We are very grateful to have met James and Matt. Matt took the time to come out and make plans ahead of time, to tow our 1964 GMC converted school bus to the shop after it sat for 28 years. It was a tight fit and they executed their plan with ease. It was a very hard job and took precision and skill, very impressive. Matt drove the bus in reverse as James towed. I would recommend them for any tow job, hard or easy. They are professional and thorough and friendly as well. They also were generous enough to give us a great deal. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Matt and James are the A Team.

Had my truck towed 4 miles. The original quote was fair, but ended up being almost 40 dollars more once my truck arrived at the shop. How you missquote by that much using GPS and charging only 7 bucks a mile is beyond my comprehensive range. 3 stars is generous I feel, but the driver was on time and very professional. Personally, I wont be calling them ever again.

Triple A sent this company out to tow my car home. They arrived in a fraction of the estimated time given. The driver John was courteous and extremely efficient. I dont know if Triple A gives you a choice about who they send but I intend to request A+ and I would definitely recommend them. A fine example of great service!

They were dishonest and unable to provide details to me itemized for my records of there charges. Gave me a large bill and took advantage of my accident in order to maximize profit. No list of charges were provided for my records aside from vague numbers created to depict there charges. Lied Bout the amount paid by AAA, and proceeded to avoid my attempts at resolving the situation with accuracy on there charges to reflect the bill.

Yesterday morning as I was driving home from work, my car had a flat tire. I called A+ towing for assistance and very quickly they sent out someone to help me. The man that helped me was named Herman. He was very helpful and explained everything to me about what was going on with my tire. He also explained some things about my car that I didnt know. He determined my tire was able to hold enough air to get me to leschwab, but just in case he would follow me to leschwab. I got there before him and text him to say I made it, but he still pulled into leschwab to make sure. I definitely appreciated the quick serive and nice atmosphere.

A+ Towing (Jim and Janus) rescued my car that I accidentally steered into an ivy covered ditch while turning around on a dead-end street (15th & Fairmount in Eugene). Response time was outstanding, and Jim problem solved the best tactic for pulling my car from the ditch with the least amount of damage. Janus arrived to provide assistance and both were professional and courteous. I will definitely call for these two if I ever encounter a problem with my car in the future!

Herman really saved me when my 30year old Dodge camper van died on a gravel lot, stranding me and my dog. He tested the mechanics a couple different ways on the stop, suspected the alternator and took my rig to the local Dodge dealership. Once there they refused to service it because it was a 92, but Herman convinced them to take me in as my “home” was already sitting in their lot! So grateful!!

Lost the clutch in my Dodge SRT-4 on my way home from Eugene. I’ve never needed a tow before, so was safely off the road and began searching for a tow company on line. Seriously awesome place! Herman was my tow truck driver and he was quick, polite, efficient, AND followed the covid guidelines very professionally. I am very pleased with his help. He towed my car when my tires got slashed and I am a recovering alcoholic and he not only helped with my car but talked to me for a while and helped me calm down which is a very huge help to someone like me. I recently relapsed and if it wasn’t for him talking to me I definitely would’ve relapsed again because I was extremely agitated and craving a drink. Herman deserves a raise for sure! The serivce was really great! One of the most important aspects of customer serivce is the ability to meet people where they are at in a time of need. My car broke down on I-5 in between Harrisburg and Halsey. This was the first time my car had ever broken down so needless to say I really had no clue what to do. I was on the verge of a mental break down and Hermon from A+ Towing came quickly and gave me a temporary fix for my battery so that I could get back to Eugene without needing to be towed. He was kind and personable and made the experience a whole lot easier. I am very grateful for his quick service and for A+ as a whole. Keep up the good work!

I put myself in a precarious situation and ended up causing mechanical failure with my vehicle, I was able to get my truck out of the situation, but the damage was done and I couldn’t drive. When A+ showed up the driver wasn’t fully comfortable with how he needed to block the road and instead of putting himself or others at risk he called a support truck. When James arrived he not only helped guide the initial driver through the safest possible course of action, but made sure my vehicle was taken care of through the entire process. After the loading process we followed their driver in our second car and James was already waiting for us at my mechanic’s shop. Once again he helped and guided the driver into the right space and made sure every procedure was done safely and to the letter. Both James and the driver were pleasant to talk with, attentive, and understanding. My only wish would be that I had more money in my wallet to tip them. I highly recommend their service.
