Ive had to use them several times for towing and jump starts. Im terrible at giving directions and knowing where I am, but they always find me and get me home safely. So nice and also AFFORDABLE. Thank you so much!

We had the best experience. You never want your car to break down but if it does Equinox is the place to call. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us a fair price. I am all for supporting locally owned businesses! If we ever have another problem like this week will be calling Equinox as well as referring everyone to them! Thank you so much!

The Good:- Very friendly man, explained to us the process of towing.- On time.The Cons:We were charged 125 to go less than a mile from where we broke down. We were not given a cost estimation ahead of time. Other areas charge a lot less, but the time would have been greater, which is understandable.

I would highly recommend these guys! They have great service, theyre very nice actually and very prompt. I would recommend them to friends and family and I think anyone will be happy.

I am a member of the American Motorcycle Association (AMA). Similar to the American Auto Association (AAA) they have a towing program for members. (35 miles) The bike was sluggish when I went into Jerrys Home Improvement, and when I came out it was FLAT. I rolled the bike into the lumber yard & put some air into the tire. in 5 minutes it was FLAT again. I got out my AMA card and called their representative. I gave them the EXACT location of the bike, and a description of the trouble. AMA proceeded to contact several towing agencies, and Shop Around for the best deal.After An Hour they finally called me back and said a tow truck was on the way. I asked them who the truck was and their number.I called Equinox towing, and the dispatcher said he had Just Received the Call from AMA and would be right over. He was there in 10 minutes. We loaded the bike onto the truck, and I was home with the bike in the garage in 30 more minutes. Equinox did the work quickly and professionally. AMA left me waiting while they shopped around... (At least I was inside at Jerrys,and not alongside I-5 in the rain.)Thanks to Equinox Towing, and Ya Better Head for Jerrys.

Came 20 minutes quicker than they quoted me. Guy who came was very professional and nice. Got my car jump started right away and I was back on the road.

Its sat. June 22nd at 9:29pm and whoever was driving your guys tow truck tonight flew through the winco parking lot and jumped one of our curbs. He could if endangered multiple lives as we had little kids running toward the area. Multiple ppl yelled at the driver to slow down and he preceded to badmouth us. Action should be taken against this driver immediately for this is not acceptable. You certainly cant run your own towing business if your acting up and driving horribly.
