First time returning to a salon after Covid closed my favorite place. We tried Tracy Nails on a recommendation. 2 full gel sets with gel manicure and both are a mess. Too thick, oddly shaped, lumpy and uneven. And this was after I asked for some adjustments.My daughter is already soaking hers off they look so bad.The place was dirty, nail dust everywhere. The uv dryers have nail polish caked all over them.This is definitely not the place for us.

Almost $40 for a gel manicure with very sloppy job. Nails uneven, gel over spilling on cuticles, gel left on finger tips that she tried to file off at the end. UV light went out numerous times and I had to remind her that it wasnt on. I know they were very busy all day and the technician was probably tired so I did feel bad leaving a bad tip but I barely ever spend the $ on getting my nails done and for almost $40 I expect them to be perfect.

ABSOLUTELY TRASH!!! CHARGED ME $70 FOR THIS. I ASKED FOR SQUARE NAILS AND THIS IS WHAT THEY DID.

Tracey does the best eyelash extensions in the area. She’s been doing mine for years now. It’s only $35 for a set, and she removes + fixes them (if I ever need her to) after my session for free. She’s a lovely, sweet lady. I highly recommend coming to her if you want beautiful, affordable lash extensions!

Gel manicure chipped in 5 days. The redo was horrible and I gotSnottty attitudefrom themanicurist. Never going back. And, I was a very generous tipper

This place is amazing 👏 the atmosphere here is great when getting ur nails, feet, and eyelashes done very professional.

It doesn’t matter if you schedule an appointment weeks in advance or call hours before - you’re going to wait 30 minutes, minimum. Even when they say“It will just be a few minutes”.And unfortunately the quality of service isn’t worth it.

Loved this nail salon my tech is very gentle,professional and you definitely get ur money worth,clean i mean clean and safe environment and I love that you have to follow their covid protocol, love my Tina. ❤

Went there last Friday had an appointment still had to wait and then was rushed through cause they were closing. Was talked into getting gel nails and now today my middle finger nail is lifted halfway smh... spent way too much for this to happen so soon or even at all.

Had a11am appointment waited until 11:40am. When 2 ladies walked in and said they had a 11am appointment. I was told that they had it yesterday. Seen that i made mine today I would have to wait. They sucks.

Came in as a walk in appointment asking for mani/pedi. Lady said no problem 10 minutes. 15 minutes later she told me she’s too busy and to come back later. Will never be back.

Awful pedicure. Dont go here if you want something nice and smooth. Uneven nail filing, now i have to go on vacation with ugly toe nails. go somewhere else

I have been going to this nail shop since February and have had a great experience every time. My sister and I got pedicures and are very pleased with them! Theyre the only one I trust with my full set & I absolutely love how natural looking they are even though they are acrylic. Its VERY clean and has a wide selection of nail polish colors. Def will recommend this place.

Terrible service. I did gel manicure and pedicure got charged $83 and the result looks like I did it myself at home. And when I told the lady to fix it she did nothing. The worst service of my life.

Eyebrow Wax.... I Highly recommend Thai, she is a true perfectionist!! My brows are thick and full..She really takes the time out to perfect them. Thai is the only one that can shape/sculpt.. I have tired- wax centers, other nail salons, expensive waxing they all wax uneven come out horribly.... Thai is they only one I trust to clean them up!Also, very rare to have a wait time, they all work very work.

I love the overall vibe I got once I walked into the salon. Everyone is so welcoming and loving. They practice all of their nail art and stay up-to-date with latest. Their high rating is well-deserved.

It was my first time coming to Traceys Nails Salon with my family and they did an amazing job. All my stresses were melted away! Ive been getting shellac manicures here since they opened and theyre always great! The staff is very friendly and does quality work. Their pedicures are great too. Plus its cheaper than the old place I went!

I love getting my nails done here. There very good at french manicures and pedicures, but I would not ask for any designs that is not there best thing they do.

Went here a week ago. Ever since I left here my feet and toes have been itchy!! ( first time going there) my gut told me not to do a pedi there. So upset. They have the tools to clean toe nails in a coffee mug. Who knows if they even disinfect them. Or anything else there. Learn from my experience. Dont go there. For a salon it should be so much cleaner.

I took my wife there here yesterday. This place appears clean but the service here is rushed and the tech that worked on my wife’s finger nails had not yet finished her nails before she was asking another person sitting next to her if they wanted to go next. The price isn’t posted and they charge to put color on the nail. Which feels insane to me because she was putting on a new set of nails. Feels like some simple colors should be included. They are extremely rude they stand right in front of you and speak whatever language is it that they speak don’t want to make any assumptions and look at you while they speak. They also don’t tell you the price of the services before you start they wait until you are done. This seems kinda of like a scam. My wife had a uv gel the tech that worked on her nail did not do any justice to her nail some of them are crooked and the gel isn’t set correctly. I do not recommend that you go here. Between the not telling the people the prices and the horrible nail work. Save your money go somewhere else. My wife’s uv gel was $60 I don’t know why but that is astronomical for the type of work that was done on her nails.

WORST experience ever. I had an eyelash appointment st 11:30 and when I got there Tracey rushed me in the back & then kept telling me to do my nails so I did because I want going to get them done anyways Friday at another salon. Tracey was doing them & kept insisting me to do gel so I told her yes & then changed my mind before she even got started. She painted my nails pink & told her to put one finger gold glitter she ended up putting gold and silver glitter & also realized she put TOO many nail polish coats. Told her I didn’t like it but she made me pay for gel nails which I told her I didn’t want. Very unprofessional & AWFUL service. Ladies don’t go there unless you want to get disappointed.

I got most expensive pedi they had which wasnt much 35$ I love the massage. The fact Im prego it was a need lol but pedi and massage were awful. Toes not fully painted, horrible massage and what she did to one foot she didnt do to the other . Swiped cuticle cutter around my toes

I loved the lashes Tracey did! After a few days of sleeping on my right side, I was no longer happy with the lashes on my right eye. I went back within a week of my original appointment and Tracey fixed my one eye for free!If youre looking for a salon that I guess you can call swankier, then you may not enjoy this salon. However, all staff and services were very professional.

This has been the only salon I have gone to since high school in this area to get my nails done very comfortable environment very friendly

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE The lady did my nails for a wedding on Saturday with gel polish and acrylic and by Monday she was fixing my chipped and broken nails.They were my real nails that I took time to grow and take care of only to be messed up. Bad experience lesson learned. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
