My all-electric Nissan Leaf needed a tow and despite it not having the needed tow eye bolt and the fact that electric cars have some differences about their Neutral gear from gas cars, Ryan persevered in getting it up on the flatbed and towing it where it needed to go. I have a Nissan 370Z that sits extremely low, with custom wheels, exhaust and front lip of which were at risk of being damaged during loading and unloading. The tow driver went out of his way to make sure nothing got scratched or damaged during the tow. Im very appreciative, and would highly recommend them.

Very satisfied with their performance and speedy timing I was actually called 5 minutes after hanging up with my insurance company. The driver was very cool and let me grab a quick bite to eat (him as well) about 20 minutes, before meeting me at my vehicle, he was waiting as I arrived. Honestly I had no expectations but the call went out to Emerald Valley Towing and Ryan responded right away and was close by ...I had a flat tire ...I was in the parking garage he is a problem solver and so on it! Tyler came to pick up my car. I myself was not at the location of my car and didn’t have a way to get there. Tyler called me and gladly took it to my destination when I asked him, to take it without me being there. I had Emerald Valley Towing pick up my car from a shop. When talking to alarm on the phone they asked several conditions pertaining to if its drivable does all four tires need to be lifted. I said it was drivable and I explained what was wrong with it when the driver picked it up brought a teener they had all four tires off the ground. The exercise more caution I presume that was needed but I can appreciate their effort. They were professional, courteous and Timely. Also one of the less expensive tows around

Jake was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were stranded along side the highway with 2 dogs in 113° weather. He took very good care of us in a very stressful situation! Had a rock stuck in my front brakes,(didn’t know it was a rock at the time) awful screeching and grinding sound. Thought I would have to be towed, the driver showed up before the estimated time, removed rock, and on my way!Polite, helpful, fast service- 5 stars all the way! Highly recommend

Never had to call a tow truck before so I was a little nervous. They were super helpful and Jake was very nice. I hope I never need a tow again, but will call them if it happens.

They are supposed to patrol the parking lot of my apartment complex but they do a poor job. If I call them, they tell me I need to call my property manager. They wont respond until the next day and it is permit parking only. Why cant they tow unauthorized vehicles without permit? It says enforced 24 hours per day on the sign of my apartment complex. Ridiculous there is sometimes nowhere to park when I come home from work. Some tenants have more vehicles than they are allowed and some visitors take up spots too.

Super friendly guy, nice truck and equipment. Theyre going straight thru my insurance (State Farm) so I didnt have to worry about payment at pickup.

The most predatory company I’ve ever had to deal with. I got back from at 14 hour drive, parked my rental car in the back of my apartment complex to unload it and in the middle of ACTIVELY UNLOADING my rental, I come out to get the last of the things and my car is gone!!!!!! Not even 20 minutes. 3 times now. Tell me if this sounds predatory to you! Never work with this company unless you want to lose all business!

This company is very unprofessional and rude! I was walking out to my car, parked IN MY APARTMENTS PARKING LOT, and they had plastered a giant sticker on my drivers side window. I tried getting this off, but ultimately had to leave for work, as I am a teacher. Because I couldnt get the sticker off, I was almost hit when pulling into oncoming traffic-this sticker takes up my view out of the drivers side window. I called them and a lady answered the phone. I told her that this is not okay, there was no other warning, and suddenly a giant sticker on my window that I will inevitably have to find a cleaner to remove. I mentioned that the placement was unsafe. She was being very apathetic and said I needed to speak to my property manager (even though she did admit to their company placing it on my window). I told her that if it happens again, there will be legal action taken. After all, a flyer wouldve done the trick, especially the first time being told about a supposedly expired parking permit!!! She said well thats what happens when you do things youre not supposed to. Oh......like parking in my own parking lot, having a permit (with no other notice that it was expired), and being upset that its not stuck on MY cars window and couldve caused an accident? Sure, lady.

Originally call for a tow home, my vehicle would not turn over even after attempting several times to jump it off. The work was very professional told me he could try his jump start and if it worked I was probably having a battery problem. It worked and in the end they save me money and time in trying to figure out what the problem was.

I got my car towed because I didnt have a permit, thats fine, I have my reasons but overall I didnt have my permit so thats ok. What wasnt ok though, was when I went to the office, no one was wearing masks. The receptionist wasnt wearing a mask when I arrived, but put one on when I entered the office and there were two tow truck drivers in the office at different times but they were walking around me and standing in the office talking to the receptionist, without masks on. I just payed 300 dollars to get exposed. I dont go out, I quarantine, and theres a reason for it. No one knows my story so its ignorant to assume that you can endanger my life and the people Im around because of your own illogical personal beliefs. On the website it says they request all drivers and customers to wear masks, guess what emerald valley towing, no one was wearing one. And for anyone claiming health reasons thats complete bs because the man I work for has a tracheostomy, which means he needs a machine to breath because he cannot breath on his own, and he still wears a mask. If any of your employees actually have respiratory problems they would wear a mask because covid attacks your respiratory system. Im not sure if your employees are aware of how covid works but it is airborne transmitted, among other ways. So it doesnt matter if your receptionist puts on a mask when I enter the office, because her germs were in the air already from her talking without it on. Im not ok with ignorant people endangering my life without consent.

These guys were great! My car broke down in downtown Eugene. I cancelled an appointment thinking it was going to take forever for a tow truck but James was there in about 30 minutes, maybe less. Their driver told my apartment complex they couldnt see a sticker in my window and towed me. There was a sticker there the entire time it was visible when I picked the vehicle up. The apartment management reviewed the issue and agreed the sticker was present and this shouldnt have happened.After attempting to respond to their response below I stick by what I said. Their request to reach back out was followed up with an email from me that went ignored. Seems like a bad faith response on their part to my review. Now I would add to the review, if you have a problem they may ignore you and not deal with it. So take your chances with them if you like or use someone who can actually be responsive. So my opinion of the company is they are dishonest and unresponsive.

This company is incredible! I got a flat tire on the freeway scared the living daylights out of me. This tow company did a awesome job helping me find a tire for my car and getting it mounted onto my rim the lady answering the phone Amber was like talking to my mom she was great in helping me calm down. Tow truck driver also was very sweet and generous I think him a million for everything he did.

I would NEVER recommend this company. I felt they had extremely poor customer service. My daughters car was towed from a parking lot that she has parked in off and on for weeks while she was visiting a friend. She admits that she should not have parked there and was willing to pay the fee. She called the company and was told that shed have to bring cash in order to pick up her car. What college student has that much cash around? I ended up calling them because she was too broken up to do so again. Their customer service was horrible. Jim lectured me on how I can get money to my daughter. Getting money to her wasnt the problem; she had the money. She needed cash and couldnt get to a bank to get it. They charged her $340 and would charge her an additional $60 each day she left it there. I told him that they seem to prey on college students. He disagreed and compared it to getting a speeding ticket. I agreed that she should be fined, she broke the law, but I told him that the speeding ticket wouldnt require cash nor would the amount increase each day. He offered to have the manager contact me to see if theyd allow a card over the phone. I said that would be great and that Id expect to hear from her soon. He told me I was not being very considerate since he was being nice and calling the manager for me. He told me that I was mildly abusive to him. The manager did call back within a half hour and was calm in the beginning and explained that it is a state law to require cash and the reasoning behind it. It made sense, but I pointed out that my daughter did not have a way to get to the car nor did she have a way to get cash since it was the weekend and the banks were closed; she couldnt withdraw that amount from an ATM. As a result, there was a possibility shed have to leave it there another two days. The manager said that my daughter would have to figure it out. She also pointed out that I was not very kind. I understand the state law. However, I feel a little empathy and consideration toward college students would go a long way. Good customer service would have offered a ride for her, or would have waived a fee, or would not have been rude to the customer. We were not asking for the fee to be dropped. This is a life lesson for my daughter. There will be many more of these. However, I hope that Emerald Towing learns a little compassion and empathy toward people. Kindness goes a long way.

Terrible company. Parked at my parking spot like normal for weeks and one night my car was gone. These guys ended up towing up my car and $500 in cash later I got it back. I wanted to get it back that night, but they wouldnt allow it. I had to come back the next day and guess what they charged me extra for keeping it over night. They would not explain what happened and what the fees were for. They just said to talk to the driver who towed it, but there was no way to contact them. These guys are crooks and are looking to tow peoples cars and just hunt them down. The owner is a convicted felon, look it up, and everything about them is shady. Very unprofessional.

I had to call to use their services because I have to transfer a truck to other location because where I had it was vandalized. I waited a reasonable time, Steve was the driver, very professional and quick service. I highly recommend their services!

When your employee James is predatory in his towing, rude, and during covid he has no mask on and is asked to back up and refuses stating I dont have to. Oregon health authority is my next call, there is no reason to EVER treat people the way he treated those people today.

Amber was very helpful.I had gotten my car towed because my parking pass wasnt displayed. After a discussion on the phone with Amber I schedule an appointment and went out to Emerald Valley towing establishment. There I met with Amber and explain to her where the parking pass usually is displayed . She then walked me out to my car I open my car looked around and had found my parking pass had fallen down. Amber let me have my car back at no charge. I was at fault by not having my pass properly displayed Im very thankful for her understanding and her kindness .

Late this afternoon I needed a jump start so I called Emerald Valley and within 15 minutes James, the owner, was at my house and my car was back up and running. The battery was at least 5 years old and had corrosion, so I figured a new one was in order. James kindly offered to install it if I brought one by his place of business. I drove to Knechts auto parts, bought a new battery, swung by Emerald Valley Towing on West 12th, and within 5 minutes, James had the new battery in and I was on my way. James was great to deal with and very customer oriented. Also the cost was extremely reasonable. I cant recommend them highly enough!

I live at a property with permit only parking managed by Emerald. I came home from work last night to find a car that didnt belong to my lefthand neighbor and didnt have a permit in their space and partially in mine. I was barely able to squeeze my car into my spot so it wouldnt block anyone else but I wasnt able to open any of my doors to get out of my car. The car on my right side did belong to a tenant and always parked a little in my spot because theirs is so small, which I understand and always try to leave room for them. Unfortunately, this meant I couldnt open the doors on my passenger side either. I called emerald and told them the problem around 9:30. They said theyd send someone over right away. I waited an hour and they never showed up. Im lucky that Im young and scrawny enough to crawl out of my windows, so thats what I did. Im also lucky that my car has automatic windows that can roll up even when the car isnt on so I wouldnt be leaving my car with the window fully open out in downtown. I then called Emerald again so Id be able to get back in my car today so I could go to work. The dispatcher was very polite but said they had no record of my call from an hour ago and that I mustve spoken with another dispatcher. I described my problem again and he said hed send someone right over and then I waited another 30 minutes before calling it quits. They still hadnt showed and I was struggling to stay awake. When I left for work that afternoon, the car was still there so I had to crawl in through my passenger side door (the car to my right was thankfully gone).Ive got no control over who manages our parking, but if there was any way for me to use another towing company the next time something like this happens (because its downtown, so it will happen again) I would. Theres a chance they might actually show up.The most I can do is talk to my landlord about this-- after posting this review of course.

This is a greedy company. They stole my car from my parking spot in an empty apartment parking lot, during a statewide shut down and held it ransom. Way to kick us while we’re down emerald towing. They’re clearly not trying to do a service they’re trying to take money from people.

Would recommend this tow company. I have had my vehicle towed many times because I keep buying cheap cars that wont stay running. I have used a few tow companies in Eugene because of that. Never been in a tow truck that was so clean. Jackson was awesome very nice guy and didnt fit the model of a tow truck guy like Ive dealt with in the past . I called them out to do a jumpstart. My car would not start I only live five blocks away from Gateway Mall and instead of charging me for a tow only charge me for the jumpstart and towed me home my appreciation to Emerald Valley. Can I give this place -5 stars? This place is awful. The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and short. They have no empathy and treat people who are already in a stressful state like dirt. Who has $300 just sitting around?! What kind of people hold your car at ransom and then charge you more every day if you cant get the money together. This business owner and employees should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people like this.

The service driver Jackson was a great help. He parked behind my vehicle to veer traffic away from my car while we were getting it started. I just restored a 1964 Thunderbird convertible and took it on the road for the first time. Unfortunately my gas gauge didnt work and I ran out of gas. Lol.. He gave me 3 gallons of gas And to make sure I would get to the gas station safely he followed. after getting gas and noticing it was running well he even followed me to my driveway to make sure I got back safely.
