Hey, so Amna and I have been coming to your salon for years. You HAD wonderful staff from top to bottom but last 2 visits have been rushed and behavior has been rude. Appointment miscommunication, being told to rush in color selection leading to anxiety and a factory approach rather than a relaxing experience as before. Obviously the colors you make are excellent but May be focus on customer service and satisfaction. Will likely not return

Karma organic spa is a place to go if you are looking to recharge and at the same time get your nails cleaned up. It was an amazing experience being in a very beautiful comfortable chair getting your feet worked on and relaxing like a king or queen

I went today and had a wonderful experience with Wilma who gave me a rosemary-mint mani-pedi. The spa was very clean and quiet. Wilma was gentle with my cuticles and gave me a nice massage too. I will definitely go back. Brava Wilma!! Muchas gracias.

Clean, natural, organic and very relaxing. Highly recommend the Karma Rosemary Mint manicure. They have every COVID precaution in place in terms of plexiglass, divided pedicure chairs, etc. Highly recommend.

The Best Nail Salon! The staff are always pleasant and professional

This is my first time looking for a natural, pregnancy-friendly nail place. The spa appeared clean, and it was a relaxing pedicure - smells great in there, thanks to the essential oils. The couch seats were comfy. Good array of nail polish colors. What I didnt like as much was that I felt like there wasnt enough water in my bowl (they draw water and fill your bowl vs. having a tub with faucet - while more hygienic, the water temperature and level were not as satisfactory as I would have liked. Maybe also because of the couch seating and my legs arent as long, my feet werent really dunked and soaking. Next time, I might ask for more water, and maybe a refill of hotter water midway? I dont know if that is an option, though.) You can dry your toes at your cushy seat, too. Nail color stays on fairly well - no major chips, and after 5 weeks still decent, considering wear/tear/nail growth. Will need another pedicure soon, and want to try this place again.

I love lourdes she was so nice!! playing around with us 😬😬😬 i love the oils the spa pedicures Is amazing my favorite is milk and honey 🍯 the message is amazing I recommend this place because is organic !! I just found this place after googling best pedicures in Bergen county. And I have to say it is! I will only go here for my pedicures. The owner is so pleasant as well as the staff. It smells so good as soon as you walk in. The cleanest place I have ever been to. My daughters love it also. I will never go anywhere else again!!!!

The owner is one of the nicest human beings in the world. He will always say hello and ask you how you are. I also read some of the negative reviews. Seriously if you had a bad experience, talk to the owner dont trash a business online.

I read all these reviews, and I’m wondering if the owner is doing something to change the situation where the customers go into the salon and get denied service when they have enough time. Today I went to get a regular pedicure at the Englewood location, one of the workers told me yes they had time, but a lady who was in the back came out and said no because they close at 6, she was very loud and kind of rude demanding the young worker to not provide me the service. What I don’t understand is I got there at around 4:30. How can they change their words after offering the service. I wonder if this lady is the manager or something because she seemed like she was in control of who gets a service and who doesn’t. I agree with a lot of reviews who complain that they get their service denied because of lack of time, I understand if I got there at 5:30 but I was there way earlier.

For a while I have been wondering if I should write this review but I decided I will write one today after the incident my niece encountered she needed a pedicure and went in at 5:15 the staff denied her service and she said it looked like they were ready to close since they were cleaning up from what I know the salon closes at 6 and it takes about 40 minutes to get a regular pedicure it’s not like she needed a spa pedicure now the other day I went in with my daughter she was getting a pedicure she was soaking in the water for about 20 minutes and I went to the restroom i saw the girls using their phones and talking to each other we got there on time but we were left waiting to the point her water got cold i think I think is not fair to the customer to get denied her service when there is still about 45 minutes left till closing time it’s also not fair to be left waiting when we had an appointment .. . I love karma but I think some things need to change

Its just so nice, clean environment, friendly staff and smells so nice too. I went with my brothers to get a pedicure and they loved it, definitely worth it. Id recommend it to anybody.

Today my mom, my sister, and I went into the salon wanting to get quick manicures quarter to 4. We were denied service because according to them they had appointments at 4. We left and got a manicure at the nail salon located right at the corner from this salon. However when we finished our manicures by 4:30 we passed by and the place was empty there was no clients in there. It was very disappointing to see that the staff denied service and lied that they had appointments.

I am so happy with this nail polish. It also arrived 2 days ahead of the earliest scheduled date. Thank you so much. I will definitely order from Karma Organic Spa again!

Update - I appreciate the reply back and the additional information.The woman answering the phones here is extremely extremely rude. How she took the appointment and then when calling to follow up called and said “where are you!!” We were like who is this. “Where are you!!!” Finally she identified her nasty self as karma in Englewood. Don’t go there. Go to the one in ridgewood. Much nicer environment. And much more respectful and pleasant people handling the phones etc.

So i was there yesterday for a manicure 💅🏼and they were fighting each other the lady who was doing my manicure was yelling to the girl who was in the phone is crazy!! If u come to relax 💆🏽‍♀️how can this happen? Especially if they just open !! Like early in the morning!! I don’t know but I really don’t like to hear people getting crazy ! Like that ! When u just start your day!!

I have now visited both locations of Karma Organic Spa. I am extremely disappointed with this Englewood location. First, I had an appointment for 9am and I got there 8:50. The workers hid inside talking in the back of the store and didn’t let me in u til exactly 9. They decided to set everything up and clean up at 9am when I got in there instead of before they opened.However, I’m especially shocked by the nail artist’s attitude I got. She filed one of my big toe nails round and the other big toe nail square. Anyone would expect more from even the totally average salon let alone a luxury organic spa. I pointed it out to her and she said “Are you serious?”. The owner said she’ll fix it and she said no I can’t under her breath. Then rest of the appointment she was very rude and condescending to me. This is so unprofessional and I would expect more from an expensive organic salon. I now have to pay another place to fix my nails before I go on vacation.Update:How unprofessional is the response I got from the manager of this salon to this review? This salon has some major customer service issues. Customers should be able to have a nail artist who knows how to file nails especially after paying so much. How is poor customer service and cleaning up after the store opened while making customers wait a personal problem? Sounds like a you problem. The owner of the salon needs to be open to feedback because responding in a nasty and sarcastic way to customers on google reviews isn’t the answer.

I wanted to love this place but the seating made it difficult. It smells wonderful inside, like a blend of peppermint and lavender. The woman who did my mani pedi was kind, I could feel her good energy and preciseness in her work. I missed the massage chairs from other salons. For pedicure, this salon uses big bulky chairs you’d find in a living room. For manicures they use hard wooden chairs you’d find in a kitchen...even with the added cushion it’s just an uncomfortable chair. I paid $48 for a basic mani/pedi. (No gel, no tip, no design) I understand that the products are organic, but I’d rather buy their polish and take them with me to a salon that’s more comfortable and less expensive.

Excellent service in a warm and inviting atmosphere with friendly and accommodating staff. One if the best mani/pedis Ive had. And non toxic! Travelled an hour and a half to get there and will do it again.

Ive only been having my services done at Karma for the past three months. I recently moved to Englewood from NY and was having my services done at the same nail salon for seven years and so my expectations were set high for wherever I would be getting my mani/pedis next. That said and ever since continuously returning; theyve surpassed my expectations with their one of a kind Organic and Copy Written products, warm/welcoming, friendly atmosphere, cleanly and last, but not least; consistently perfect service! Again, its been three months since I discovered this Englewood gem (they also have another location in Ridgewood, NJ) and my review is long overdue. Both, owners are pleasantly accommodating, etc. and I now consider Nas (husband) a personal friend of mine. Nass wife was a pleasure meeting as well the one time I met her at the Englewood location. They run an organically (figuratively and literally speaking) positively flowing business that I leave 100% satisfied and look forward too returning for my next service! Where else does a business owner personally, go out and buy a bottle of sparkling rosé to cheers for your first visit at their place of business?! Karma Organic Spa, thats where! Thanks again for continuously providing above grade service, Nas!
