He was fantastic and easy to work with! I picked him initially because he was slightly cheaper than my other quotes. I made an appointment with him and he showed up on time. He towed a vehicle for me across town and was even able to maneuver it into a very tight spot for me upon arrival and got it exactly where I needed it. Would highly recommend and would happily use him in the future.

Mark came quickly, was willing to just change my tire (instead of wanting to tow my car as three other companies wanted to do), he explained what he was doing and then put the flat tire back onto the tire holder (could have just thrown it into the back of my car). I really appreciated his service and I highly recommend him.

Great experience! Was stuck way out in the middle of no where but Mark knew right where it was! He solved every little issue we threw at him like not having cell service to call us if needed, not much space behind the vehicle to fit his truck in, no key to put the vehicle in neutral, etc. Exceptional attitude the entire time and showed up under his estimated time even while having to respond to a more serious situation right before us! This was my first tow but he showed up quick and got my car on the truck even faster even though it wouldnt shift gears, fair prices compared to other tow companies in the area (and the prices Ive heard from other people) 10/10 will call again if I need a tow.

Got stuck with car problems around Eugene on Sunday night. I found Marks Towing and they were able to pick up the car and drop it off at a repair shop nearby. He was very helpful and professional. He noticed that even with the ignition off, the alternator still was still shorting, and manually disconnected the battery. This saved a relatively minor alternator replacement from potentially causing a much larger issue.

These guys have helped us out a couple of times and we didnt know how good they were until we hired another company (by accident). The other company tried to gouge us by charging significantly higher overall rates ($30), adding extra if we paid by card and offering a cash discount. What really happened there was the driver pocketed our money and cheated his employer. That NEVER happens with Marks. These guys are the best and I have them in my contacts now in case I ever need them. Professional. Courteous. Fast. No games, no hidden charges. Couldnt ask for more. Definitely recommend!

I was stranded 45 miles from home late at night with a dying cellphone. Luckily, I got a hold of Mark before my phone completely died on me. He charged me a reasonable price to have me towed from Eugene to Albany and sent a driver within a reasonable amount of time. Overall, the service was excellent, and my driver, David, was professional and courteous the entire drive up to Albany. I most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs towing and roadside service!

We called mutable towing companies is the Eugene/Springfield area. Prices ranges vary from $125 if not more. We called Marks Towing he himself personally answered the phone and gave us a reasonable quote for towing; which in my eyes says a lot about a company. He gave an estimated wait time of a half hour we was there in less time that he quoted. He was very personable and down to earth; made the situation not as bad as it seemed. We arrived at my residence in a timely manner. Just overall very very pleased with my experience and I will be referring him to as many people as possible for his outstanding job. Mark just picked up my old BMW Roadster to take it over to Autohaus BMW. Super nice guy, really knew what he was doing, got here right on time. He hooked up the old Roadster on a flatbed really super secure comma I really appreciated that. Overall couldnt recommend them higher unless there was a 6th star.
