Wonderful staff. Came here for a mani and pedi for my daughters birthday. My daughter and I are so pleased on how our nails came out.

Do not waste your money. They let you set appointments to have nobody there to service you. Will never go back again

Stay away from this place. Overpriced and did a horrible job on my pedicure. I see why it wasn’t busy, because their service doesn’t match the price.

Terrible service. I haven’t been there since last August and I wasn’t aware Maggie isn’t owner anymore. I regret going to sit and waiting for an hour, just to walk out. I understand they are busy and have many customers. But not one worker or manager (If they have one) told me you are next or we are so sorry we will be with you shorty. Anything to make me think my time wasn’t wasted. Maggie always made you feel welcome and remembered you even if she hadn’t seen you in months. Their customer service has gone down the drain. Friendly, and welcoming atmosphere was what made that business stand out. I will not be going back again.

This is not just a nail salon its a business where the employees treat you like family. The customer service is superb and their work exceeds the work of surrounding nail salons by a long shot. I have been going to Tiffanys for over 10 years and couldnt be more happier with their service. Lee, Maggie, Julia, Eileen, and Cindy just to name a few are truly talented at what they do. You wont be disappointed!

Great service! Everyone is very nice and their prices are amazing for the quality you are getting. I always get gel manicures and they look great for weeks!

Very rushed and bustled around between several nail techs. The whole place reeked of some really gross food which someone must have been microwaving in the back. They always clip my cuticles which I tell them not to do every time and Ive ended up with several infections because of this. When you ask them why it cost so much for your nails, they all start speaking in Chinese and ignore you. They nickel and dime you here but actually referring to $10s and $20s. In truth its all about the $$$ and they do not take care of loyal customers. Good case in point today, they were giving out coupons for next year only if you spent $50 or more. Usually when I go here, I spend $90 -$120 between my nails and my toes. Today because I have two broken chose I chose not to get the pedicure and my total was only $47 99 so I didnt get a coupon. Really? Then they tell me I will get a Christmas present next month. Keep your present ! You will not see me again! Theres too much competition out there to go to a nail salon like this.

So my usual nail salon was closed so I went to this one because I had a party to go to when I went there it was very busy the guy doing my nails was rushing a lot and his hand were very shaky. When he finished and I left I noticed the my nails were crooked and the tips were slanted the application of the nail polish was perfect the nails were the only problem

I just came here because my normal salon was closed. I really wanted nail polish only but she called it a manicure. I sat down and the girl started to file back and forth i said no thanks you dont file correctly....one direction only people. Back n forth weakens the nails... So she stopped and started painting. Got done....dried and got to my car only to see my thumb nail messed up and smudged...ugh live and learn... I wont go back.

They are literally the BEST in CT! So welcoming, and always do a fantastic job on my nails and brows. Love them.

Decent place with ok prices. Please avoid the older gentleman last time he fixed a messed up nail of mine it was streaky.

Great place and awesome staff, with great prices and inventory of nail colors are amazing.

I went there 3 times in less than a week. I asked for ombré nails and the nail stylist had no idea what she was doing. My nails were chunky, uneven and completely ugly. When I returned for a second time my nails were fixed free of charge, and within 48 hours I had 2 broken nails for no reason. They refused to refund me and gave me the wrong color on my nails. They knew the color for the broken nail was too dark but they didn’t care. Never giving them my money again.

Have to be Honest.I have passed by this place 1000 times and havent even thought about stopping in..I had 1 person do my nails for years and I have no idea where she went..Just started doing them again after 6 years and wasnt happy qith the place I went too and this place was only place open on Easter..Well best thing that could have happened... She fixed my nails and I Love them..Clean...polite and not expensive...Well you just gained a customer...Thank you guys....

The girls are friendly and very knowledgeable. They personalize the service the make you feel like you are part of their family.

If I could give this salon no stars I would. The orarianal owner has sold and the new owner is nasty and overcharged my daughter who has been going there having the same thing done. It went up by $10.00 and they did not do a good job at all.Dont go there. Stay away.
