My first time there and your first impression that you give is always what you normally give. I was treated very nice and my manicure was perfect. I will go back again and of course I would like the same nail technician to always do my nails.

So I had to go in early today. My normal Tech wasnt in yet. So someone else did my nails and I can say is horrendous. They are bulky, crooked, debris up under the nail and residue around my nail. Great thing, someone will return my phone call. The problem will be fixed tomorrow. So Im back. I was told to come get my nails fixed. Well, that didnt happen. Bad business. Please beware

Been going here for over 12 years, their attitude has gotten better but far as the lady that sit in the far corner when you come in, she has a nasty attitude that hasn’t changed since they been there. I try to avoid going to her but when you have no other techs open she unfortunately isn’t professional, she rush through it sometimes and I feel charge her Own prices or at least go 5-10 over just so she feel she didn’t waste her time if your service is something small. I never enjoyed her but everyone is nice and pleasant and does an awesome job. I wish they would relocate but it seem that’s been their platform for centuries.

Its okay but Id rather go to someone off the street or on Facebook

Never go here, they dont listen to what you want and give you what they want. I told her I didnt want any thin nails so dont file as much..... Aaaahhhhh shyt one nail on both hands broke the same day smh never again

They had one person doin pedicure. Waited over an hour and ended up leaving.

Pedicure was superb. But Nails were bumby..

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Staff is super rude and quality doesn’t match the price. I walked in two hours before closing (6 pm) and when I walked in the guy waved me off as soon as I stepped into the door. I said “excuse me” because I wasn’t sure what he was trying to communicate. He then proceeded to continue the motion. Finally, he said (very rudely) “we not take no more Appointment. “ Then I left. Awful customer service. If there was some higher authority in charge of this place I would report them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Very friendly. Kong did my manicure and Danny did my pedicure. Had no problem doing what I asked them. I will be going there again.

Had my nails filled in there yesterday. There is a new Asian girl who pretended to not understand that she had put bumps and lumps in my nails she refused to fix them and insisted on adding extra coats of Polish. Please do not waste your money please do not go to a place that will not look at or even consider your concerns. This is not a demand it was actually a problem that need to be fixed. So I will have to spend more money and go somewhere else to have them smooth it out.

Lee does my nails and hes been doing them for over 18 years. I started out at the 5 Points West shop and Ive been following him ever since. My nails are strong and healthy. Never have I had any problems with my nails. I suggest you visit with him upon your visit.

Kong did my nails on yesterday he did a great job and he was very friendly and nice. But on lastnight my nail broke. Came to get it repaired and Kong was off. So i was told that I could get ut fixed for free but had to wake until Tuesday when he come back to work. And if I wanted to get it fixed today I have to pay.The lady that works there that do the eyebrows has a very smart mouth and nasty attitude..... She shouldnt work with the public acting like that. Very unprofessional. Spoke with management Anna was told to wait and she would be here. I would still give Kong a 4 but her a 0.....The owner came and made it right she repaired my nail. Thanks Anna

Worst experience ever, they kept skipping over my name, they had very limited nail polish colors, the place was dirty, and they were soooooo slow. After they saw me leaving (2hrs.later) they wanted to try to do my nails, I told them Id never come back here nor send them any business ever.

Prices have went up too much.

If you looking for a place to get your mani and your pedi nail palace is the place. They do get crowdy sometimes but its worth the wait

The massage chairs do not work😥😥😥😥we need the massage......pedicures should come with the massage..

This shop is very Rude and one nail tech chinese guy think hes fly messed up my toes cut them to short and slant had the nerve to get mad about it and talk his mess in his language so whenever my tech isnt in i get passed over while he talks mess he is so dumb i use my translator app to know what is said and it works.

It was extremely cold in there asked the worker could he cut on heat . No was the response because it will get to hot. Wow. It was 20 degrees outside and 10 inside. Very rude and a sense of entitlement. Sad but true
