Don’t book online. Booked my appointment for 9 am got there and it was just a cleaning lady. I received the confirmation and everything. But three other men came 15 minutes after and the Guy Nelson who i was supposed to be booked with came 20 minutes late. He just looked at me dumbfounded. Instead of understanding THEIR mistake he just said I’m sorry, i even asked if there was someone else to take my son and he just said i don’t know. Asked if i could be taken after he said no maybe in the afternoon. The thing if it i book something online and get a confirmation for a certain time I’m expecting to be serviced at that time not hours later. No remorse at all. I would give 0 stars if i could service on their end for their mistake was sad.

I am new to New Jersey (Ohio native) and picking a new stylist is a nerve-wracking experience. I took the chance and Im so glad I did. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The gentleman that cut my hair was gentle and thorough. I wish I could have talked to him more (language differences), but I plan on learning all I can so I can tell him what an awesome job he did the next time I visit! I highly recommend!

Got what I wanted and more. John was great. Gave my son the fade I have been looking for and tips on how to maintain his hair. Found my new barber.

Damanged my hair, he bleach my hair so much. I wanted a specific hair color but he turn my hair into lifeless gray color :-( I ask him to not cut my hair short and just trim it. but he cut too much:-(i do not suggest women to come this place for a hair color or a haircut. I am not kidding. I went home so dissapointed.

Ive been getting my haircut at the Salon Expo by Rich for almost 10 years now. I trust no other person to cut my hair. Ive even gotten a manicure there every now and then. And my girlfriend was thinking about going to the salon to color her hair. By far the best experience ive had, and the best in Englewood, Bergen County and even New Jersey

I am surprised and disgusted by the owner’s response to the Unssatisfied customers. I went there about a year ago and I specifically told the stylist (and no I don’t remember his names because I am not Spanish and it was a year ago) exactly what color I wanted and where to do it!Instead he did a horrible job ( highlights instead of coloring) and the owner was very proud of my hair results and when I told him I didn’t like it he wanted to bleach my hair all over again (not to mention all the time I wasted there for nothing) I said no because I will damage my hair even further beyond repair.If you need to go to do your hair plz go to a salon not a unisex shop with a daycare in the back!

This is MY NAIL SALON! I cant speak to the other services because I dont do my hair here, but I LOVE Richard and his team! My old hair dresser Karen told me about Areli the nail tech here over 15 years ago and Ive been coming since. Im dedicated so much so that I moved to Maryland over a year ago and I still make appointments to get my Mani & Pedi done by Areli...I just love her!Also Richard put me on to threading my eyebrows 15 years ago and I never looked back. He does an amazing job, but I think he just sticks to cutting hair now. I say check them out; you wont regret it...theyre my little Latin Familia!

This salon isn’t all that, they don’t treat you with respect, they messed up my hair and I had to pay for it and didn’t even try fixing it for me I recommend you never go to them! Go somewhere else
