The owner here is very professional and very friendly. The shop is pretty short staffed, but she was very courteous and accommodating. She completed my manicure quickly and it looks so good. They used high quality products and the price you pay is pretty on par or even a little lower than other nail salons I have visited.

I felt like they took the time to do my nails well, as well as give me tips on how to take better care of my hands. They have a good selection of colors, are very clean, and have a small, more personal feel. I will definitely be returning for all future services.

There are many salons in this area but Salon Opal is absolutely fabulous. Very clean, great value, great quality and relaxing. It was such a refreshing experience to NOT be bombarded by TVs blaring. Jennifer and her staff are great! I’ve been in the hunt for a good nail salon in the Englewood area, and after striking out several times, I found Salon Opal and loved it! The salon itself is clean, organized, and chic. The massage chairs were also amazing! I got a deluxe pedicure and thought it was a good value! Im excited to go back for a little girls day soon!

Absolutely wonderful atmosphere. Very Communicative and friendly. Best set of acrylics I’ve had since moving to Colorado from the west coast. They did a fantastic job filing them as thin as possible with out jeopardizing the overall integrity of my nail structure.

Loving the natural nail look Danny was able to accomplish. I took in my last technicians mistakes to get corrected. He did a wonderful job fixing the shape of my nails. I am overjoyed to have found Danny. He is my new go to from here on out! You will not regret setting an appointment with him. In addition to a wonderful technician you get the luxury of a clean, and sophisticated salon at a reasonable price!

I called beforehand and they quoted me $35 for acrylic nails. Halfway through the service the man told me how much it would cost plus tip and it was well over the price they had quoted me on the phone. I was shocked and couldn’t afford it so he ripped the acrylic nails off me and said he’s still charge me for putting them on. Since the nails were mangled from the glue, there was no other option then to continue with a manicure. He took a totally of 5 minutes to do them, not even caring for the sides or top of my nail. It was outrageous and I’m so upset I had to pay for that service. Never going back and I want a refund.

I had an appointment for 2:30 and when I walked in there were only 2 nail technicians and 3 customers. I was told they were running a little behind, but I didn’t realize “a little” meant 45-60 min or I would have rescheduled. The next customer that came in at 3 also waited an hour to be seen. I don’t really understand why they were double booking the appointments like that because I called same day so they must have known how many customers to expect. The salon is beautiful, clean, and she did mostly good work. Other than rushing and cutting me while doing my cuticles and then getting little spots in my manicure that I had to ask her to fix. It was just frustrating to wait over 45 min and then she rushed through my whole manicure. It was not a relaxing experience to say the least and I’m not sure I’ll be back despite the great reviews.

Salon Opal is a lovely nail salon. The space is pretty and super clean. The massage chairs are the best I have sat in in Denver. I got a gorgeous gel pedicure with foot and leg scrub. Make Salon Opal your go to nail salon!

I am overjoyed with the service at this salon. My technician, Im sorry I didnt catch her name, worked steadily and with amazing attention to detail on my fill and shellac job. My nails were a disaster, and she payed attention to the cuticle and the shape like nobody ever does, and I really appreciate it. The prices are low in my opinion, I spent 35 where I usually spend 45-50, and the quality and value were the best Ive ever had, hands down!! Thank you Salon Opal, I will be back for sure ❤

Finally a good nail salon in the neighborhood! This salon is clean, spacious and modern looking. They have tons of colors for gel and dip powders. The staff/owners were extremely friendly. I had a gel pedicure today and will be heading back to get my manicure done for sure.

What a wonderful experience! The whole appointment was just incredible and I cannot sing their praises enough! The owners were so personable and kind, and the massage chairs were to die for! I have never felt so relaxed after a pedicure. I received the deluxe pedicure for $40 that included a green tea scrub, hot towel, and hot stone leg massage- it was HEAVEN! They offered us drinks and encouraged us to wait for our nails to dry and finish our conversation. It was so nice not to feel rushed and really get pampered. Although it was our first time there, we felt like we had gone there for years it was so comfortable and pleasant. I have been to many salons before that give a nice massage and polish but never to one so personable and relaxing. I will DEFINITELY be going back often and singing their praises to anyone that will listen!

I had dip nails that truly lasted over 3 weeks. I’ve never had anything last that long on my nails, Danny is wonderful. I’m probably the pickiest client a salon could ever have and they over deliver! They are very detail oriented which works well with my detail oriented eye.

Nothing but positive things to say! I went in on a Thursday afternoon so they werent busy. Tammy did a great job with my pedicure. Made a great recommendation to make sure I got the experience I wanted. Before doing anything she confirmed I was comfortable with the price. I had never had shellac done before but she made sure to show me the options and make me comfortable. The other staff member was wondering around and was slightly unprofessional but was very sweet. They offered me a drink and made sure I had an enjoyable time. When I got to the manicure Tammy made sure I was happy with the shape and length. At one point she had to take a phone call and made sure I was comfortable with Shelby finishing my manicure.The staff was friendly, helpful, personable, and cheery. I dont usually get my nails done but I may make it a habit because of how delightful of an experience I had.Thank you ladies!

I found Opal Salon through the nextdoor app, and am so happy I decided to try it out. I felt so welcomed and the place was clean and smelled so good. I decided I wanted to try the dip on my natural nail, he explained how it worked and was so gentle. It looks fabulous!!! The new owners are awesome and so sweet. I will be back. I highly recommend.

I found Salon Opal through Yelp. I called after my regular nail salon had me sit for 3 hrs to get in, did my ties, and then told me to cone back later. Never again! Danny was so much fun, professional, fixed issues I brought in and did a great job. He took me 45 minutes later. And 20% off, a loyalty program and birthday specials. This salon chooses quantity over quality. I set an appointment for power and nail polish change for my toes for myself and another guest. The nail tech rushed because she was behind and did not polish my toes. The quality of the nails is not there. My guests nails were lumpy and unlabeled, chipped after a few days, and lost the design. The is no commitment to quality nor to customers who respect appointment setting.First and last visit.

New owners: I came to Salon Opal today for the second time. This time I had my eyebrows waxed, manicure and pedicure. Very professional personable. I was impressed with the time they took to make sure everything was sterile and appreciated the cleanliness and the decor. I love everything that they did for me. I absolutely recommend this establishment.1st time, 1st owners: I had a very good experience here but it was my first time. Only had my eyebrows waxed, so I cant give them a 5 until I have more services.

I can’t explain how happy I am with this place. Due to covid every place was closed but this one! Came in helped right away got to hang out and talk to the owners about life and business and fun! Very clean and very friendly. The owner told me they believe in talking to customers not just hacking away at their feet! Speaks very good English unlike other places they can’t understand what the heck you’re saying. The owner serves wine and small snacks for you to enjoy your day off or even a horrible day at work. Oh and I also had a horrible ingrown so painful the owner took time to take it out clean it good and make me feel better about my feet!!!!! Totally recommend this place and will keep coming back

Shelby did my nails today! And she’s my nail girl for life! I came in with week old jelly bean dip nails that were already lifting! Shelby redid them and they’re super thin, strong, and beautiful!! Salon Opal had 100s of colors to choose from, and the salon was so clean. I’m weird about nail shops but talking to Shelby I know she takes cleanliness seriously. I’m definitely coming back!!

Amazing nail salon been looking for a good place since April of last year for my fiancé since moving to Denver, best quality experience and price in Denver possibly Colorado! They take their time and will make sure your nails are perfect before you leave and explain whats happening while it is! Not going to anywhere else!!

This place is phenomenal! They have SO many color options, it’s super clean, and Jennifer and her assistant are fantastic. I had a group of girls come with me to get mani/pedis (only $45 with a hot stone massage) for my wedding and they closed off the space for us, let us bring snacks and beverages, and they were just so accommodating. I will back for regular mani/pedis!

Ive been here twice and Shelby has done an amazing job on my nails. I am very picky about how my nails are done and she is on point with them. Customer service is outstanding the shop is clean and beautiful theres not a color that you couldnt think of thats not in that shop. I highly recommend giving her shot at your nails cant wait to try a pedicure.

Had my face waxed two weeks ago, I have had my face waxed for 15+ years and have never been burnt.I was burnt several times and they knew instead of not charging me and apologizing they still charged me for my services I didnt know the extent of the burns until the day after .I contacted them letting them know(they already knew they were whispering to each other while I was still in the salon). Went in the following day and asked for a refund from the male owner it has now been 2 weeks and no refund!I would not recommend this place very unprofessional!

I went in for a pedicure and he burnt me with the hot stones they use twice. The design was poorly done and less than a week later the gel came right off my toe. For $50. Never again.

This salon is clean and nice looking. That is where it ends. I made an appointment for the a dip manicure and spa pedicure. My pedicure was decent but nothing special, the gal doing it was sweet and nice. However, the owner did my dip manicure. She was rushed to get to her next appointment (even though when I called the day prior and I was happy to come in at any time), my dip was sloppy, all over my fingers with chunks missing out of it, when she filed I was grimacing as it hurt so bad. I tried to nicely say a few times that I was concerned with out it was looking(I have had many dips and knew this was bad) I was assured it would look better at the end. Well shocking at the end it still looked horrendous!! I asked to just have it taken off. The owner didnt even come look at it again or apologize for what happened. My nails are now TRASHED and I was left to pay to for the pedicure with absolutely no compensation or even a sorry to come out of her mouth. I am not one for negative reviews or making a stink but this was the WORST salon I have been to in years. Take EXTREME caution. Not worth the discount!!

The color selection and modern atmosphere is as far as this place goes. I gave this place a shot twice with each time getting nothing but worse; even brought my friend and we both wer disappointed and felt ripped off. You come to relax but they do nothing but bring their own drama into their work place is the first issue. The second is no one is lisenced and they are all learning as they work on you like some guiniepig and then you still have to pay FULL price for medicore work. Gel for both me and my friend chipped within the week and had my toe cut my first visit. Came back again just for a color change on my acrylics I had gotten elsewhere and even somthing so simple became an issue. She filed my nails down and changed the shape even tho I said I wanted nothing but the color changed because she was too busy conversating to pay attention. When I told her she filed my nails down really bad and showed her the inconsistency I asked her to take them off and restart again( even agreed Id even pay more for her mistake for the new set I didnt need). She then rushes with an attitude, with an empty salon, makes every nail completely different sizes and shapes as I nicely point it out the entire time showing her pictures to base off. She continuously assures me at the end it will look fine. I let her get halfway done and it was the worst work I have ever seen. I politely ask her to remove them so disappointed and her whole demeanor changed. She had someone else remove my nails and said nothing to me after that. I went in with $70 acrylics and left without any and no compensation or apology. I get fake nails all the time and this was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had. I feel ripped off and that is why I decided to write this review. I dont want someone else to waste their money on this place.

My friend and I walked in and were standing there for 15 minutes and nobody acknowledged us so we awkwardly looked at the colors and then left. Weird
