Came here for my regular haircut and was very happy. I’m new to the area, and while I’m a regular Supercuts customer, I’ll admit that the previous location I used was more for convenience than service. However, this location was great. Very friendly, clean, and they did a great job. Lauren was my stylist and I’ll be sure to return.

I just had my haircut what a great job . I have very fine gray hair . Brianna suggested ways for it to have some lift and body . My hair is so much easier to style and looks fuller . Im so happy with my hairI had no waiting and Brianna was very friendly and professional

I made a spur of the moment decision to get my hair highlighted. I booked the appointment online - which was easy! When I arrived, the stylist asked me about what I wanted to have done and then discussed my options with me. We ended up doing all over color instead, it was less money and I LOVE the results! She gave me a trim too and I couldnt be happier! :)

I have been going to the Portage Trail Supercuts in Cuyahoga Falls for over a year now and each time I go I have well pleased on the outcome of my cut/style/color. Most times I have stylist Haley. All areas of the salon are well sanitized and with the most recent COVID-19 regulations, this salon and all stylists are on top of making sure their booth areas, salon and restroom is immaculate!

Haley is always very professional, friendly and cuts my hair beautifully every time. She has been doing my hair for 4 years and I am always very pleased with the results.

Worst haircut EVER!!!! Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Go someplace else. I would not even return to have them fix it!! 2ppl contacted me back thru email.. I was asked how she could make this right.. I spent $39 in products and haircut. All I wanted back was the money for the haircut.. Once I asked for anything back completely ignored. Do Not Recommend

I was slightly annoyed at having to wear a mask, as Im sure a lot of people are.Service was great and fast and friendly. The product they suggested didnt work for me but Im sure it may for others.Im only giving 4/5 stars because they didnt really explain their pricing well, and I ended up paying $60 (including the product) instead of $16. However Im sure there was confusion on both parts.Clean store, and lots of smiles (:

There was no wait here. Haley cut my hair and did a nice job. Although my hair seemed a little bit shorter than I expected, at least it wasnt crooked. I dont know if I will return as a regular customer because it was a little bit pricey. They charge extra to blow dry which is crazy because who doesnt get a blow dry in the winter time? It should be included as it is most other places I have been. It was nearly 30 with a tip and I usually only pay 20 for a haircut, shampoo and blow dry. I only went here because of convenience, it was on the way home from where I was.

Checked in online with no problem. Came here so my son could get his hair cut, and all he wanted was a close cut and an “11” (his baseball number) in the back. I’ve taken him to great clips on Howe and they’ve had no problem with his special requests. Came here and asked for “11” in the back and they looked at us like we had three heads. “I don’t do numbers,” is what the stylist said. Nothing else. She was short with him, rude, and had zero customer service acumen. I came here because it was close to home, but I’ll go out of my way from now on to make sure I don’t ever deal with these cranky hags again.

Yall shouldnt make appointments for people if youre going to make them wait and then take walk in clients while the appointment sits and waits. I came in at 1:20 on a wednesday, you were busy and I needed to be somewhere at 2 so I asked for an appointment. You took my name and my phone number, I told you id be back at 3:15. Id also like to add that the girl didnt inspire a whole bunch of confidence and I considered going somewhere else when I had a break in the day. I should have. When I returned at 3:14 the same girl was finishing a hair cut. Cool. She finished cleaning her station and called the walk in sitting next to me. Now sure he could have had a 3:10 app, but dont you think it would have saved both our time to inform me that Id need to wait half an hour to be seen? You told the next guy to walk in hed be waiting, while you couldnt spare more than a dozen words to me. Hi Ill be right with you. No dont worry hes already signed in sure was and a lot of good that did me. Thanks for wasting my time.

Kwan is fantastic, does a perfect fade every time, very thorough but also quick. Absolutely wonderful stylist. Couldnt ask for more.

Horrible direction following. Asked for a TINY trim, i specified tiny very clearly as i repeatedly said just half an inch please, the lady proceeded to cut 2 inches off of my hair and i barely have anything left.

I took my son here and had an awful experience from the rude staff. The hairdresser (Kwan) was rude: moved my sons head forcefully without asking him to move it, told him she would cut his ear off if he moved, did not give him a sucker, and commented that his hair looks uneven and wanted to know who cut his hair last time (last haircut was also at this Supercuts location). We will not be going here again.

NO NO NO NO NO. I was unfortunate enough to get the new girl, who did everything in her power to make me completely uncomfortable during my entire haircut.....Why arent these clippers cutting? What do you mean fade? Oh let me tell you why Im failing school! I just wanted a trim for the top layers and to fade the neck into the rest and remedy my mullet situation. I got squared ends, cutouts for my ears and NO blending from the neckline up. Her manager tried to fix it, but the squared ends killed it for me. I didnt even get to see the back of my head....im scared. The kicker is that it was snowing outside and she didnt think that I wanted my hair blow-dried....because it was DRIPPING WET. Save your hair, go somewhere nice.

This place cut a full inch ring around my ears -itll be a month before my ears feel the love of my hair again, and Im stuck wearing a beanie for the foreseeable future. Contacted their customer service, they offered me another haircut, but wouldnt reimburse the $6 tip.
