I booked with Tom yesterday for an ombre nail set and my nails look AMAZING! This honestly would be a 5 star review because I feel that’s what I received but I gave it 4 due to the “cash only” policy. I didn’t know they didn’t accept card/check prior to getting there, and it’s nowhere listed on the website or in the confirmation text. My only tip would be to include it so customers can be prepared at time of visit. I definitely still recommend this place!!

Tom is my favorite nail tech here. He is amazing and can recreate almost any set. My nails last a long time, does not lift and he uses high quality powders. The only con is I think he’s a little over priced. I’ve paid between 95 - 110 for full sets depending on what I get, but he has never disappoint me. Having a price list would be a little more professional. That way customers can choose how much they want to pay and random numbers aren’t thrown at them. I suggest discussing how much you’re willing to spend before he starts.

My nails were beautiful, but the nails started to lift within 2 days after having them done. I left for vacation the day after getting them done, so I couldnt go back to have them fixed. By the time I came back from vacation (less than 2 weeks after having them done) all of them except for the thumbs had lifted. I had to buy glue and constantly glue down the nails where they were lifting in order to not lose a nail while I was away smh. Very disappointing after the price I paid for the nails.

If I could give no stars I would Nail tech she did a horrible job with my set ..it’s been a week and I’ve already had two nails break …not to mention she told me one price and then went up on that price at the end of my service !! Which she was out of her rabbit mind to even try to charge me what she charged me because the nails are hideous but I paid her !! I will not be going back I see that everyone goes to the young man Tom who does amazing work really wish I would of went to him instead

Never coming here again!!! This was my first time coming here. All I wanted was a manicure. As the lady was trimming my cuticles she cut my thumb! I’m bleeding and bleeding. This place still made me pay $15 for the manicure!!! They didn’t even have a bandaid!!!

I waited for almost a hour for a fill . Got my fill & went to pay they charged me 65$ for a fill . I stated thats alot for a fill I should have just got a whole new set . The man who took my payment told me it was because of the shape which I came in with a square set & left with the same square shape set. I will NEVER go back & would not recommend at all !!!

Kate was my nail tech. What a wonderful and professional job she did. Not only is she talented but shes very creative. She was prompt and quick and friendly. I love coming to this place. Its always neat and clean and smells lovely. They obviously used top product and Ive never had a breakout or an incident in the times that Ive been there. I recommend this place I give it a five.

Horrible service! I made an appointment and the nail tech, Tom, was late by about 30 minutes, TWICE. First time, on a Saturday, he said he is never on time on the weekend. Okay, cool. Ill make weekday appointments only. On a Wednesday, he is 30 minutes again. When questioned, he said, I told you, I am never on time. So, I said, I can set my appointment at 4 and show up at 430 and be on time, right? He says, No, I can be late but you can not. Noticing my frustration, he said What are you going to do? Do you have time to do the appointment or not? You can go, I dont care. I said, Just take the nails off. He said, If you are just going to take the nails off, someone else can do that. Very rude and inconsiderate of others time. IN ADDITION, I HAD 5 FUNGUS ON MY NAILS! Never again!

I paid $60 for a ombre full set never in my life have I . They couldnt tell me what they charged me for. I didnt have anything special I will not be going back

I got a set and the mail tech rushed so much that some nails are thick some are thin.. the lady didn’t sand underneath to even things out! A couple of my nails had bubbles in them! I will not return!

Got my nails done by Tom and he made one nail shorter says it was Because my real nail was shortI ask him to fix it he raisedMy price to 100$ becauseI correct his mistake note I was getting a full set and he messed up ! Then said I raise price to 100$ I ask for square nail I got Coffin on all hands except my finger he messed up

Today was my first time coming in to get my nails done. I was looking for a new salon because I was disappointed with the last. Tom did my nails and did a wonderful job! He took his time which was the best! Normally, techs are in such a rush that they burn me while drilling. Tom was gentle and did exactly what I asked. I will be back every 2 weeks from now on!

Went in for one nail repair for gel, he argued it wasnt gel put acrylic on it but was talking to his employees and dug deep into my nail bed which will never allow my nail to grow right again... do not go to this place..

Went here for my first time yesterday cause one of my friends recommended it and I have never had my nails done better. This is kind far away from my house but I will definitely be making the drive again. My nail tech took her time and didn’t rush through and actually did stuff to my nails I’ve never seen anyone else do. I get fake nails with gel dip in the almond shape. My nails feel good, look good, and she mastered the shape.

I have been going to this nail salon for over a decade and tried going to other salons but I always return to Nail World. They have so many colored acrylics and all the new things that can be applied on nails. They definitely stay on top of what’s in. Tu is awesome and can do anything you show him. All the ladies and Tu and Tom are great at what they do. Their work speaks for itself. The boss lady is great and always calls me by my name. Makes me feel like family. Special nails aren’t 35 bucks and I think it’s rude when people get an attitude over price. Materials and time come at a price. Colored acrylic is expensive but so worth it. My most expensive set was 110 which included 4 ombré nails, 3 marble nails, 2 nails with flowers and one nail with diamonds, small silver beads and also long nails. I always love my nails. If I crack or break one it’s free to get them fixed. This is the best place in Pensacola to go. Best to make an appointment. If you have a budget always ask what it will cost before the work is done.

Superb pedicure!

I had to write this review ASAP this was the WORST pedi I’ve ever received. I came here because they do toe caps they gave me a brand new girl she was really frazzled & didn’t know what to do she missed things I was suppose to get, my polish looks horrible. I will not be recommending this nail salon the pedi was $45 but it was not worth it at all.

I wish I could give this place zero stars... Go to Starlight Nails nearby, they saved my day!!!! Originally, I called “Nail World” close by the night before and made an appointment to get my nails done at 9am the next morning. I told them I needed my nails done because I was getting married later on in the day. I get to Nail World on time and waited until 9:15 because I understand people can be late... but no one ever came!!! I was a little upset because I told them I really needed to get my nails done. Luckily, Starlight Nails was next door to save my day. I told them what was going on and the owners there were so nice and were able to give me a mani and pedi at the same time!!!! They even serve alcohol beverages while you relax and get your nails done. If you want to get your nails done in comfort and style, COME THERE!!!! They did my nails beautifully and were very nice. Thank you starlight nails!!!

Kate is a wonderful person and she does a great job. I have been going there for about three years now. Great personality and funny. I get powder on mine but if you want acrylic with a fantastic design Tom of your man.

Great place. I love how they use lemons and limes in their pedicures. Just make sure you stick with the artist that you like.

This place is amazing. I got an acrylic set done and also went back a few weeks later for a fill. Both times were amazing. This is the first time that Ive had the fill be just as good or better than the original set being done. Most places make your nails thick a cheap looking but not here. Very pleased With my experiences. And love that they use all acrylic colors. No paint needed.

Always been my favorite place to go and would always recommend this place to all my friend... but my moms toes got infected from getting a pedicure done, I thought ok. Maybe just a coincidence. Well my nail got infected a couple months ago. I thought ok. Well maybe that is the case. But I’m also a nurse. So I don’t know if I touched something or not. However I just recently got my nails done again and yet again another infection in my nail. I will not go back again.

This was my first time going to this salon... And my experience was definitely a 5!! My feet havent seen a pedicure in about eight months. Need I say more lol did a great job and the atmosphere there was also great not like the other nail salons that talk together and you dont know whats being said.. Had great Conversation and enough down time that I could surf the Internet too... Ill be BACK!!

85.00 for nails and because I like them a particular way thats fine ....when I first came there they made an effort to do great.. the man that owns it does perfect but he dont do them. Hate to find another place but 85.00 is alot to not like them

I came to Nail World with a few of my friends for the first time today and it was absolutely awful!! Im gonna try to make this quick but the nail techs jump from person to person not knowing where the other one left off. I had to get my nails RE-DONE TWO times because the first man messed them up and put to much polish to where the wouldnt dry. The owner then came and tried to fix them but told me i was going to have to pay 5 dollars because THEY messed my nails up. Long story short it is the worst service i have ever received at a nail shop. I 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND NAIL WORLD.

Went in with a friend for two pedicures today. Waited 45min for them to start. They started my friends 20min before mine.....got done at separate times and my friend had to wait on me forever. Didnt offer us any water or drinks. The lady kept hurting my toes with every nail tool, was uncomfortable and not relaxing.They had 7 people waiting for services. They seemed very scattered and unorganized. Place was clean but the service was the worst Ive had in over 15 years going to salons. This place is only good if you have 4 hours to waste for one pedicure and do not bring more than 1 person.Will not recommend to anyone and will never return.

Best nails in Town!

Way over priced for the service. Got a dip overlay nothing fancy, one color. Next day the top coat was already peeling. I think the guy who did my nails was new? I had 3 other nail techs wander over and ask to see them, then one proceeded to buff them?? Next day my clear coat was peeling off on majority of my nails. Not worth 40$

Today was my first time visiting this nail salon. Before I made an appointment with them, I read all of the great reviews. I was excited to go to this salon after reading all of the excellent reviews. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. With an appointment I still waited almost 30 minutes. Once someone finally came over to start my pedicure, i explained I would like the Zen package which was the 2nd to highest pedicure you could purchase. I also explained to her that I had an ingrown toenail, she said it wouldnt be a problem to get it out.. im going to try and sum this up as quickly as I can. She didnt know what she was doing as far as an ingrown toenail, when I said something to her she started talking about me in Vietnamese (Which I could understand-partially)She was rushing to catch up to the other employee next to me who was actually giving my sister a pedicure (Which she paid for a cheaper package than me) we ended up getting done at the same time, she skipped half of the stuff she was supposed to do and barley even massaged my feet and didnt even touch my legs but to rub the exfoliating cream on (no massage whatsoever) after she washed my legs and feet off I sat for another 15 minutes waiting for Autumn (im guessing the owner) to come and get the ingrown toenail out.. Autumn got it out in less than 5 mins. The other woman came back and painted my toes. Once they were painted she said get up, come sit and grab your stuff i had to grab my shoes, purse etc.... ive been to numerous nail salons and not once have i had to grab my own shoes, not that its a big deal but just seemed very unprofessional. Autumn came over and asked me how it was, I told her everything was not done, she skipped half of the stuff she was supposed to do. She apologized of course. Even though Autumn took very good care of my ingrown toenail, i dont think I will return. I seen so many customers having to wait.. Also the employees were jumping from customer to customer. The person who started my sisters pedicure didnt finish it some young guy came over and just started drying her legs off, had no clue what was already done. He repeated some stuff that the original Lady had already done. It took us 3 hours, it was awful. I would not recommend it to anyone! They need to be more professional and organized. They need to hire more help, considering the customers that were waiting. I am very sad that I didnt have a good experience because I was looking for a new place to start coming to every month. Guess I will have to try some where else and hope they are better!
