Called for a tow on the hottest day ever. Jordan showed up exactly when he said he would. He loaded my car with extra care and once in the cab of his truck he offered a jug of ice water he had brought specifically because he knew Id been out in the heat for hours. When we broke down in our European Sven Haden Westfalen camper halfway between Portland and Eugene they made great time in getting to us, got the camper safely and carefully loaded, and hauled it to our mechanic. We were stuck on the side of a mountain in the snow for five hours waiting for our insurance to get someone to tow us but when these folks got the call they came right away and saved the day. They even brought a second truck that would fit all of us in it so we could safely get back down the mountain. There are no words for the gratefulness we feel towards them. Headed out on a camping trip and blew a fuel line. Brandon was extremely nice and professional, gear was all top notch. I can not thank Clay at Alpha Towing enough and would recommend this company to anyone. My car was stolen and dumped off an unfinished road in the woods. He came out and spent 45 minutes in the dark on an unpaved road to get my car on a flatbed after two other tow companies refused to do so. He was kind, funny and caring throughout. As the car had been completely stripped, and was missing tires, it was a very difficult job. He also provided me with contacts for looking for a replacement vehicle. If you have any tow needs, especially in difficult circumstances, call this company!

It was 90 degrees out and I was stuck on the side of the road in the worst traffic caused by a semi truck tipping over on I-5. My car over heated after sitting in traffic for an hour. I turn off my car to let it cool down. And then when I attempted to restart it, the car wouldnt turn on. I googled a towing company and the first few companies including the one near Goshen, which was the closest, were all busy and couldnt help me. I called this company, and the dispatch person was polite and said there was a driver in the area. Well it turns out that driver went the wrong direction, and so the person I spoke to decided to come drive out to help. I was so thankful to get my son and myself out of that boiling heat. Im really happy with my experience and I would recommend this business. Thank you again!
