This place is horribleThe lady rushes to fix your nails to accommodate other clients. Then when you call her on it she wants to play dumb. I will never go to this place. Holly is about how many people she can squeeze in for appointments and not quality. Do not recommend go somewhere else. This is not the place.

Got a mani and pedi and they put way too much paint on my toes for the pedi. Hour later still not dry and smeared everywhere. For the price I don’t expect that. I spent $90 and I should have only got the mani because the pedi was garbage.

Very nice establishment. There was a wait in reviving help, but the massage chairs are helpful m. I’d recommend an appointment if you have somewhere to be afterwards.

I love this place! I discovered them out of a few nail shops in the local area on Yelp and Im happy that I made this decision. I got a fill with gel polish and my experience was absolutely great. The lady who did my nails make sure that I like the shape I like the lens and I like the color and she worked. She didnt make me feel rushed and she didnt make me feel like I had to be repetitive with asking for what I want. My only problem with this shop is that there were a few flies but that could have been because the door was open and it was a hot day that I went. The shop was clean other than that the nail tech open new tools and even open new polish for my nails. I will absolutely be visiting them again! Color 612

The prices are higher than what it shows on their website. You also pay extra when you want gel nails. What upset me is that I asked for regular polish but when I was done I was charged for gel nails, which was $45 instead of $30. Also felt like the lady was rushing through it. I wont be going back.

Online says that the mani pedi is 35 bucks with gel being extra. Perfectly fine. Ill pay 50 bucks for that and gel just on fingernails. They charged me 120 for my nails and my daughters (just manis with gel) and a pedi. Outrageous.

First time I’ve been here & I got my nails redone perfectly. The price is very reasonable & The environment was calm, quiet & the workers were very friendly. The lady who did my nails was Holly she fixed my nails with perfection I think I found my new nail salon after months of searching . 🌷

The nails they did were actually good and not crooked, BUT they WILL leave a huge space between your cuticles and the acrylics, so you’ll come back sooner to get a fill. I got gel acrylics and it cost $40 (!!) but normal acrylics will range from 20-30. The workers are friendly I guess, some more so than others, but please push back your cuticles before going here because they will not do it for you.

The service here is very hit and miss, sometimes it goes great until it comes time for paint and designs, once i show them my simple design i want i feel like they rush through it incredibly fast and sloppy, holly the owner is nice and her eyebrow waxes are great but they need to pay attention to detail a little more

Love Love Love this place. Thu, was the manicurist who did my nails.. took her time to make sure my nails were clean before she put down the nail color.. if you want perfection, kind, and a warm environment this is where to go to get your nails done. All the manicurists are so nice and fun.

Very friendly, Holly is very creative if you need a design or color twist. Hands down very talented.

They took my last minute appointment which was great...the guy who did my full acrylic set was rushing and so not only did he hurt me 3 times (once from the nail file and twice from the sanding machine) but also my nails are all kinds of uneven (i got the coffin style) i had to come home and file down my nails just so they kinda look normal and even then the polish got messed up...also the manager forced me to get gel on my acrylic she said no regular polish on acrylic...the pedicure was average the woman had a ring or something under her glove that kept scraping me during the massage portion so that was unpleasent but other than that an average pedicure....i will say the scrub and mask they used for the deluxe pedicure smelled AMAZING!!!!

I finally got the job done right and I appreciate so much.. they werent real friendly to me... but still good job. Ive just had so many bad experiences in the the past few years, so I tell them straight up what I want, its easy, so maybe they dont like people to speak up... lol

The facility was very clean and neat. The employees were friendly enough and gave my daughter and I pedicures together. I would have liked a longer massage for the Deluxe pedicure, but it was still nice and pleasant. I am definitely gonna go back.

Im quite surprised with the reviews so far. I have been coming here for 2 years since they became diamond nails. I have only gotten pedicures--no manicures. Im very sensitive on my feet. I have never had a bad experience here. They do a great job. The people are nice and very gentle on my feet. They use liners and gloves so I feel that the place is clean. This is the only place I will go to for pedicures.

Staff there worked really slow and were pretty rude. Only reason Im giving them 3 stars is bc they took us in and seated us within minutes of arriving. Still took 3 hrs to be out of there though.

I had my pedicure, gel manicure and eye brows. It turned out to be great - friendly service, quick appointments and professional outcome of beautiful nails. They are located in Raley’s parking. There are five employees who were willing to help customers when I was there.

Well I asked for a full set. They had me wait for 30 minutes even with empty chairs. Then while the owner was doing my nails she was constantly getting up and down to talk to other people and answer phone and eat her lunch so it took two and half hours just to do a set. The website said the prices but they said those were wrong so dont go by what the site says. She charged me $50 for a full set of gel and matte polish. Most other places are $30-40... Overpriced and the owner was so incredibly rude. She even argued with me about the shape I asked for! I mean I know what I like and want and am the one paying for it... But she told me that I didnt know what I was talking about and went ahead and my made my nails square which I did not want! Horrible experience. I know a lot of people have had a positive experience but I have been to many salons and this place was just about taking your money. Very disappointed.

They are the best nail shop in all of Fairfield! Ive tried every other shop, but no other shop compares. My gel manicures always look very nice and clean, and it lasts for a good 3 weeks!

Low Quality/High Cost!! Went there just before the Holidays to get my nails done. Terrible customer service. Sat for awhile before someone even asked what I needed done. But it was before Christmas and I didnt want to drive to find another salon. I ended up getting a full gel set and paying $10 more than what is listed on the price sheet. The nail tech acted like she couldnt understand me after I handed her the money and asked for change. All of a sudden she didnt speak English. 😒

Did my nails beautiful the first time with a couple minor flaws like a couple nails slighy uneven but barley noticeable! Came again 2 weeks later and I dont really like my design and some nails are longer than the other ones. Might try another place next time.

Would not recommend this place. Came here for a pedi and the lady rushed through it. She did a sloppy job with the polish and I had bubbles on my big toe. I wasn’t able to bring it up to her because she went to the back after finishing and never came back! Won’t come here again.

I have been coming here for 7 years. I have not always had a perfect experience, but they have always been minor complaints. The ladies have always done their best. I have seen many customers come in and try to get add ons for free. They will then complain about the ladies online and yell about the price being too high in the shop. All of the prices are clearly outlined and they do not over charge. The math always adds up. If you dont want to pay for extras, dont ask for them. These ladies need to make a living too. Most of us go there to relax.

They are friendly, very accommodating. They all do a really good job. Ive been going there for 2 years. Im always a walk-in customer & usually dont have to wait.

The gel manicure looks good. The ambiance the last 2 times: once was a lady with two children under the age of three crawling around yelling and being yelled at by their mother getting a manicure. This weekend I asked to look at the colors in the plastic sleeves and the woman snapped them out of my hand when I pulled them out. Ones on the ring are out and you can see but ones in plastic are hard to see ( dirty plastic and glare). I told her I was having trouble seeing them and she hands me ones on the ring. I ask if they the same colors and she says no...not helpful. Say no, they dont do designs, then asks me if I want a flower (in December). Final straw was a vagrant who came in asking each patron to buy candy bars to send his niece to basketball camp. I guess its back to Diva or Vacaville.

Awful. Dont go. She played with the pedicure tools and didnt do anything productive. I couldve done all of what she did in 5 minutes in the comfort of my hotel room. Save yourself the $25 and 15 minutes.

This place is horrible! They are low quality and expect you to pay ten times more. I went there a pedicure and the man basically forced me to get a full set because he was making me feel bad. I had just been doing yard work and I asked if i could wash my hands he said no need to. He never massaged, washed, did cuticles or anything! When he started doing the gel he completely forgot half my nail and i mentioned it to him and he oh my gosh under his breathe very snooty like! I told him i wanted to be done right then. But then he pulled my hands back in and played the card and gave me the worse unapologetic sorry i have ever heard. I just kept my mouth shut i was so livid. The lady next to me was mad at him too, she started speaking for me. The manager was in the back waxing eyebrows, but when she came out I talked to her and she started speaking to him in their language so i couldnt know what they were saying and then turns to me and she didnt even care about a thing i said. At the end they were all different lengths, i could see the dirt was between the nail and gel, two of them were very obviously crooked and they all were dented because he NEVER smoothed them down or filed the top of the gel. The best part is that he quoted me at $40! i cant believe he charged me $40 for a crooked, different lengths, untouched cuticles, and dented nails. I was beyond livid, because the price sheet clearly said $25, but then they started playing the language barrier game. I have never felt so disrespected!! DO NOT GO HERE!

Made an appointment for 3pm. Finished other stuff early, so we called to ask if we could come earlier. They said 2:30. We arrived and they sat us in empty chairs with no water, and didnt get back to us until after 3. Showed us a menu. Basic mani-pedi was $35. I chose that. My friend opted for a paraffin wax for an extra $5. I asked for no polish, just buffing. With my own buff bar. My friend brought her own polish for her toes, asked for buffing on her fingers.The shop is very loud. While we were there, there were quarrels with 2 patrons over the pricing. A clear warning.A man worked on my friend, apparently cut a cuticle on her toe too closely, and immediately got out styptic powder and started applying it. Without telling her what it was, or why. She asked what it was (because it hurt). He just kept saying, its good. Its good. Hangnail. She takes very good care of her feet, and didnt have any darn hangnails. He didnt remove all of the old polish. There were still thin ridges on the edges of her toenails, and the new polish was sloppily applied. The paraffin was near boiling. She had to take her (reddened) hands out and run them under cold water. He cut her fingernails shorter than she asked, and had trouble figuring out the buffing tool.My person, was a bit better, but brusque. She gave a very mediocre massage on both my arms and legs. My toes and fingers were clipped and filed properly, but she had me wait 15 minutes to finish buffing my fingernails while she started another customer. No one waited for her to start me.Afterwards, our total was $85. When we objected, we were told that buffing costs an extra $5 each because its more difficult. This is patently untrue, but at that point we were just anxious to leave. Never again. Horrible, sloppy, incompetent, rude, greedy people.To their credit, a woman came in asking for a gel manicure for her daughter, who was about 8. They rightly refused, saying the girl was too young for gels. The woman left in a huff. That was the only thing done properly while we were there.Dont go. There are dozens of shops in Fairfield, and of which would be better.
