My go to nail salon! I have cheated on this place with other spots and ALWAYS regretted it. You get what you pay for and here you get good quality nails that last the full two weeks with minimal if any chips

Tips are to be cash only!All of the staff used clean tools from sterilized packaging, and despite the busy time, they never turned anyone away.There were almost 10 staff members working diligently. The salon was clean, welcoming and were Pride friendly serving men, women and children alike.I wish I lived closer so I come back here. Thank you!

I had been cleaning up a water heater disaster in the neighbors cellar so I had black dirt in between my nails. Which I still have in between my new gel set. Not good. So thats the dirt stuck between my nail and the gel. On the second pict u can c my middle nail is not filed like the rest. I do have a better contact Tammys nails on 5th and Robinson.

This is honestly the worst nail job I’ve ever had. Girls are very friendly and tried hard. I was in a rush and asked to be out in 1 hour. Not sure if that contributed to this. I got tips and dip. Very thick bumpy/uneven, filing is crooked, and not pretty.

The lady who did my pedicure was very nice and did a great job. I requested the “European” pedicure which cost $36 and included the pedicure, foot bath, massage, moisturizing. Plastic partitions between chairs and good sanitizing measures keeps patrons safe. Was able to be a walk-in which is nice as many require reservations.

Everyone here is welcoming and helpful. Kathleen’s years of experience really show after getting a perfect dip mani with her. A 30 minutes neck massage while my nails are being done is a super nice treat. Loved my pedicure here too.

These guys are awesome! Kathleen was very helpful and sweet and made my nails look killer. I have very long, skinny fingers but wide nails. She suggested the best shape and length for me specifically, and did a great job with the pink and white ombré. :)Will be coming back soon!

First time getting a manicure and pedicure! The ladies who helped me were so kind. Place was clean and smelled nice. I will say theres not a lot of direction for first timers so you may end up buying something you may not have wanted...but overall Im doing it again!

I came here for gel manicure and it started falling off within 5 days, my nail also chipped i think she left them to thin, very dessapoint 😔 30 dollars basically to the garbage

First time here and they were all so friendly and nice

A little pricey but the service was great. They checked temperatures and made you wash your hands before you were able to be seated. They also had plexiglass between seats and everyone had to wear masks. Other than the COVID safety protocols, they offered a variety of top shelf colors to choose from, different spa packages and did a great job to make sure you wear comfortable and received a proper set of nails. Highly recommend!They accept credit card but prefer cash tips.

I usually have Tina do my nails because she’s really good and always stick to the price she tells you. This time I got Kathleen, my nails came out lumpy and she was too focused on talking to the man up front. I usually pay extra for a design but this time I didn’t get a design and she charged me the same as with a design. If you go here except to pay $60+ for some lumpy short nails Or just don’t go to Kathleen.

Very clean, bright and relaxing place with a good range of pedicure options and nail polish types and colours. I walked in while on holidays in the area and had the Onsen Spa pedicure - they were happy to start right away and were very gentle with my sensitive feet!

Had my nails done here for my wedding and Anthony did a amazing job!! I got so many compliments. The technique he used to create the ombré look I was wanting was perfection!! This was my first visit here- the pedicure left my feet feeling so soft and relaxed. This place is not near me but I plan to make it my spot for nails!!

I love the staff here, because at K and K nails I was able to get the smooth waxing and a nice pedicure. They did not leave me in a hot boiling chair but soaked in such a warm relaxing scent chair. I was able to feel relax after my wax. The tech here did a great job with my toe nails as well as my waxing. I highly recommend if you ever get the chance.

Currently getting a foot massage from Romie. From the beginning, he is careful and precise when cutting and shaping my toe nails. I got the Deluxe Pedicure and I could fall asleep right now. Ive been to this location 3 times now and actually just walked in each time and been helped almost immediately. Ive had Jessie and she was wonderful and one other which I feel terrible about not remembering her name but each person Ive had has been amazing. I dont think anyone here isnt good. I have been to this place a few times over the years I recently just got gel dip done to my nails Kathleen assured me that it was better. Unfortunately one of them ended up cracking and I went to get it repaired and the lady refused to take off the nail and start over and just added more gel over it. Again they told me this was the best option not even a week later the nail was still cracked and ended up ripping off half of my entire nail to the point where it was squirting blood I went in to complain all they could do was file it for me they were so rude I ended up leaving crying I will never be back to this place again and I dont recommend it to anybody in the Hillcrest area. Its overpriced for the rude service you receive and feeling like they are talking about you. So unprofessional, I amSo disappointed and nervous about infection

Low price for gel mani/pedi, but unfortunately the end product was the worst Ive ever had. The color is uneven and the gel cracked within a few days. The spa is clean and has great prices, but you pay for it in quality. I would suggest going elsewhere if you can.

We both had manicures and pedis. They were great.

I want to start by saying that I have been getting my nails done since I was 13 years old, so I know a thing or two about them.I went in for a full set with pink powder and a pedicure (birthday gift) and the staff was super friendly dont get me wrong she listen to what I told her. BUT the quality of my nails were horrible. My first nail broke within 3 days.... my second on the 4th day and my third on the 6th day. DIDN’T EVEN LAST ME ONE WEEK!! The nail itself is pretty cheap and thin, she only put a VERY THIN POWDER LAYER (that I paid more for because its pink). You can tell when looking at the top of the nail. I called and all they said is that it would cost around 5 dollars per nail to fix.What upset me the most is that she didnt offer any other solution. I explained how is it that I DONT EVEN NEED A FILL YET AND THREE NAILS ARE BROKEN.They should last me up to 2 weeks then a fill she said “I AGREE but what do you want to do it’s still the same cost.” I told her I would stick to kearny mesa nails because NEVER IN MY LIFE HAS THIS HAPPEN TO ME. I dont do crazy activities nor have a crazy job or even kids MY NAILS SHOULD NOT LAST ME LESS THAN 3 DAYS!Just stay away from this place..Not worth the money. Extremely disappointed.I recently moved closer to hillcrest that is the main reason I tried them out. Literally as think as three pieces of paper put together.

The pedicure chairs here are so comfortable and the deluxe pedicure I got was perfect! The tech did a stunning job!
