We got our tractor and trailer towed to Eugene from on top of the Willamette pass. The driver Ethan was very nice, he even gave us a ride from Volvo to the TA. We will totally use this company in the future.

When the lady got there she took 30 min backing up into the drive way and it was clear as daylight. Even tho they charge $250 a hour (that’s $125 just for her to get to my truck) which would’ve been nice if I knew before or else I would’ve called somebody else. By the time she went up there she had to call her boss every 5 min and see what he thinks she should do. (Like if there was so many options cause she couldn’t pull it out from the front end). I just think y’all should hire people who are more efficient and more experienced or train them better. But the lady was super nice. Instead of charging me for 3 hours she charged me for 2. Which was still $500 for her to move me 10 feet.

Some dizzy chick hit my semi tractor flying down a city street, totalling both rigs. Crockett Interstate was there in a resonable amount of time with an experienced team that handled a slightly atrocious situation in a professonal manner.

While traveling to Cummins Coburg to have a new Coolant Shutoff Valve replaced I started to lose lots of coolant in my engine. Shut it down and called Coach-Net ERS. They contacted Crockett Interstate Towing Service. I could not be any happier with the way they handled my emergency. They brought out a Class 8 tow rig to tow my 30 foot cargo trailer to the Cummins Shop. The also brought out a Low Boy to put my coach on to take it to the Cummins Shop. Tim and Rod were very professional and handled the situation easily. If I ever were to break down again in this area I would want ONLY Crockett Interstate to handle my towing needs.
