 places I went ..I been dreading coming back for a fill on.. Sassy nails said I had a fungus on my toe.. come to find out it’s a freaking ingrown after I got the anti fungal medicine.. They just left it with a French manicure.. It was so ugly I told them but they didn’t care to cover it...I went to Best nails and they left my nail with a dirt line somehow.. never wanted to go again .. didn’t listen to anything I asked for.. folks sleeping in there 🙄I found N&T ..came in with no wait.. He’s super friendly, knew exactly what I wanted.. Tommy made me so happy 😀 .. He did the best job I ever had .. Finally found my new nail dude 😀😀😀😀

If u want a relaxing time this is wear you would get ur nails done I recommend this 100% its worth it

I just got a pedicure done here. When I arrived I was greeted and asked what I needed and I responded a pedicure. The lady told me to pick a color so I did and sat. I was not shown any packages at all. No mint, no lavender, no hot towels. This felt like a foot washing service. The lady put my feet in cool water, used a scrubber, rinsed, then rub lotion and oil on my legs not massaged just put lotion on me. Sad part is the shop was empty! I have only been here 1 other time also for a pedicure and it was better, but I will not be back after this. I gave 2 stars because they did atleast greet me.

They are always great. Phuong is the amazing. If you want a pedicure and beautiful nails this is the place for you! Tommy, his wife, and their Mom treats you like family. Thanks you all.

Love, love this nail place, they are very friendly and their works are amazing! They have recently remodeled the shop, upgraded with a lot more of gel polish and dipping powder. Too many choices for me for the color makes me want to come there often.

This is my go to nail place! Theyre always so nice, and they get you out of there in a pretty reasonable time even if theres a wait. Their prices arent too bad either compared to other places. Will continue to keep going here!

I love coming to N-T nails, theyve always treated me nicely. My pedicures have been taken care good. My pink and white nails are always neat and pretty, which I let them do for years and never had a problem. I recommend everyone that I know this shop, and they like them just like I do. Moreover, their prices are reasonable, which allows me to pamper myself twice a month.

I love getting my nails here. They are very friendly and respectful. Dipping powder is what I’ve tried recently, absolutely love it, lasts so long and feels natural.

Best nail place in town in my opinion. My nails last over a month no breaks, no lifting, my gel polish doesnt fade or loose shine. Must be patient often busy but well work it.

I have been here previously and didnt have any issues. The pedicurist was kind and did an amazing job.There were two clients who arrived after me who the manicurist allowed to choose their color (no problem). However, when it was time to get my fill in, I was rushed. Our bill came up to $101 he (the manicurist) stated that my card declined. I asked him to run the same card again and it was approved. I am a stickler for if a person is spending their money, they should be treated with courtesy and respect. Take the same time with me that you take with your other clients. I will not be back. Just to think, I was going to get gift cards or pay for seven people to be serviced here.

Pedicure was great, nails not so much! She never spoke to me, and she kept clipping my skin with the drill bc she was going so fast

I have always enjoyed coming here and do believe they do an exceptional job. So this past Saturday I had got a fill-in and a pedicure ... so I went to work on Monday and noticed my polish on one of my toes was off. I ususally don’t have this issue, but anyway today I went in to get it fixed being that I just got them done Saturday, not only did they want to charge me but they also put polish on my nail that didn’t match the rest but tried to convince me otherwise. I will not be returning... will definitely take my business elsewhere.

I love Mrs.Kim she does an amazing job on my eyebrows and I always get compliments! She does a great job with nails as well! She is a very friendly and sweet!

While I normally go to a different nail salon, I decided to branch out and try N T Nails. I found that the lack of communication between the workers and customers significantly hindered their ability to provide sufficient nail care to their customers. Firstly, I had an obvious cut on my toe and stated in clear English for the lady not to touch it. She then went about scraping it and trying to clip off the skin. Though I told her no, politely and insistently, she did not understand and worsened the cut. Secondly, I was charged approximately $80 for my french manicure and pedicure with gel polish when the board writes 20+ for each service. Their scheme of not explicitly listing prices allows them to charge customers what they want without them knowing prior to payment.Lastly, less than two weeks after my manicure and pedicure, my fingernails began to fall off -- not the polish, my nails. Three of my nails were cracked about halfway up and fell of, leaving my fingers exposed far lower than comfortable. The rest of my nails then did this, leaving them in terrible condition.For the money I paid, the service I received and the end result of my nails, I will not be going back here.

I have used them now for about 6 months. I have always been pleased with their service. I get the shellac nails and they typically stay on 3 weeks. Unless I fiddle with them as theyre growing out, they dont come off. My mother goes as well and she too has always been pleased and happily surprised at how good of a job they do.

I was looking for a new nail salon, found this place and absolutely love it. I work in manufacturing and fast Pace with my hands the quality of work by the nail tech are enduring. I dont wear polish so its important that everything is in place.

Most of staff is very polite. The price is reasonable and the work is nice. Free hand designs are nice. Ms.Kim is very sweet and patient. I really love her work.

The gentleman here does the best artificial nails Ive ever had and I travel over an hour to get mine done here. Ive tried many others and no one comes close to this place. No appointment necessary.

I love coming here! My favorite nail salon. I am always in and out. I never wait long. Another plus is that they dont have you pay extra for a shape.
