The first time we needed a tow my husband said call Puddle Jumpers Ive heard good things about them. Now we have used Puddle Jumpers a few times and each time they were polite, took great care in loading and unloading our truck and they get the job done in a timely manner. As far as we are concerned they are the only tow company for us.

Was there for a insurance company to take pics of wrecked semi trailer and they were very nice about it let me walk around by myself great people they know how to treat people with respect .great little tow yard.

Great customer service and really reasonable prices. The driver was very punctual and respectful. My kids enjoyed watching him load our car onto his truck and he was really friendly to them by waving and acknowledging their attention. I’ve used them before and I will continue to use them when needed!

The driver who came to tow my truck was polite and competent. Efficient.The office gent and owner Michael were both phenomenal in their help in getting my car primed from engine leakage. They also went out of their way to give me a fair price on a messy job.My car was kept safely in their lot for 4 days. So I just had an issue with a vehicle I sold several months ago. Dealt with Puddle Jumper for the first time today. Great experience from start to end, was greeted by a very nice women on the phone who helped get my vehicle picked up, at a great price ($50-$100 cheaper then anybody else for the same job) and did a awesome job doing it. Later, I met Tony the driver to pick up my vehicle, he took the time to safely load my vehicle which isn’t something every company/driver these days can say, and was more then happy to do it, followed him all the way to the destination and he drove lawfully; and very safely, overall awesome guy. We had a car accident that required a lot of work. Vehicle had to be winched out, and the position was very difficult. Tony and Michael were amazing! Professional, helpful, and worked to find a reasonable solution that included solving for the lack of transportation as well as just getting the car out. Excellent service and helpfulness. Tony was INCREDIBLE! We needed a tow from pretty far out of an urban area, about 50 miles. Tony was early, super fast at putting the car on the truck and was always looking out for safety. He got our car to the shop we use and he was able to drop the car in a tight, crowded parking lot with NO problems whatsoever. He’s very polite, easy to be around, and a pleasure to work with!

I owe a HUGE debt of gratitude to the folks at Puddle Jumper. I experienced my first ever tire blowout on the freeway coming home from work. They were so nice and quick to respond in spite of the fact that they were very busy. Everyone was respectful, kind, and very professional. Had an accident and a bystander had connections with puddle jumper so they were called. I went to their yard in Goshen to gather my things after only about 14 or 15 hours. The vehicle had been gone through already. They did have the one thing I really wanted in their office but anything else in the vehicle was forfeit. I was not allowed to gain access to the vehicle. I was in the process of giving one of them my insurance information for their billing process and another guy came over and decided to get involved and he terminated the conversation and went in the office. The oinly thing I got from my vehicle was the one Item I asked for and no other opprotunities. As an afterthought, my prescription glasses were damaged by the airbags but probably repairable. they were forfeit also.The response I got from the owner talks about the incoming call. The first contact I had personally with puddle jumper was the following morning when I went to Goshen to retrieve my posessions. I was never offered access to my vehicle. My vehicle had been gone through by 10 am the following morning. There are still things I should like to retrieve ( a title to a vehicle that was being dealt with was ln the front seat and never mentioned ) there were electronics and I am sure other things that I will remember as time goes on. Even a box with my stuff in it that I could look through would have been acceptable. Very questionable ethics here.

Perfect experience! Called my insurance and they sent out someone from Puddle Jumper. Tony was excellent in every regard; knowledgable and great at his job. Being able to ride in the cab with him saved my girlfriend and I a $40 Uber ride. The ride went very quickly as Tony was very friendly and very kind. My only regret is that I wasnt carrying cash at the time to tip him.

I had a problem with my car. The gear shift wouldn’t go into neutral. When they came to tow my vehicle, it was determined I had all wheel drive. They didn’t have the right equipment to make the tow. So I’ve been down to their location twice. I’ve called multiple times in the last two weeks trying to get my vehicle out of there. Every time I’m told their owner has to deal with it. Cuz I haven’t changed the registrations on the vehicle and that he will give me a call back later that evening for each call. Not one call has come in from them my sister has also tried to contact them to get my car moved an home so I can start working on it and they won’t even respond to anyone. Have a tow truck ready to get it out of there and they are dragging their feet. I will not be paying for storage when I’ve been trying to get it for two weeks literally two days after my wreck I’ve been in contact with them to get it and nothing everytime

Wade was the man! Went the extra 2 miles to help get my Jeep out of the 3rd floor of a parking garage. Thought it was the battery, tested that, wasn’t the case. CJ was awesome. Literally the nicest person I have met in Oregon so far. I was stranded on my way to shoot a wedding in Reno and at 10 o clock at night instead of watching his beloved dodgers get their 99th win of the season he came out to help me. Puddle jumper towing has always gone the extra mile to take care of me! Fast and friendly drivers, always take great care of my vehicles, and most recently one evening I locked my keys in my truck...Mickey came out personally to help get me back into my vehicle! Newer fords disable the power locks but Mickey was able to use his tools to actually push the button on my key fob to unlock my truck!!! Absolutely amazing work!!! Will always recommend making puddle jumper your first choice!!!

I would give it a full 5 stars if the dispatch lady I or finally talked to wasnt so short and rude. But the u were still able to get me out of my situation quickly! And the guy they contract out to was super awesome! He was very personable and helped me turn my night around! Unlike the other towing company SPD called out for me, who pulled up behind me (?🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️) and had what appeared to be possibly his girlfriend with him. We are not car people and we had no idea what happened to the car. We just knew we were 2.5 hours from Portland in the middle of nowhere without transportation. Panicked, we got a hold of a company - Puddle Jumper Towing and my god were we lucky! It took no time for Roger to get us (less than an hour in the middle of nowhere) and then on top of that, he coordinated getting us 90 miles to Salem! He then had Marc take us the rest of the way. They were both professional and the wife and I had great conversations on the ride. We couldn’t be happier in a frustrating time - can’t go wrong.

Only been towed a few times in my life... Once by Ron Best Towing. But when I laid my 97 Crew Cab diesel on its side with my Competition Ski boat hooked up, I called these guys! The truck was totaled but the boat was salvageable thanks to the Winch Tuck and the 2 flat beds there to pluck the Boat and trailer off the steep bank and place it on flat ground and haul it into their secure lot in Goshen.

Roger is pretty nice and talkative, he helps me to tow my car from Creswell to Corvallis, it was nice trip and service. But the lady who answered the phone seems not happy to answer my questions. I know it was around 8:00 pm, but the company opens 24/7!
