First time here. Nice place. Very relaxing. Everyone was very nice and attentive. The pedicure was great! Got dip gel nails. The technician did a great job shaping nails and was very friendly. The only complaint would be that they are too thick

I had an appointment at 3:00 pm and they didnt get started on me until 3:40. This is not the first time Ive had an appointment here and still ended up waiting a long time. Im sure it can be tricky with walk ins but if you have an appointment coming up, you should turn away walk ins. Anyways, my nails turned out fine but I probably wont be coming here anymore.

I brought my 89 year old aunt in for a pedicure, her first ever so you can imagine the state of those gnarly nails! She was treated with so much care, gentleness, and respect and her toenails were gleaming when she left. He even put her shoes back on for her and helped lift her from chair to walker. You made this lonely old woman very happy. My heart is full. Deepest thanks to you.

Made an appointment for foot reflexology, but ended up getting a pedicure also. Champ incorporated both for a great salon experience. First time to this nail salon. Have tried many others. This was also the first time I felt like I had all issues addressed with feet that constantly wear sandals. No dry skin, cuticles fully addressed and one of the best French nail pedicures I had here in Florida. Really great job Champ! Ill definitely will be coming back

Very clean and professional from the moment you are greeted by the friendly receptionist even when you are leaving. I had a relaxing time great convsrsation and they were very very conscience of social safety. My first visit but it wont be my last....little gem in my backyard!

Nice to find a comfortable salon for nail care.

Got a full set spent 50$ and 2 days in the gems fell off and I am already missing 2 nails I do nothing so for them to just fall off after spending so much is pretty annoying. I’ve never had so many nails fall off so fast after getting them done.

Terrible experience! I normally get my nails done at magic nails but decided to give this place a try since I was on that end of town. They told me a 10 to 15 minute wait, I waited 20 and they had me sit in a chair wrapped my nails in foil to remove the shellac, but then left me sitting with my nails wrapped for at least 45 minutes. Once they finally started my nails I ended up getting clumpy nails with chunks stuck in them and when I told her she said no (then tried to file it out but it didnt work). They charged $32 and my nails look terrible. Wish I could post a picture so I dont just sound like Im overreacting. Will NEVER go there again. Ill definitely stick to my normal place!

I keep my feet clean and nails trimmed. I polish them for two weeks and then remove for two week. They told me to come in right away, so I didnt do any cleaning ahead of time. The pedicurist was rude to me asking me twice how many coats of paint I had on. (4) Then he said twice he should charge me double. Then when the polish was off he complained said nails were in bad shape, they werent but I said sorry anyway. He charged $27 and I gave him $40 since he complained so much. So what was to be a treat for me, was insulting and made me angry. His rudeness was almost comical; certainly had no tubside manner

We have been coming here for years and everytime is amazing! They give the best pedicures around!

At first friendly enough staff however went here for a Shellac manicure on a February afternoon and the shellac was bubbled upon coming out of UV light machine - the polish was obviously past its prime and should have been taken off the shelf. Out come the wraps to now remove the cured shellac - another 15 minutes. Had already spent over an hour here and had to get back to my office. They told me to come back before 6 pm which I said I would. Then they proceeded to tell me to pay now... I was confused pay now for what services? I got my nails filed and that was it. I was leaving with no polish anything. The Manager said I should pay for a manicure which I said I would be happy to pay for half since I have no polish/top coat or anything. She then said $15 pay now. Which we know if the full manicure price. I needed to get out of there so just paid it to get back to work but should have just walked out. I feel like I got robbed there and would suggest NO ONE VISIT THIS PLACE if you are looking for reviews. They obliviously do not care for customer service and forget about meticulous nail care!! Too bad they are turn and burn at this time of year - they would do better to try and keep their year round customers I would think.

Went in to get a pedicure for my daughter and I, the atmosphere was amazing, staff was very polite and friendly. Prices were great. And I even learned they did massages, foot reflexology, waxing and facials. So I was able to make an appt that afternoon at 5p to get a massage, a half an hr was only $40 and 15 mins of foot reflexology was only $15! Upon showing for my appt the took me back immediately and the masseuse Sara was amazing! Ive been to a chiropractor and physical therapy with my knee and back and not had as good of results as with her! She was very intuned with my needs! After a heavy work week and high stress, this was just what I needed, perfect day! And I even learned they have a second location in venice called Zen! Will definitely be going back! Great experience overall!

I came here wanting to get the luxury pedicure how convenient that they said they didnt hear me and gave me the deluxe pedicure which is more expensive. If u come here make sure they dont overcharge u by accidentally hearing u wrong. I was stupid enough to still pay the price they told me even though it was wrong. They said their is nothing they can do now when I called to complain after realizing what they had done. Never again.
